Everything was very good to excellent. All the local guides were good. Rutas360 in Atacama is merely a "middle man" to the local guide companies so that made it a bit challenging to know who to contact, but it all worked out. All the transfers to and from the bus stations and airports worked well, as did all the airline reservations.

My only minor issue was some of the hotels. The Doubletree in Santiago and the airport Holiday Inn were both very good. Don Tomas in Atacama was excellent.

Hotel Otai was a mixed bag. We had a noisy dog nearby and the breakfast was ok, and they got the AC working well, but on the last day I saw two cockroaches in our room. That was not horrible for me, but for most people that would be very bad.

Hotel Casa de Patagonia in Puerto Natales had good service but it was a bit noisy with thin walls. Hotel Germania in Puerto Varas was fine though our room, which faced the street, was stuffy, noisy and a bit small.

It was unforgettable trip. The service in every point was accurate, that means each pickup point we had ready driver waiting for us, which was even above expectation, compare to other countries we have traveled before. Good selection of the hotels and accommodations in every point we have chosen. Also the people in each town that provided service to us, drivers, guides, tour guides were cheerful and genuinely liking what they're doing, which reflected on us, as a clients. This may be because of overall tourism and service industry culture in the country. This whole trip was above every expectation. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!

The ice walking was not really needed since we had enough walking around the glacier with a professor glaciologist explaining nature and all details about this glacier. We didn't give Kimkim much time to organise our trip but they managed to pull off an awesome experience for us. Hassan, did a fantastic job accommodating out travel requirements and Hammid our driver was the best from start to finish. His knowledge, generosity and kindness left us feeling more than satisfied with our trip and very humbled to have experienced this trip with him . Our guide in Fes, Fatima was a real delight and her knowledge was outstanding - congratulations to her for being the youngest female guide in your team. The accommodation at each place was amazing - special mention to Chez Pierre Gorges Du Dades - our favourite although the Glamping in Sahara was a close second.
We will definitely recommend and hopefully use Kimkim again. Thank you, Shukran .....Yallah Yallah

Our trip to Cartagena was great. We wanted an exotic getaway (without the kids) and since we did not have a lot of time to research and plan, we decided to use KimKim. Our local specialist, Wendy was very easy to work with. We discussed our plans initially over a call then everything else was handled via messages. Wendy was very responsive to our needs regarding our itinerary and settled on a 5 day trip that was a great mix of down time and exploration/tour time. A day or two before our trip we got all the contact details we needed. We were picked up the the airport and later at the hotel for various outings. We never once was left wondering what was happening or felt unsafe.

Our city guide Roberto and snorkelling/nature guide Philipe Louis were awesome - not pushy, providing lots of fun conversation and information. Dean our local coordinator was always reachable whenever we had questions. In our 5 days, we did a city walking tour, a drum safari/workshop, a trip to the market and a full day at the Rosario islands. We felt we were able to get in touch with a more local side of Cartagena. Something most tourist would not experience. All in all, a very memorable trip. Thanks to everyone involved!!

Nuria made booking an expansive trip across 3 different areas of Costa Rica very easy. She provided various tour and hotel options and stayed reasonably within the budget we had initially discussed. Overall 10/10 would recommend!

Our guide Jason was wonderful. He suggested additional things to add to our day with him that were fun, interactive, and allowed us to learn more about the Malay culture. He took us to a local restaurant for lunch that was excellent, and suggested a few places for dinner that were also great. Sam was a great guide as well, a bit soft spoken, but very knowledgeable and thoughtful. His botany experience made the trip to the botanic gardens extra special! Many thanks to Nick for all of his help and guidance in planning our trip. Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience!

The entire 15 day itinerary was absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do in CR. Bryan and the rest of the staff at Serendipity Tours deserve kudos for all their hard work and expertise that they showed. Everyone was prompt at answering questions we had and if there were any issues that arose they were dealt with swiftly.

The drivers we had were great, arrived on time (usually early) and never made us feel rushed if there was something we wanted to see or do along the route. It was kind of them to bring water for us if we needed it during the drive. They truly went out of their way, were super polite and very professional. They really were ALL excellent.

Our many tour guides and tours were exceptional especially for our age group. The tours were varied (cruise, hikes, float and coffee tour and night walk) and educational. They all had such a vast amount of knowledge of the plant and wild life of Costa Rica. They all continue their education by taking courses to keep up their expertise. They were all very well mannered and always arrived on time.

Our accommodations were really nice (except for one).

Hotel Presidente had a beautiful rooftop patio and our room was clean and spacious.

Arenal Manoa and Hot Springs was magical, the view outside our cottage of the volcano, soaking in the hot springs, great wood fired pizza and foot massage by the bubbling river, all such wonderful memories.

Casitas Tenorio was so very special. Being so rustic and tucked in the mountains, we saw many animals and birds from the outdoor terrace while having breakfast. We enjoyed the tour of the farm and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Improvements could be made with the breakfast and the bed linens.

Senda Monteverde Hotel was magnificent. Such a beautiful view from high up on the cliff. We were very well treated, love the free snacks and alcohol in the fridge and the hot water bottles in the bed at night. We were glad we were in NUMBER ONE bungalow. It was very close to the dining room and check in. Many bungalows needed a driver to drive them up to it because of the steepness.

Hotel San Bada was a disappointment unfortunately. The check in experience by a very rude employee was disappointing. There was some error made where instead of 3 nights booked it was 2 nights. The employee was so rude and literally left it up to us to figure it out. Serendipity Tours was very good with resolving the problem. Also, our room had a very moldy, musty smell. We mentioned it to housekeeping and they tried to unsuccessfully resolve it. That smell got into some of our clothes as well. The hotel did not offer to move rooms. I would NOT recommend this hotel. It is in much need of renovation and repair. The elevator floor was broken and the rusty balcony railing needed painting. Having said that, the location is great, very close to the Park. And the rest of the staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel Buena Vista was wonderful and great location. Great staff, amazing breakfast and spectacular view. Our room was really nice and modern, well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

I hope these comments are helpful for future visitors to lovely Costa Rica.

Athens Mythology tour was fabulous, our guide was so engaging and a brilliant story teller. The hotel in Athens was very cosy and service very friendly. The weather was perfect for a City tour but got somewhat colder in Santorini! Angela worked hard to rearrange trips taking account of weather conditions and we were able to participate in and enjoy all. Santorini was beautiful but one should be aware that during February most restaurants are closed and there is a lot of construction work ongoing. However this did not dampen our enjoyment; the two open establishments were superb! We had a very comfortable cave on Santorini with a superb view. Will be using Kimkim again!

Charlotte did an amazing job building an itinerary of all the places and tours we were interested in doing. We added and changed ideas a couple times and came up with a fantastic trip.
Every transfer, hotel, and tour, went exactly as planned. We had absolutely no issues or problems occur.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend using KimKim. We were more than happy with how our trip went.

My trip was back in August and I’m sorry that this review has taken so long to write, but the fact that I am writing it now is a testament to how truly wonderful Sarah is and how much gratitude I feel towards her for designing an amazing itinerary and also giving us a ton of support throughout the whole trip.

First, since this was post pandemic last august, airlines were just a complete disaster and unfortunately our situation was no different. We had delays AND cancelled flights in both directions which of course messes with your itinerary. While no one likes to be in that situation, having Sarah as our contact made everything run so much more smoothly and made me feel so much better. Every time something did not go according to plan I would shoot her a text and miraculously everything would get resolved. She immediately adjusted our itinerary to make sure we didn’t miss the things that were important to us. Because she had paid such close attention to what I told her I wanted, I didn’t even have to ask her! She just understood. I had another incident where I hurt my back and had to cancel one of the tours we had booked at the last minute and Sarah immediately found me an alternative that would suit us better at no extra charge. She really goes above and beyond and solves problems instantly!

Now the trip itself was just magic. I wish I could go back. I’ve never seen water so blue, and the people were lovely, and the history is rich and the food is just spectacular!! I was pretty ignorant about Croatian food and wine but that was a real shame because every dinner was fantastic and I really fell in love with the white wine. This was my ideal vacation because Croatia truly allows you to have any kind of trip you desire. There are beaches, boats, natural parks with gorgeous hiking and views, cities, cool architecture, history, wine country, Michelin star restaurants and the list just goes on.

This beautiful country should absolutely be on your bucket list and I think I will be back many times. Sarah is the perfect person to guide you through it. She knows every region and every activity and she’s incredibly competent, responsive and just an overall people person! Thank you so much for your support Sarah!

I was always intimidated by the concept of trip planning. But kimkim is the best tool I have found so far.
I can adjust my schedule and to-dos based on my pace. And the "self-guided tour" information on this site is very helpful on the days I don't want to book a tour, and allows me to wander around the city with some ideas in my head.

Did have some trouble adjusting the number of guests during booking cuz one of the people ended up not coming. But Yuri my appointed travel specialist in kimkim was able to change that for me very quickly.

A five-star experience!

From start to finish, Ravi and his team were totally professional and gave an excellent service. Six of us were on the tour that Ravi organised for us and the itinerary was varied and perfectly adapted to meet with our requests. A lovely combination of visiting famous sites with getting to know the cities and visiting local craftsmen. The minibus was comfortable and our driver was kind and considerate, always making sure the bus was spotlessly clean in the morning and that the cool box was full of bottles of water. Our guides in each city were interesting and incredibly knowledgeable; we leant so much from these men and appreciated their humour and friendliness. The hotels were clearly well chosen - clean, boutique style places that were well run with polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately, we suffered some ill health during our visit, but Ravi and his team went out of their way to make sure they were comfortable and made arrangements for them to travel on to meet the rest of the group when they were fit and well.
I will certainly be using KimKim for my next holiday in India!

What a treat - this hotel in the middle of nowhere was quiet and clean with beautiful outside sitting areas and a lovely pool. A co-operative is part of the set up where women make beautiful bags from offcuts of cotton which they profit from by selling. As well as sewing, they spend an hour each day leaning to read and write. because of the location, you have to eat in the hotel - the choice was limited but delicious.

I think that the best review for any travel company is related to how they support travellers during unexpected disruptions. We were stuck in the Kruger area, missing a flight because roads were flooded. We still hoped to make it for a few days up to Victoria Falls. The KimKim team worked with us through WhatsAp messages to reroute our travel so we could still enjoy the falls and the Zambezi. Thank you for making this such an easy and wonderful trip!

Rita did such an amazing job planning, coordinating, and making last second changes as needed. She really listened to what we wanted to do and delivered. I had such a great experience with this platform that I am booking another trip!

Paulo our guide was great. He challenged us and made sure the group did not fall behind. He packed an amazing lunch and even lent us extra windbreakers when we got cold. He went out of his way to take us along the coast on the way home.

Nelson was a great tour guide. He knows about the history of Portugal and a lot about the wine. He catered the tour to our needs and brought us to an amazing winery on a farm with this amazing home cooked local meal.

We thank Stephen, William and Celina for organising a wonderful holiday for us in Scotland. The attention to detail was outstanding particularly given it was the winter season when many venues are closed. Nothing was too much trouble and always available and keeping in touch. We had a sensational time staying at terrific hotels often wonderfully located in the country, and made many happy memories out in the Scottish Highlands. A lovely outdoor adventure... favourite spot is Applecross!!! We could imagine the Vikings landing there from the sea.
