Truly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in, from the staff to the room itself, it was beyond impressive!

We loved staying here! Staff was fabulous - so helpful and friendly. The location was amazing as well! A/C was cool and much appreciated after a long day walking!

We got so much detailed history about Venice on this trip, it was fascinating.

I absolutely loved this experience. I was nervous going in, but it's amazing what you can do with the right ingredients and just a little guidance. I was amazed at the quality of food we were able to make in just a short amount of time. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody visiting Florence!

I'm a big fan of wine tasting tours and we got very lucky to have a really fun group of couples along for the ride. Our guide was entertaining and knowledgeable and kept the tour moving without rushing us.

Good breakfast located at the best possible place in Avignon, right on the plaza near the palace of the pope. Nice attentive staff . Parking nearby in th palace garage.

Well located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Had indoor self parking, and a good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful

Excellent guide

Extremely small and cramped. With two adults with l large suitcases, it was hard to even open both at the same time without placing one of the bed. You have to shuffle to get to the other side of the room. Shower didn’t get hot and didn’t drain well. No space for personal toiletries. Rooms only had one outlet on one side of the bed. Elevator could only fit one person w/ luggage at a time. Yes we knew it would be small and cramp based on the culture of Europe’s hotel but we didn't expect to be so uncomfortable. On a good note, Breakfast, lobby snacks and access to public transportation was great. The little restaurant straight across for the hotel had amazing food. Front desk host was very welcoming.

Very old hotel but remodeled nicely. The rooms were nicely sized and comfy. Breakfast, bar and restaurant inside hotel was nice as well.

Super cute hotel with great access to public transportation and local restaurants and coffee shops. Front desk host was super helpful and nice. Breakfast was basic English breakfast, nothing special . The rooms on the top floor ceiling dropped down into an angle, this made it easy to bump your head. Small rooms but the beds were comfy

We LOVED Levanto and this hotel was in the perfect spot in town Very walkable to the train station. The team at the hotel was lovely and helped with restaurants and reservations and were very kind and helpful with recommendations on how to explore the area in the time that we had free.

This hotel was beautiful!!! The garden space was so peaceful while the location is in a busy area but still felt quiet and secluded. Beautiful views from our spacious room. The staff was very nice and the laundry service was quick and efficient.

This hotel was quite the experience! You are literally steps away from the Trevi Fountain and the entrance is in the corner of a restaurant patio --- so very unique! This was probably in the smallest room and the busiest location of all of our spots that we stayed but while you were in the hotel room, it was very quiet and you had everything you needed with beautiful charm in the room. The shower was confusing to figure out how to work at first, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

This place was AMAZING! The rooftop pool/bar area was beautiful, even though the bar service was only open until 6 p.m. The views were fabulous from our terrace. It was also in a more bustly area and an easy walk. This one felt the least "Italian" of all of our spots, but the staff was lovely and the first floor garden area with happy hour was a nice feature to get some relaxation after a long day exploring. It was a quick walk to the central area and Sorrento overall was a good central spot to explore the Amalfit.

We lucked out with having no one else registered for our tour at the same time so we had our guide and the tours all to ourselves...and it was fabulous! Our driver was wonderful and we had a great time sharing stories and learning about the region. Would highly recommend!

Our guide was so great! She was thoughtful and had great history and knowledge of the area and was so kind in answering all of our questions and sharing her love of the area as well.

We had a wonderful tour guide but it was a quick 30,000 view of Pompeii. There was just not enough time to see it all --- which was fine for us. He gave a great overview and we definitely left feeling like we saw enough to get the idea without spending hours upon hours walking around. Our guide was insightful and interesting.

We ended up having this as a private tour as well, because the other registered people never showed so it was a bonus! Because it was just the three of us, we were able to navigate through the crowds pretty easy and we had special access to areas where we would not have had if we went alone without a guide. Our guide had so much interesting information and detail and these special glasses that helpful you see what it was like back in its full glory, which was VERY COOL.

We had such a great time at this experience! The chef and team were funny and engaging, for people of all ages, and the food turned out SO GREAT!

OH MY GOODNESS this was one of our FAVORITE tours and tour guides --- she was SO FUN! Full of really interesting information and excitement for the community and the food was awesome. She introduced us to things we would have never tried or experienced on our own and we had a blast with her!

We LOVED our driver!!! He was so genuine and interesting and took us to some out of the buzz places and locations for views that we never would have found on our own. He was right where he said he would be when we stopped to explore and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. We enjoyed our time with him!

So glad we did a small group, which ended up being only 6 total people. There were a LOT of tours with very large groups and our guide and our small group were able to navigate through the sites and streets quickly and easily. Our guide was really interesting and had so much intricate knowledge of the history and art it was incredible! We loved it!

This was the ABSOLUTE perfect way to end our trip! Because of a weather issue earlier in, we were actually able to expand this to a full day and OH BOY it was worth it! Our boat driver/tour guide was AWESOME --- he had really interesting information to share about all of the sites and was fun and engaging, while also giving us time to simply enjoy the beautiful scenery and our last day.

Our tour guide, Rory, shared a lot of info on Catalan history that we would not have otherwise been aware of. We covered lots of ground and sites within the Gothic Quarter, El Born, Ciutadella Park, and the waterfront, Cycling was difficult, however, due to the large number of tourists always present in Barcelona. E-bikes we’re not necessary since there were not many chances to actually cycle much. The bikes definitely did enable us to cover more sites than being on foot though. One disappointment with this tour was that we ended at a tapas resto that was not El 4 Gats, as specified. The food and wine was very good where the tour ended, but we had to go to El 4 Gats on our own after because this was somewhere we specifically wanted to experience. I will add that our tour guide, Rory, was very helpful during the tapas part of the tour in giving all participants tips on restaurants, etc, for the rest of our trips. He even wrote them down on a little card for each group:)

This was a great experience. Guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and funny. The market visit was at a smaller market, not Mercat Central, which was okay. In the kitchen after we were all put to work with different tasks to make a traditional Venetian paella, and we had fun with others in the group. It’s the first time I’ve geared tomatoes! This is definitely an experience we can bring home with us to share:)

We loved this visit to Mas Oller winery. A beautiful place just to walk around. Our winery tour was really interesting with an explanation of the process from vine to bottle, and challenges they’re experiencing due to warmer summers. The tasting itself was longer than expected (which was fine!) with generous samples of each wine ( if I recall it was 5 in total). One of our party decided not to finish all their samples because somebody had to drive after! We had fun with some other people on the tour as well.

Unfortunately we didn’t do this activity. The hour long drive to catch the boat, and again at the end of the day, combined with an early start, was more than we felt we were up to in the moment. We had been quite busy and we were enjoying this relaxing part of the trip in the Costa Brava One of our party also hadn’t been feeling 100% just previously and we were taking it slowly. We know we missed a beautiful tour and hope to return and try it again!

This proved to be a great, “ chill” activity for the last day of our trip. It was good to walk along The Ramblas on a Thursday morning, as our previous visit there was on a Saturday afternoon ( not recommended!) The guided tour of the Boquera Market, again in the morning, was enjoyable. Our guide explained about different Hans and traditional desserts, suggested where to buy cheese and olive oils…. For the cooking part, we made a seafood paella. We had already made paella in Valencia, but this was a different kind and so the process wasn’t the same. We took away some additional recipes to try at home. The location of the cooking class was in a lovely Barcelona flat above a busy square.

FANTASTIC! We loved the historical nature of it, the warm pool, and the spa as well. Beautiful, serene courtyard.

2/4 rooms had toilets overflowing. The room overlooking the ocean was fantastic but the rest of the rooms were not as nice. One person had to stay up very late so the plumber could finish working on the toilet. The hotel seemed a little sad. BUT, great location.

Our room was too small - we could not open our luggage all the way b/c there was no space.

Loved the music at night, the food was delicious and the team serving us were very kind and friendly. We had the "royal tent" so I can't complain much. The water in the sinks was brown as was the water in the shower but we chalked it up to being in the desert.

STUNNING - a spot out of a Conde Neste magazine. Clean, friendly, and GORGEOUS from the recent remodel. No pool to use.

Awful hotel - my sheet had blood stains on it, the air conditioner didn't work even after the repairman left, and the food was not good. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The tour guide was perfect for Fez - he was intellectual and very proud of his city. It felt a bit like a shopping tour more than a historical tour so I would see if the tourists FIRST want shopping. Sometimes he didn't read the group - we were tired and so there was some information overload in the end.

Ismael was the best guide on our tour - fun, friendly, brilliant, knew just how much information to share.

Beautiful mosque - very interesting. Tour was too large to hear the guide.

OUTSTANDING in every way. One of the best parts of our trip. The women who led the class were wonderful and guided us with smiles the whole time. It felt like the setting was a magical paradise. Of course, the food was delicious!

I could not understand this guide's English and he gave vague answers to many questions.

I learned very little about Tangier from this guide. We had to pull information out of her. Most of the time she was on her phone and taking selfies. Sweet but immature and I would sadly not use her again but I hope you choose another female guide in the future.

This did not happen but Hassan was kind enough to have us over at his family's home where we had lunch.

The cab driver dropped us off beside an orange tree and we walked 5 minutes through the narrow cobbled roads to the hotel and it was a wonderful introduction to the ancient neighbourhood. We were greeted with cold drinks and treats and escorted to our light and airy room. All staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooftop view is outstanding and breathtaking by night with a view of the Mesquita. We discovered Bar La Cavea and visited the Museo Arqueologico -- a good place to being your Cordoba experience. Walk the Puente Romano in the evening, visit the Jewish Quarter and the Mesquita, roam the winding passages -- all within walking distance from Madinat. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

A great location in Madrid and walking distance to art museums, shopping and El Retiro Park. We enjoyed the hotel's artistic ambience, our quiet and spacious room and the professional and attentive staff. The breakfast room was bright and spacious, with an extensive selection and a barista who makes excellent coffee. Special thanks to Ruben at the concierge desk. Be sure to reserve at Angelita, a short walk away. Thank you 7 Islas!

Very attentive concierge staff who deals with a considerable number of travelers but the hotel never feels crowded. A spacious, comfortable lobby area for arriving and departing and a pleasant breakfast area with a varied buffet selection. Our room was clean, quiet and had a coffee pod machine. The hotel bar is open for your late afternoon drink when other establishments are closed for the mid day break. Close walking distance to Alameda de Hercules Plaza , the Hop On, Hop Off Buses, shopping and Setas de Seville (do use your ticket to see by day and by night). Special thanks to Raul.

The view from our Junior Suite was magnificent and we just spent time taking in the beautiful view of the valley and gorge. The 2nd level suite was luxuriously spacious but be aware that the bedroom is in the loft and the washroom is downstairs. The decor speaks of another decade but you are in the old town, so enjoy. Beautiful views from the restaurant (make reservations) and the breakfast room. Walk through the old town and into the gorge before the tours arrive -- so lush after the rainfall with beautiful views and so much birdsong. Be warned -- its a good workout walking back up the pathway. The hotel booked our cab for Cortijo Los Aguilares, a local winery. Highly recommend!

A quiet enclave in an elegant historic building. We were welcomed with a bottle of Cava and appreciated the complimentary tapas from 4:30 to 6 pm in the central courtyard--a nice touch for tired tourists. A simple buffet breakfast with seating in the covered courtyard and some seating in the buffet room. If your room overlooks the courtyard, you do have wooden shutters but you might hear guests returning from their evening and talking loudly in this area. Walking distance to Alhambra and be sure to participate in the River Darro evening stroll where you can view Alhambra towering overhead. Make reservations for La Tabernilla del Darro.

This hotel had such amazing character. The owners were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. The breakfasts were delicious.
