The hotel was beautiful and the location made it easily walkable to restaurants. The only downfall was that they pushed 2 twin beds together and they split apart multiple times.

Our guide was great! We stopped at 3 different locations and we had plenty of time at each spot. The guide did a great job explaining the history of the volcano as well. The men who worked on the boat, especially the main guy were a hoot and he even helped me with my wound after I tripped on the top of the volcano, ha! I expected the food to be mediocre, but it was absolutely amazing and I even went up for seconds! We apparently went on a very windy day which we didn’t realize because the crew did such a great job, it was only rough for about 20ish minutes and even then it wasn’t bad. The crew did a great job safety wise and even provided us with blankets as it got a bit chilly after the sunset.

Our guides, Akis and George, were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly friendly and fun, while remaining professional and gave us all a great experience! I expected the food to be mediocre, but it was actually AMAZING and one of my favorite meals during our entire 9-day Greece trip. The location of the sites were great and they briefly explained the history of the locations, one of which was a place where if you put clay from the rocks on your face…your skin doesn’t age ;) you know I slapped that on, ha! Plus we had plenty of time at each spot and did not feel rushed at all. I will say the water was a bit chilly…but definitely worth while!

Our travel guide did a great job explaining the history. My fiancé is a history lover and had a lot of questions that the guide was more than happy to answer! And he genuinely seemed to really appreciate them, haha. The guide had a great pace and gave us time to walk around after explaining the history for photos.

Classy, clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were professional and pleasant. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious.

This was a day we will never forget! Our amazing guide Gustavo did not disappoint. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Our riverboat cruise on the Douro River was followed by a once-in-a-lifetime wine tasting and dining experience. Gustavo arranged for us to taste wine and have a meal with a local Portuguese family who owns and operates their own vineyard. We were invited into their home for a meal. The property owner himself did the wine tasting and coupled this was a genuine home-cooked 3-course meal to accompany each wine. We ate food that was not only authentic to Portugal but way more delicious than any restaurant food we had during our trip. This was by far my most favorite day of our trip.

Our guide Martha was so friendly and knowledgeable. We covered so much in 1 day. She provided suggestions and tips for the self-guided portions. She threw in some extra stops for must-try foods and scenic overlooks that enhanced the experience. One of the best days of our trip!

Small group tour focused on food & culture. Our guide Dani was so lovely and passionate about her job. She went above and beyond with the details. Highly recommend. Great for day #1 in Lisbon.

Fabulous hotel situated right across the street from the Mediterranean Sea. Location can't be beat! Sweet outdoor restaurant with delicious breakfasts.

Very sweet boutique hotel. Wonderful customer service, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and great location. Close to the Opera and Place de Vendome and shopping around Rue Rivoli.

hotel is right outside the airport so it's a great location if you have any early morning flight!

This was a wonderful day and we loved exploring these three towns on the Riviera!

We weren't feeling well so didn't go all the way to the top but had a fabulous visit to the midway point, a wonderful picnic and great guide who shared so much information. A wonderful day in the mountains!

A great way to taste some of the great food in Lyon. We visited a shop with amazing cured meats, a cheese shop, a dessert shop, and then gelato! Fun to walk through the older neighborhoods of Lyon and learn about the town's history!

This private tour of the Louvre was a great way to see and learn about some of the amazing in the museum. It was so helpful to have a guide rather than wandering aimlessly through the crowds!

Our tour guide Athina was amazing! We learned so much and has so much fun touring Medieval Paris with her. It was a great walking tour and wonderful way to start our time in Paris!

I had a wonderful time at Kastro Suites in Santorini. The staff was great, the place was beautiful. The only downside was the many stairs we had to climb with our heavy luggage. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, a stark contrast to our previous accommodation.

Our group did not care for this hotel. No assistance with luggage was offered. Several flights of steps.

This was a great experience. Despite being a large group tour, we all had fun dancing on the boat.

My favorite part of the trip overall! Jeremy was a wonderful host. So personal, as was his son. Being from a farming state (Iowa) this was very interesting to us. Love the lunch on the veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Dorina was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting! She also worked with KimKim to solve our ticket issue.

This hotel is perfectly situated in an area of Athens that's convenient for sight-seeing, shopping and dining. It was well appointed and the service was terrific. Breakfasts were generous and delicious with lots of variety and well-prepared options. Drinks on the outside deck under the stars looking out at the acropolis were the perfect way to end a day. Our room was spotless, spacious and accommodating. I highly recommend the Elia Ermou Athens Hotel.

Beautiful location right on Lake Titicaca! Couldn’t ask for more! Prompt service, efficient receptionist especially Lucienne. Vast breakfast selection, very good service by Johann! We were allowed a late checkout at 2 pm since our flight was in the early evening, much appreciated!

Beautiful hotel, absolutely marvellous staff! Such prompt and polite service. The breakfast is amazing! The 24/7 coca tea and mint tea, served with a smile in the room and the hot water bags tucked into the bed at dusk were so so nice!

Absolutely fabulous arrangements in the middle of the Amazon forest! The food is unbelievably good, including the service by Antonio and team! However, there are power cuts from 10:30 pm till 5 am and from 3:30 pm till 5:30 pm. The afternoon cuts are unbearably hot , the nights are still tolerable because it gets cool, if you’re lucky! There could be extra fans just above the bed and some extra light points.

The hotel was very kind to allow a late check out. So our departure was very relaxed!

The transport from the reserve by water and then to the airport, along with our “stored” luggage was extremely smooth and efficient. A big thanks to Jordan, who handled the transport and checkin / check out!

We couldn’t do the Gamitana Creek tour because the boat was not available. Should ideally have better planning of schedules so that all trips are possible

Hotel Grand in Adelaide was a nice hotel too. The bartender in the their bar was so friendly. We enjoyed a couple of drinks there with appetizers. Food was good. I have to say, the location across from the bar wasn’t the best. The bar across the street seems to go all hours until morning. Even at 630am bus pickup from our hotel for tour, the bus driver had issues with drunk folks trying to block the bus etc. I think I would pick a different hotel just due to the location. Otherwise, had really no issues with hotel itself.

Parkroyal was a nice hotel. Good breakfast that was included and better than we expected. The hotel staff was extremely nice and offered help when needed. We felt very safe walking around here and getting to places, even in the evening with restaurants near by. We would recommend staying there again.

This hotel was the best! Perfect location to walk everywhere and the beach was 100ft away! Loved it

This was a nice tour to do to understand more of the set means and their story.

Our tour guide was awesome. The Anangu host that rode along to “share” information was as informative that we all hoped for.

We loved Kangaroo Island. The tour was a 2 day and very busy tour. We were on a couch bus and the driver/guide did a great job for the 2 days. We felt in some places we wished we had long time but understood that to see “everything” they had to keep us moving. Definitely have to see the beauty of this Island!!

Loved the hotel but twin beds were very narrow - hard to sleep. The hotel restaurant was fully booked all the time which made it hard to simply relax and have a meal here.

Amazing fun day! Loved meeting everyone and sharing so many great experiences with them. Still communicating with one of the captains. Learn so much from him, special forces in the Croatia military, about Croatia’s liberation.

Loved hearing the story’s before the big fire, the piling of the rocks and planting lavender rosemary and olive trees between the rock. The beach was beautiful. Nice to be away from the city. The meal was outstanding.

By the time we arrived at our final hotel, we were acclimated to a great breakfast, lift for luggage, helpful staff, central location. Once again, though, we were faced with stairs into the hotel and this continued to be a problem for those, like us, who are 80+ and burdened with luggage and legs no longer spry.

We would give this hotel mixed reviews only because it was so luxurious and we are not that kind of people. I, Maury, was uncomfortable in the dining room as I did not have a sport coat with me and certainly not a suit! The rooms were as one would expect in such an hotel though we had to navigate stairs which was impossible for me to carry with heavy luggage. As the hotel was booked full, the receptionist took it upon herself to carry our two large cases down the stairs. She also arranged to have them carried up when we departed. We returned a couple of days later and had been given a room minus the stairs. Hotel staff seemed a bit aloof but when personally engaged, were full of smiles, stories and helpful directions. Stairs into hotel and a ramp would have been appreciated. We left before breakfast one morning and were told a box breakfast would be waiting; it was not and we had to leave before it could be put together as the taxi was waiting. Central location was great.

Central location. Most helpful and responsive staff we encountered which is saying a great deal and all staff at all hotels would qualify.

One of the best hotels we stayed in -

Room much too small for two people. Lack of storage space; one chair. Other than that, it was centrally located. Breakfasts outstanding. Helpful staff.

Really did not find this of interest and, given the opportuntity, would not have gone on it.

In the all day rain, darn it. What we could see and enjoy, it was amazing!

Stieg made it all so very good. Like the other guide in Bergen, he adapted his idea of a walking tour to our age and walking abilities.

The guide made it everything! And we both caught fish! Small but still Norwegian fishes!

Personable. Adjusted the program for our age , walking speed and distance. It was raining and he did the very best he could and, in fact, based on his suggestions, we went back over the same area when the sun did come out.

Once in a lifetime experience that we absolutely loved. Everyone was super accommodating. We did have to wait for awhile to be picked up in the morning, but we enjoyed the extra time in the sand.

We didn't stay in this location for a full night given our flight, however, it was incredibly modern and clean. There was a little hiccup upon check in because they couldn't find our reservation, but ultimately it was a great (albeit short) stay

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The food was great! The location was nice (and the elevator was much appreciated), but it just lacked some of the charm compared to the other places we stayed.

This riad was absolutely amazing. Despite the earthquake, they worked to find us safe accommodation. They were incredibly patient, kind and caring. We absolutely loved the little yellow kitten and he was the highlight of our hotel stays!

Abraham was great, educational and his English was probably the best of the trip! Highly recommend.

We loved this transformation into a cooking class and the hosts were so fun. We are thankful they were flexible with us and our poor cooking skills!

Kudos to our guide for being accommodating with the time (and frankly even agreeing to give the tour) the day after the earthquake. We greatly appreciated his perspective and wisdom regarding the city

Very cute house, downstairs was decorated in an authentic & inviting way. Great breakfast & great service. Rooms are cramped since the ceiling slopes, the bed in our room was nothing more than a thin mattress on a metal spring platform. Reminded me of a fold out couch. Pillows were lumpy & very thin. Great location & cute, just not functional for s couple.

Well stocked, comfortable bed, appropriate size. Really appreciated the coffee & kitchenette Long way down a dirt road.

Average, just step above a hostel. Warm & comfortable. No way to contact anyone for extra pillow or anything else.
