To Harris Bitsounis and his team - Thank you for a very good experience in Rome, Florence and Venice. An excellent learning experience. All of the transportation connections were spot on. The Travel 12 communication service was very helpful. Of the hotels: The hotel is Venice was very good, perfect location, amenities and a helpful, friendly staff. Room was small and without seating. The hotel in Florence had a helpful and friendly staff. Room was small and without seating. Location was distant and frightening to walk to in the darkness of night. The hotel in Rome had a helpful and friendly staff. The location was good. The room was clean. The presentation was poor. The entrance was dirty. All the cites were busy and crowded with tourists. Additionally, the tour guides for the Vatican, Colosseum and Roman Forum as well as the tour in Florence were excellent. The guides were professional and knowledgeable. The tour through Venice was adequate to gain an understanding of Venice.

My son and I had a fantastic tour and trek in Bhutan from September 23 to October 5, 2023. We booked through vishal of Himalayan kingdom adventurers and would highly recommend him. He took care to check in to make sure everything was going well with our accommodation, food and to confirm our tour was going well. Our guide was Tashi for the tour and 4 day trek. Tashi was a wealth of historical knowledge and provided answers for all our questions. He facilitated a memorable trek despite a lot of rain. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience in Bhutan was exceptional.
We arrived in Bhutan to enjoy a cultural festival in Thimphu, which exposed my son and I to a true Bhutanese experience. Our visit to punakha was a highlight with the warmer climate, ancient fortress and fertility temple as a few of the high lights.

Said was absolutely wonderful to plan with and Abdou, our guide was a wealth of information about Morocco!

We (party of 4 adults/2 couples from USA) had an amazing time while on vacation in Morocco. Everything went smoothly from the initial contact with KimKim.com, throughout the pre-planning process and follow-up with Said, and along the trip itself with our knowledgeable and friendly tour guides Faisal and Hannan. The tour we picked (Taste of Morocco/8-days) was customizable to our specific needs and wants, and everyone was accommodable to changes throughout the trip. The hotels (Riads), all 5-star, were fantastic and it was hard to pick a favorite. They were very clean, comfortable and 1st Class, with Moroccan flair. We felt the cost was very reasonable. The food in Morocco was fantastic and we did not have a bad meal anywhere inside or outside of our hotels. The add-on activities and sites were well organized and we were delivered on time to all activities. The tour van was large enough for all of our large luggage, comfortable, fairly new and was non-smoking with A/C. Faisal was our daily guide for the week and we could not have asked for a better guide. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, funny and neat. We enjoyed being with Faisal everyday and we trusted his Moroccan insight and felt very safe everywhere we went. Faisal directed us to the best things of interest at every stop and advised us as to what to do and what not to do if we were unsure. He was key in making the trip unforgettable. Hannan who spent an entire day with us in Marrakesh, guided us through the Medina souks and took us on an evening food tour. She too was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We appreciated her market insight and the extra time she spent to show us to specific places of interest and shops. For anyone wanting to see all Morocco has to offer, we highly recommend using KimKim.com and the Taste of Morocco tour. If you are able to work with Said, Faisal and Hannan, we guarantee you will have a wonderful time in Morocco. Thanks to all of them from all of us for making our vacation unforgettable. We already miss Morocco and their friendly people and great food. This was our first trip to Europe and it could not have been better, despite the record number of visitors to Italy this time of year. We had a very enjoyable ten days in Spain visiting Seville, Malaga, and Granada. Marina did an excellent job helping us with travel, transfers, accommodations, and guided sight seeing visits. All of our guides were very knowledgable and we enjoyed having our small group instead of being in a big tour. It was very nice and easy to have the app downloaded so everyone in our group had access to the days itineraries. Marina was always responsive to any of our questions during our trip. I would highly recommend using her for a trip to Spain.
Our accommodations were centrally located to the downtown areas which was especially nice. We were overall completely satisfied with our lodging except for the hotel in Malaga. The hotel was in a bit of a rundown neighborhood and was located on one floor with the rest being a large apartment building. I would recommend travelers do a thorough review of the proposed accommodations so they are not surprised or disappointed with their stay. In this situation, I would have asked to be upgraded to a better hotel, but it certainly did not ruin our stay there.

Perfect location for access to downtown Granada. One of the bedrooms can be a bit noisy due to a Flamenco venue very close by.

We were a bit lost trying to locate the apartment, but a very nice employee of the rental agency was able to find us and take us directly to the apartment which was a bit of a walk.

Hotel is very casual as mentioned in their name! It is located close to downtown but in a bit of a rundown neighborhood. The hotel itself is just one floor of a large apartment building so not many rooms to choose from. The rooms were very clean, but limited common areas. The hotel rooms and common areas are decorated with very bright colors which was a bit of a surprise.

This was a nice day to explore a part of the Sierra Nevadas in Spain. We enjoyed the small villages along the hike and being out of the city for the day. The hike itself wasn't super spectacular probably given that we did it in the fall so most vegetation was drying up.

An Evening of Flamenco

The trip my daughter and I had to Ecuador was wonderful. We spent 4 days on a cruise and saw all the wildlife you would expect but one surprise was penguins. The guides were super knowledgeable and the beaches pristine. One of the highlights in Quito was a cooking lesson with a chef where we made Ecuadorian biche. I will absolutely use Kim Kim again!

Our trip to France and Italy was expertly organized by Audrey. All hotels and transfers were set up and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The tours she picked along with the tour guides we had at each location (Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Portofino, Vernazza, and Florence) were very knowledgeable and fun.

Agnes was very responsive and great with communication. We had reached out to several Kim Kim specialists in Africa, and Egypt. We went with Agnes, because of her response time and willingness to find the best adventures. She made a mistake, not a big one, but still a mistake, and reimbursed us for the confusion. She owned up and communicated perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. We don't like the traditional tours but crave outdoor adventure. She met every expectation along with her crew, who we fell in love with! Faith, Hika, and Junior escorted us on our adventures in Tanzania. Kilifaith Adventures and Twiga Adventures were wonderful host. We started with Mt. Kilimanjaro, then did the Tarangire Safari, the Serengeti Safari, Maasai Tribe, and ended with Lake Manayara. We then went to Zanzibar from there. We wanted to make some changes during our trip, and they always went over and beyond to make sure they could accommodate and make us happy. We still talk to them today, as they were amazing people and now good friends. When you spend so much time with a guide, you want to make sure you have fun, and get a long well. They always made us feel comfortable and like we weren't high maintenance, even though I'm sure we were.

My son and I had the most amazing experience in Italy. When I was lucky enough to get connected with Giulia I shared what I was looking for. She put together the perfect trip for us, blending private and small group tours, wine tours, museums and our specific hotel needs. She did it all and was very organized-everything she planned went off without a problem. When does that ever happen? I even marveled at the way she had scheduled our museum times for when the museums were least crowded. As an example we went to see Michelangelo's David at 8 pm the one night the museum was open late. It was not at all crowded.
I have traveled all over the world and I have to say this was one of my most memorable trips. KimKim and Giulia were fantastic. Don't hesitate to use them. I will be using them for my next trip!

This trip was an absolute dream come true and for the most part was completely seamless, very minor mishaps that were easily cleared up. All of our hotels were very nice and centrally located to lots of activities and areas we could walk to. All of our excursions were fabulous and the guides we had were incredible, informative and hands on. It's really hard to pick a most memorable moment as each day had its highlights. The catamaran sailing cruise as well as the sunset cruise were definitely favorites but everything was incredible. Our guide Maria for the food and wine tour was so nice and helpful and she was incredibly patient about the mixup with the meetup and we still had an amazing day with her and took all of her suggestions and had fantastic experiences during the rest of our stay in Naxos. Our captain (Yanni?) on the catamaran Rena was so amazing, fun, outgoing and made the whole day a complete blast. The 2 transfer drivers we had to and from Oia in Santorini went above and beyond just dropping us off and picking us up and each one took us to a special known spot to take incredible pictures and gave us lots of history and recommendations for the island. The only regret is that we didn't get more time in Santorini but Naxos was a huge surprise and we both loved it very much!
Overall I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this trip and everything was put together so seamlessly and was pretty easy to follow and when there was a small issue, the agents were ready and able to fix the issue!

This trip is something that I will never forget especially with meeting my Dad’s family. It was so beautiful. Each place we stayed at was outstanding. The tour guides were amazing, explaining everything so beautifully. I thank my cousins Jeanne & Danny & his family for inviting me. I am truly blessed. I can’t stop telling everyone about my trip & showing all the pictures. It takes my breath away how so beautiful everything is. Thank you Irene for a beautiful trip. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🥰🙏🏻

Every location in Spain was amazing. Yuri and Jessica were especially great in responding to the several questions I had prior to and during the trip. The hotels in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville were exceptional. The hotels in Grenada and the second one in Barcelona were basic but functional. I would say there was too much time given to "self-guided" tours given that when you arrive in an unknown city, you need guidance and orientation right away. The quality of guides was overall excellent. I think Kimkim needs to work with its partners to communicate with travelers regarding hotel pickups, etc. Also, when traveling by train in Spain, there needs to be extra time to allow for travelers to secure one of the extremely limited luggage racks.

We had a great time at Iguazu Falls and Rio. Sara, the local specialist did an excellent job - especially so because our plans changed a couple of days before arrival and also we had some delayed flights during the trip.

We especially enjoyed the Argentinian side of the Iguazu falls and the boat trip.

Both guides were outstanding.
