Marrakech is definitely touristy - after experiencing Fes first - Marrakech was just “ok”. Then again, it was at the end of our trip so we had already seen a lot of what it had to offer and we were a bit exhausted.

Our AMAZING family trip to France was impeccably planned by Lucie. She was exemplary in her help and dedication to provide a beautiful and unique trip for us. We had the best time...and still wish we were in France. Family memories for a lifetime.
Let me get one tiny negative experience out of the way ..the Chocolate Museum -workshop in Paris... it is a **tourist trap and only for little kids (5 year olds) & has horrible chocolate. AVOID!
We have now erased that from our memory. On to the highlights...and SO SO many.
Our guided tour (by Afsaneh) ) of the Louvre was arranged last minute by the amazing Lucie...our tour guide was absolutely the very BEST. Afsaneh is a teacher and a true lover of the arts. She brought the Louvre to life for us and expertly maneuvered us around the extensive crowds. Our experience would have been very very poor without her. A HIGHLIGHT of our entire trip. We requested this add on at the last minute....and Lucie was a miracle worker to arrange it.
We probably should have requested a tour guide for Versailles.
Our La Marais pastry tour was also a huge highlight. My kids and I absolutely loved our tour guide....she was chic, fun, upbeat, outgoing, and engaged my kids (13 and 17 yrs of age). Rachelle. Request her! The pastries we tasted were mouth watering and uniquely delicious.
Our walking food tour of Nice was also a huge highlight. Our guide, Nadia, was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a great overview of Nice and SO SO SO MUCH delicious food. Do not eat breakfast before this tour. She gave us helpful hints to see Castle Hill, take the train up and walk down for beautiful views. We did that the next day.
We loved the fresh market in Nice, that Nadia showed us, and we even went back the next day. The chocolate shop we visited, again, on the tour with Nadia, is a beautiful shop with chandeliers that started in 1820 and the chocolate we tasted (and purchased there) was exceptional, mouth watering, and superior in every way. It puts our chocolate in the United States to shame.
Our hotel in Paris...Le Basile....beautiful. Delicious breakfast every morning. SUPER Friendly and helpful front desk available 24/7. Highly recommend.
I could go on and on but I touched on the major highlights. I hope they are helpful to other fellow travelers.
Traveling with my family, making lifetime core memories with my children is incalculable. Merci Beaucoup to Lucie and Kimkim travel.

This was a highlight of our trip. Having a driver for the day, was very very helpful. We LOVED Monet's garden. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth seeing, especially if you love gardens, flowers, and art. We wish we had a tour guide for Versailles. Having had a tour guide for the Louvre, we saw how much of a difference it made for our experience. With that being said, Versailles is a must to visit.

This was a really fun unique activity. They took us to Montmartre, which was lovely to see. A bunch of streets were closed due to it being very close to Bastille Day. Driving around in the open air to get up close to things was a lot of fun. They picked us up from the hotel, and offered to drop us off wherever we liked at the end of the tour. A really fun tour.

Review the menu before booking to be sure you like the offerings. It was a bit touristy, and had a lounge type singer for entertainment. I thought it would be a more informational tour. But still a nice introduction to Paris and from the unique vantage point of the Seine River. We did enjoy the activity. After the cruise, we walked to the Eiffel Tower and it was beautifully lit up at night.

My wife booked this trip and was really happy working with Tiago on the planning. Where I was not happy is with the price. I am a well travelled person and used to planning my own trips but since we were short on time and my wife had read the Kimkim reviews I let her go ahead and make the booking with Tiago.

I think it is well established that Kimkim does not offer any pricing transparency. This should be a big red flag from the beginning. I don't mind paying a markup for the service they are offering but I want to know what that markup is.

After getting the receipts from our hotels and talking to the vendors for the activities Tiago planned for us I estimated that half the cost of the trip was going to Kimkim which is insane. The positives are that Tiago's recommendations were really good, he responded quickly to our messages on the trip and detailed travel booklet was really helpful.

Was it worth the cost? Only you can decide and for people that want a concierge service then this is a good option and Kimkim has clearly found a niche market that works for them. But the lack of transparency on pricing as raised by many people will stop me from using them again. It's a good concept but I don't believe that it is worth that kind of premium.

I came across this website during internet search. I knew our family wanted to go to France for graduation trip and I knew this would include Paris but I wasn't exactly sure where else we should go, since this was our first trip. I took the initial survey which was very easy to navigate and then gained a better idea of the trip could look like. On the same day, Eva called me and we talked through the survey and she offered valuable insights and then later that day she emailed me a preliminary itinerary. I decided on 3 days in Paris (including Versailles), then train to south France for 3 days in Aix-en-Provence then train to Nice (including Monaco). It was actually quite fun and exciting viewing the more detailed itinerary which featured specifics and her special comments, and I could press Like, or Dislike, or add a question or comment. Within 24 hours, any comments or questions were addressed, we made some additional adjustments, and then Eva called to speak with myself, my wife and 2 daughters. This got them even more excited for the upcoming trip. Eva had a very detailed knowledge and wealth of experience to offer, so we knew we were in good hands.
As the trip got closer, the plans were reviewed again. The itinerary could be accessed by email link to website, and even easier with kimkim app on phone.
All contact numbers were listed and indeed were accurate, for the location transfers, local tour guides, hotels. Train tickets and tour vouchers were all very clearly highlighted on the app. Meeting points were generally clear and included links to Apple or Google Maps. Transfers to/from hotels were mostly provided, and when not pre-booked they were quickly reimbursed when we got back. We interacted with various local tour guides at each destination, and all were on time, very pleasant, each was clearly experienced and passionate in their respective venues. We enjoyed every tour.
Highlights were the dinner cruise on Seine seeing Paris all lit up at night; palace and gardens of Versailles were breathtaking; tours of Lavender fields and Aix-en-Provence were so beautiful; day trip to Cassis, Calanques boat ride and Provence wine tasting were so fun and relaxing; Nice was absolutely breathtaking including day trip to Monaco; perfume workshop was entertaining and informative.
We did have to contact a local tour guide to clarify exact meeting location and they answered immediately and actually the confusion ended up being more on our end, and everything worked out fine.
The hotels were generally very good. Paris hotel rooms were smaller than what we're used to but that's how it is there.
Provence hotel was bigger and nicer but was a bit farther out from city center so there were multiple $20-30 euro rides needed. Nice hotel was excellent with great location.
In summary, we had a fantastic trip with a generally smooth transition between 3 separate locations in France.
I would recommend kimkim to anyone contemplating a Europe trip as they are experts and provided excellent service before, during and after. I plan to use them again in the future.

I have been privileged to travel to many amazing places with my job (UK, Spain, France, Greece, Australia, Kenya, South Africa etc) and none compare to the experience we had in Morocco. From the first contact with Maryem and the full conversation with Sharon where I was able to ask any question I wanted to finalize the locations, the planning of the trip went smoothly. Together we came up with an itinerary that fit my two day conference into the planning and Maryem worked hard to ensure we could go to all of the places we wanted while suggesting other (amazing) stops to see along the way.This was my first guided tour and I was nervous about all of the unknowns, including spending 9 days with one specific tour guide with just me and my aunt. What if we didn't like him or understand him? 9 days is a long time!!! From the second Ahmed arrived at the airport to pick us up everything went smoothly and he just got better and better every day as we got to know each other a bit better. He was accommodating at every turn and our enjoyment was his biggest concern. Even when we weren't with him he was texting to make sure we were navigating fine, felt safe, and knew where to go to eat etc. Along the way Ahmed introduced us to other guides with context specific knowledge --each one was engaging, highly knowledgable and fun to spend time with. All of the guides we worked with were accommodating to our needs--if we wanted to cut a tour short to spend time at a pool or to add on something else in the vicinity they did so without batting an eye. Morocco is an amazing place from its breathtaking scenery to its people, culture and sense of community to its mouth watering food. I sincerely hope we are privileged enough to return and look forward to booking more trips with Kimkim

My wife and I had an unforgettable experience in Switzerland, thanks to the kimkim team. We worked closely with Valentine in organizing the trip. We started in Zurich and finished in Geneva...and visited Lucerne, Grindelwald, Zermatt, Montreux along the way. We were fortunate to be in Switzerland during the Women's Euro football tournament and the Montreux Jazz festival...Valentine worked the itinerary so we could experience both. She was a delight to team with. She and her colleague, Emilie, were also in touch during the trip to ensure all was going well and to deal with any questions we had, which we very much appreciated. Luca did a wonderful job of creating our tour of Italy and Aurora was very responsive once we arrived. Additionally, due to some travel delays, the 24 hour service offered by KimKim was excellent.

Accommodations were great, itnerary perfect and very impressed with the CiaoFlorence drivers that KimKim shceduled for us. They were always on time, professional and friendly.

Everything was amazing and Hanna did an outstanding job preparing the trips and daily itineraries. The only suggestion I have and I should have caught this myself was the first day required me to drive after my overnight flight. I should have stayed in Reykjavík that first day but that was my fault not Hanna’s

Everything was amazing! It was a family vacation of a lifetime. Seeing 3 completely different regions of Portugal inside and out was epic and so memorable and we have the photos and videos to hold onto for life. All of the tours booked represented a wide variety of activities to do both on land and sea. We would recommend anyone to use Helena for booking a trip for themselves! We have traveled the world but have never found a better firm than Premium Travel Mongolia. We unhesitatingly recommend this firm to anyone who wants an educational, comfortable, entertaining and enlightening overview of this wonderful, ancient yet modern country.
Crystal was very responsive and custom-built a trip to match our needs. The trip throughout central Mongolia was extremely well planned, with multiple adventures every day. From stays at ger camps - from luxurious to just plain comfortable - climbing volcanos, relaxing in hot springs, visiting historic and cultural sites and riding horses and camels, we never lacked opportunities to learn about this amazing country. We even got to work with golden eagles and participate in Naadam in Dalan ZadGad and learn about all the fascinating events.
We were extremely privileged to have Suvd for our guide and Tsogtoo for our driver. The best of the best. They both have a great sense of humor and kept us laughing the whole time. He is a highly competent, calm and careful driver who keeps the car spotless every day. Suvd, who speaks excellent English and gets every joke, has a wealth of knowledge about Mongolia's history, culture, celebrations, sports, flora and fauna. Both struggled to teach us to play the ankle bone game which provided a fun way to relax at the end of the day. Suvd went above and beyond by ensuring that all the camp cooks respected my dietary restrictions.
At the end of the trip we were overcome to find that the team had organized a 46th anniversary gift for us - everything we will need to continue to play the ankle bone game back home! We will never forget this trip and unhesitatingly recommend

It is amazing to be able to see the world's only wild horses in their natural habitat. Guides were very helpful by showing us where to look and providing binoculars.

We fully enjoyed all of the places we stayed. Bjorn our walking tour guide in Oslo was outstanding as was the pilot/guide of our RIB boat safari trip out of Flam. Unfortunately, I don't recall his name, only that he was originally from Poland. Flam Marina was a great location with amazing view of the fjord. We fell in love with Balestrand and the Kviknes Hotel; not a crowded as other places we went with local residents walking along the streets, reminded us of towns on Cape Cod, like Wellfleet. View from top of funicular in Bergen was also outstanding. Bergen Bors Hotel host recommended dinner at Bjerck that had excellent halibut.

We had such a wonderful trip to the Netherlands. Mieke and Beat the Dutch Travel did such a great job organizing our trip for our two families (4 adults, 1 young adult, 3 kids ages 17, 10, and 8). We felt like we had a great balance of highly tourist activities and also some lower key travel excursions that felt more local. The day by day descriptions and step by step instructions for transportation and navigation made travel very easy. Particular highlights of the trip were the private bike tour with Marc and the kids particularly loved the trip to the Muiderslot castle. The private canal tour with Those Dam Boat Guys tour was also a great way to see Amsterdam.

Best decision I ever made to use KimKim for this travel planning. Saved me the hours of stress and planning to try to accommodate 8 people of varying interests and attention spans. Would highly recommend and happily use them again!

This is our first time using a booking agency and we were a bit hesitant. We couldn't be happier! The trip was overall seamless and easy to navigate multiple locations and public transportation throughout the country because our reps from Kimkim handled everything for us.

We only spent one night in Zurich but the hotel was very nice for us. We enjoy the country more than cities but had a fabulous time walking around Zurich and shopping before heading home. Easy to navigate. We had the owners suite for our family and the size and privacy was excellent!

Little bit of a hike if you have luggage. I would recommend arranging a taxi in advance ...it is possible but the last little bit is a hill to climb.

Excellent views. If we had done this first I probably would have been more impressed... however after Jungfraujoch this trip required less time. Very glad we spent time hiking on the mountain and especially going to "Reflection" Lake.

Highly recommend George as a guide! The trip took some physical strength but was not overly strenuous. Views were amazing. I did "feel it" that night though!

I left my passport bag in the train right before our tour. The staff at the bike tour made multiple trips make to the train station to help me be able to eventually track it down. They made sure I felt comfortable going on the tour and not ruining my day. They definitely are go above and beyond type of people.

This was fantastic! So glad we planned for a full day on top of mountain. We spent plenty of time on everything and took a long hike out the trail while on top.

We really enjoyed and were happy we spent a little extra money to Zipline and snow tube. Also plan for enough time to be able to hike the trail while on the top of the mountain.

Walking around on Mt Rigi may have been my favorite day...even in the rain. It was peaceful and beautiful. Because of the rain there were very little tourists which helped. Boat ride on the lake was perfect.

Easier to utilize than expected and made travel much better than dealing with a rental car and trying to find parking.

We used KimKim to book our amazing trip to Costa Rica. They were so easy to deal with and were straight forward with pricing and trip options. The trip we booked through them was incredible! Everything went so smoothly with all of our travel arrangements and pick ups and transfers. All of our accommodations were wonderful and just was describe in our itinerary. The excursions we did were amazing as well! Perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. All of our guides were so awesome and went out of their way to make our excursion extra special. The provide breakfast and lunches were so delicious and authentic Costa Rican food! The travel throughout the Country, although terrifying at times, was easy with Ride CR. Their drivers were wonderful and made us feel safe at all times! They also went out of their way to point out things in Costa Rica and even made stops so that we could see the wildlife! We only ran into one hiccup with our transportation not showing up for our scheduled fishing trip, but I was able to contact the KimKim support line and they got on it right away and we were still able to go on the awesome fishing trip! The itinerary that KimKim provides is so easy to follow and has everything you need to get where you are going! This was a trip of a lifetime and my Husband and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to explore and experience the incredible and BEAUTIFUL Country of Costa Rica! Kimkim made it so easy to travel and we will definitely book more trips with them in the future! I only have two things left to say, Book the trip and Pura Vida! ❤️💙🤍

Tree Topia Park is a must! Our guides were wonderful, so much wildlife and the views!!! The hanging bridges are so cool and when you are in the clouds it’s such an experience! And the zip lining was the best I have ever done! The heights the views, it’s such an adventure. Do the vertical drop at the end, it’s sooooo worth it! They were such a great company and accommodated us when our initial zip line tour got rained out! They moved us to a morning session so we could fit it in before we left! I am so glad we got to do it!

10 out of 10 recommend! This was such a wonderful experience and great company to go rafting with! All of the guides were amazing and made us feel safe, comfortable and most of all ensured we had a blast! These rapids are no joke and it was the best adventure! My friend and I set out to plan a trip for her 40th birthday. Nikola was helpful throughout the process and highlighted all the important sights to see. Our airport transfers were punctual, our tour guides were warm, kind and informative; our skippers for the boat tour was knowledgeable, and our culinary experience was amazing! We did so much in the week that we were there (a guided city tour in Dubrovnik, a hands-on culinary experience, a boat tour in Hvar, a visit to the National Park in Split, and a short stop to Ston). And in between each of those activities we were able to explore the city, enjoy delicious meals and nightlife as well. All our guides in each city treated us so warmly like family and were very knowledgeable and rooted in their culture. We can't wait to be back with our families to explore new sights!!
