We were contacted by Stephen Malloy in April 1, 2025 and began planning our Ireland Vacation. From the beginning, Stephen made us feel like he cared about making this trip an adventure for us. We exchanged emails, had two videos chats, questioners, and even received feed back and help from his partner in crime: Elisa Gjepali, Two for One! We must have been important or a big pain.
We received our first itinerary on April 6 and it was almost perfect. We could tell Stephen had listened to us and was trying to make our dream vacation a reality. A few changes were made and we had booked our trip by April 26 and excited to be on our way.
From May through September, Stephen or Elisa answered many. many question we had and not just about our bookings and outing. We had never traveled internationally and had no idea about anything. From travel insurance to customs procedures, they helped us feel comfortable and never acted like it was a bother.
We received our travel book a week before we left on our trip. Some scheduling changes had been made and they wanted to make us aware of the changes. Stephen even did another video chat with us because there was on very confusing day and he wanted to make sure we were all on the same page about the changes for that day.
Our first day in Ireland, we received an email from Stephen welcoming us to Ireland. A friendly face in a new town. He made sure we had numbers to call in case of problems, and let us know we could still contact him or Elisa if needed.
And we did need them a couple of times. Problems were handled and we had a wonderful time.
Thank you Kimkim for a wonderful time and to Stephen and Elisa,
You will be remembered in our hearts and prayer from this day forward.
Blessings,
Pat and Patti McHugh

Overall, we had the absolute most magical trip to Iceland. Hanna helped to book all the necessary restaurant reservations and they were all fabulous! The snorkeling at the Silfra fissure was a must. We also visited Fridheimar Tomato Farm and the dinner was fantastic - as a plus it was walking distance from our hotel (Blue Hotel Fagrilundur). Both Seljalandsfoss (where you can walk behind the falls - just do it!) & Skogafoss (forest waterfall) were some of our favorites. Reynisfjara beach (black sand) was magnificent - it wasn't hard to imagine the scenes from Game of Thrones being filmed there. The Katla ice cave tour was super fun as well - you'll hike the Myrdalsjokull glacier, then visit the amazing blue and black ice cave of the Kötlujökull glacier on Mt. Katla. If we had to pick our favorite canyon it would be Fjadrargljufur canyon - just stunning. Another must see spot was Jokulsarlon & Diamond Beach where you could see the very blue chunks of glacier floating and the diamond beach appearance - we also saw some seals during our stop. Vestrahorn & the Viking Village also offered some unique and stunning views of the mountains and the beautiful water. The Hverir geothermal area was super cool (all be it a bit overwhelming with the sulfur content in the air). Hotel Laxa was one of our favorite spots for lodging and we lucky enogh to have a spectacular showing of the Northern Lights while there. Our whale watching in Husavik was canceled due to weather but luckily we were able to re-book for Árskógssandur and we couldn't have asked for a better outing - the gear they provide was very warm and we were able to see lots of whale activity. The Forest Lagoon was one of our groups favorite stops for relaxation (better than Blue Lagoon as it wasn't near as crowded and the water is clear with no silica - wish we had a bit more time to explore Akureyri and maybe stay over a night. Our last nights in Reykjavik were fun exploring the city, shopping and eating (get the hot dog at Baejarins Beztu Pylsur). Dinner at Fiskfelagid Fish company was so delicious as well.

Overall, I offer the following insights: 1. Buy waterPROOF gear (jacket and pants and an extra poncho if you really hate being wet) - not water resistant. 2. Bring layers- you will ABSOLUTELY need them no matter when you visit. 3. Comfortable waterproof hiking shoes or boots are a must. 3. The food was so much BETTER than we expected, although bringing snacks for the drive was essential especially if you wanted to limited your stops during the day.

Also, Hanna and her colleagues were super helpful and timely in responding to last minute requests during the trip. Hihgly recommend them and highly recommend visiting Iceland.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned by Sebastian, from luxurious accommodations in Paris to a breathtaking countryside escape to Amboise in the Loire Valley.

What truly set this trip apart was Sebastian’s deep knowledge of France and attention to the little things: charming boutique hotels with local flair, seamless transportation between cities, and insider experiences we never would’ve found on our own. Wine tastings at family-run vineyards, a Seine river cruise at sunset, & many tours of beautiful chateaus were just a few highlights that made this trip unforgettable.

Communication throughout was flawless. We had a personalized itinerary, 24/7 support if needed and thoughtful touches along the way.

Thanks to the KimKim team, we didn’t just see France—we felt it. The romance of Paris, the charm of the countryside, and the rich history around every corner came to life through carefully crafted experiences.

If you’re considering a trip to France, do yourself a favor and let KimKim take the reins. This was a once-in-a-lifetime journey made effortless and extraordinary by someone who truly cares about their clients and their craft.

Both of our city guides were knowledgable and enjoyable. They gave us interesting information and took us to places that we would not have explored on our own.

The Thon Hotel Opera was comfortable, well located and very satisfactory. They also provided an excellent breakfast.

The Flam Railroad was a disappointment, a bit of a tourist trap, actually. We were packed on the train with too many other people and had only glimpses out the windows. When there was a view it quickly disappeared because of the tunnels and snow/avalanche protections. We would not recommend this for future guests. Afterwards we were left in Flam for much too long, along with the passengers from 2 cruise ships, where there was little shade and nothing but tourist shops. We could have easily walked to Aurland during the time we waited there. The cab driver, Luca, took us to the wrong hotel in Aurland and gave us bad advice with regard to restaurants. The hotel in Aurland was okay.

The bus that we were told to take the next morning to Voss never arrived after a long wait. We finally texted Tom who sent the cab driver, Luca, to take us to Voss to get the bus to Ullensvang. Luca, a large man who drives such a small car, he has to push his seat back into the leg space of the back seat passenger area. In addition, Luca, who is Polish, speaks English with a heavy accent that is hard to understand. In Voss, we were able to get our bus, which proved to be an interesting ride.

The Hotel Ullensvang was a relief, and very nice. We enjoyed the hike through the orchards to the waterfalls and, in addition, we hiked to the cider brewery which was most enjoyable. Unfortunately we weren't prepared for the hotel's lovely spa facilities, but did enjoy the lovely setting.

The Heimen Hotel in Bergen was marginal, at best. The darkly painted room had inadequate lighting and they do not have sufficient space for breakfast for all of their guests -- 3 bus loads! Although they offer a laundry facility for guests it was not well maintained.

The Hurtigruten was a pleasant surprise. One of our most enjoyable meals was in their fine dining area where we could watch the coast as the sun set. Viewing the coast from deck 7 was most enjoyable.

The Hotel Brosundet in Aleslund was excellent. It is very well located and they pay outstanding attention to detail. The hike from town up to the view point was enjoyable.

From Aleslund we had to bus rather than train from Andalesnes to Trondheim. We were never warned that during the autumn months, the train transportation in Norway can be unpredictable because of annual maintenance.

The Scandic Nidelven Hotel in Trondheim is very good. They serve an exceptionally good breakfast buffet. We cannot understand why we were not offered the opportunity to fly from Trondheim to Oslo. The 8 hour bus ride was very uncomfortable, compared to the train. I suspect the bus was much cheaper than the train, so you saved some money. We would have gladly paid the extra cost to fly.

The Amerikenji hotel, which Tom booked for us as a change to our itinerary to accommodate our dinner plans, was very good.

Overall, we enjoyed our time in Norway and the people we met, but were very disappointed that we didn't receive the benefit of local knowledge, in regard to the interruption of train service, when the trip was planned.

Hi Susan.

Im glad to hear you are in overall happy with the Norway trip.

In terms of the Flåm Railway, it is a bit of a challenge as it is rated as one of the most spectacular railway journeys in the world, but of course it is no secret, and as it is the only way going down from the main railway to Flåm it can get crowded so we understand the experience can be affected by that.

When you arrived in Flåm with the train, the taxi should have been picking you up a few minutes after, but since you wrote there was a long waiting time they must been delayed making you wait a lot longe than you were supposed to. And that the taxi driver gets you to the wrong hotel (not that many to choose from though), making the trip uncomfortable and communicates badly is something we will note for future references.
Still dont have a clear answer what happened to the bus to Voss, it is supposed to have been there but so were you so not easy to say what happened.

The bus for train from Åndalesnes was due to a rock slide destroying the railway and the replacement was noted in the confirmation in the trip plan, but with much information and details I guess it could have been specified in the chat as well.
The bus from Trondheim to Oslo was also a replacement service and tickets were booked through the railway company, and this was specified in the chat.

Best,
Tom

Sandy, our local specialist, was incredible in tailoring our trip to our needs. She took our feedback and created a trip of a lifetime. Even when we had any issues, she was so quick to help us resolve them. She checked in with us frequently before, during, and after our trip, and was always at least a day or two ahead of us with the itinerary information we needed to prepare for our next day's adventure. Her suggestions for each day were helpful and fun; we always felt like we had something to do in the area around the activity of the day. We often used the days set aside for shopping as an opportunity to explore cultural experiences instead.

The tour guides selected for us were phenomenal. Taka-San was our guide through Tokyo and Hakone for two different days, and what he was able to show us, teach us, expose us to, and also his suggestions for our free day in Tokyo made the trip that much more interesting, exciting, and enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a local guide. Mayumi-San was our knowledgeable guide through Hiroshima, the Peace Museum and Peace Park, as well as Istukushima Island for a full day. She was sensitive with us as we learned more about the aftermath of the Nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima and was able to answer a lot of our questions throughout the day.

One thing I would suggest is for days that involve museums, either make that one of the only things happening that day or not have a tour guide for those days. We would've liked to have had more time to be able to go through the Hakone Open-Air museum and Hiroshima Peace museum and not have to rush to the next thing.

Overall, the trip to Japan was well organized, well-planned, and like a well-oiled machine. All of the accommodations were well-suited to our needs, especially the beautiful breakfast buffets at every hotel. We loved having the good mix of Japanese and western-style breakfasts and all of the staff at every hotel we stayed at were so accommodating and helpful.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hiroshima
Hiroshima

We arrived at this hotel before check-in, and the staff were able to hold our luggage for us until check-in time. The hotel staff were very hospitable and helpful. There was a Lawson convenience store connected straight to the hotel, which was, of course, convenient. This hotel is also conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from Hiroshima station, which is huge and has a nice shopping mall attached to it. The amenities the hotel offered were nice. The breakfast was a good combination of Japanese-style and western-style. They had many local delicacies from Hiroshima, including rice, which was very good. We had a connecting room for our last few nights in Japan, in Hiroshima, which was nice, except for the fact that the double-sized bed took up most of the room, with not much room to move around the bed. The connecting room had two twin-sized beds, and ample room to move around. The bathroom was very small and had an actual bathtub with a showerhead included.

Osaka

The hotel staff was wonderful, and the amenities were great. This hotel is conveniently located very close to Dotonbori, Namba station, and Shinsaibashi Station. It was very easy to walk around Osaka near Namba to many different shopping areas, shrines, and restaurants. We appreciated the rainfall showerhead on the ceiling of the shower. The daily snack and drinks available were a good supplement after returning to the hotel from our day's adventures. The breakfast had good food, especially the takoyaki (Octopus balls), but we would've liked to see more Japanese style breakfast than the western-style that was the majority of what was offered. The chicken karaage was also delicious and the western-style foods were tasty, but left something to be desired. We felt frustrated with only having two washing/drying machines for the whole hotel and had to try to time out doing our laundry perfectly to make sure we had access to the limited machines.

The hotel felt more Western-style than what we were looking for.

We arrived at the Richmond hotel mid-afternoon before check-in time, and the staff was still able to accommodate us and check us in early, as we had a scheduled reservation to get to soon after. Our hotel room was comfortable with the separated toilet from a Japanese style shower/bath. What made Richmond stand out was their social hour in the evening during which time they provided snacks and alcoholic and soft drinks. Their snacks were delicious and a nice reprieve after a long day of exploring. Their breakfast was also versatile, with a great mix of Japanese style and western-style breakfasts. Their Japanese curry, especially was so good and having made-to-order shabu-shabu was a great start to ours days. They also had make-your-own sushi bowls, which we took advantage of every day. They offered wonderful amenities, including two floors of Laundry available with a television channel that showed available washer/dryer machines. They also offered a tatami-mat coaster workshop, which my mother was able to take advantage of. It was conveniently located close to Kyoto station, which has many different restaurants available, depending on what kind of mood you're in for food, and of course access to the subway station.

We didn't know what to expect when we checked into our hotel in Hakone after a long day of adventuring through the mountains, but our expectations were exceeded. The staff were patient and gracious. The hotel room was beautiful and the private bathtub on the balcony was such a wonderful retreat after a long day, despite the mosquitoes outside. My mom took advantage of the private bath on another level and enjoyed it. The free alcoholic and soft drinks offered were next level, and it was a great opportunity to try their plum wine, local beer, sparkling wine, and sake, as well as the delicious, different flavors of sodas and soft drinks. They also offered free coffee, tea, and matcha lattes; all of which were delicious. The hotel is also about a 15 minute walk to the Hakone Yumoto Station. Yukata was provided for all guests, and guests were encouraged to wear them and slippers around the hotel, however, for taller or plus-sized people, and with bigger feet, the fit might be tight. We had a combo package that included dinner and breakfast, both of which were incredible multi-course and beautiful Japanese-style meals. For dinner, it was a set-menu 7 course meal with appetizers, sushi, sashima, shabu-shabu, and other local delicacies, all of which were intriguing, beautifully displayed, and delicious. The menu was in Japanese on beautiful washi paper with hand calligraphy. Breakfast was fairly similar in grandiosity with another set-menu and beautifully displayed dishes and a delicious meal. If you are adventurous and enjoy Japanese food, this is a perfect stay.

This hotel was conveniently located, right near Asakusa shopping, Sensoji Temple, and the subway stations. Their staff were so patient and helpful, and allowed us to check in very early in the morning when we arrived in Japan. Their breakfast buffet was the perfect combination of Japanese and Western-style foods, and every day it was so delicious. The made-to-order onigiri and egg dishes were wonderful. The hotel room was nice, including the separated toilet and the Japanese-style shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

One Day Miyajima Island and Hiroshima Tour
One Day Miyajima Island and Hiroshima Tour
Japan

Our tour-guide met us in the morning at our hotel and took us on a bus to the Peace Memorial Park. We started at the Peace Museum, where we watched a half-hour long film, documenting the experiences and voices of survivors of the nuclear bomb in Hiroshima. The film and museum were difficult to witness, however, we think everyone visiting Japan should have a human obligation to visit Hiroshima and/or Nagasaki to understand the scale and aftermath of the nuclear destruction. The museum and Peace Park were thoughtfully designed and shared the real human impacts as a reminder of the horror of war. Going through the museum does not require a tour guide, and is likely a better experience to go through at your own pace. Later in the afternoon, we took a 45-minute ferry from the riverbank to Miyajima Island with our tour-guide. There, we visited the 50 foot tall Torii Gate, guiding travelers from the sea to the magnificent Istukushima shrine behind it. From the shrine, we climbed the mountain, visiting the Daisho-in Temple, a beautiful Tibetan temple, admiring the sea and mountains around and below. We explored several Buddhist temples up the mountain and one space where we were able to visit 88 different Buddhist Temples from all over Asia by just standing on a tile from each. The small town on the island had several different shops and restaurants. We were able to try matcha ice cream, coffee ice cream, honey-lemon ice, and tornado potatoes, all of which were fun and delicious.

Our travel agent Sandy, did a fantastic job giving us directions to the place, as it was not apparent from the street or GPS, but we were able to find it because of her support. Kasa-San and Mari-San (not completely sure of her name) were fantastic instructors and walked us through every step. They had already prepared the workstations before we arrived. They had started the fish dashi and chicken dashi, but we were given clear instructions in English for every other step. We made our own noodles from scratch and were even shown a special technique for kneading the dough. The instructors were fun, funny, and informative about the ingredients we used. They took their time explaining each step to us and also provided printed recipes for each part. The gyoza we made was a delicious appetizer and the ramen was incredible. We will definitely be bringing these tips and tricks to our cooking at home.

Half Day Samurai Ninja Museum and Kimono Tea Ceremony at Kyoto Maikoya

When we arrived for the tea ceremony, we were taken to dressing rooms, where employees allowed us to choose our own kimono, obi, and floral ornaments for our (the ladies) hair. The employees helped us get dressed, and braided/styled our (the ladies') hair. My husband was also dressed in kimono, as well. We were then given opportunities to take pictures using their gardens as beautiful backgrounds. We were then led into the tea room with fellow tourists. Our tea ceremony host, Dodo-San was patient, kind, and incredibly hospitable, as she showed us and explained the tea ceremony and making matcha tea, which we were all able to do ourselves. She walked us through all of the customs, and encouraged us to be in the moment with her and our fellow guests. The sweets that were provided were also delicious, especially the red bean paste sweet, and the tea was delicious, as well. The whole tea ceremony experience was an incredible glimpse into traditional Japanese culture. The Ninja museum was interesting, well-constructed, and informative. We would have preferred to walk through at our own pace without a guide, albeit, some information they gave was useful. The shuriken (ninja star) throwing was fun.

Hakone

We took at least 5 forms of transportation to and through Hakone, moving between modes seamlessly. The train, rail-car, cable car, gondola, pirate ship, and bus were each so easy to use, and provided beautiful and unique views. Our guide was fantastic in showing us and explaining the sulfur springs and its surroundings, as well as sharing with us the Black hot spring eggs, and the summit of Mt. Fuji. The open-air museum was so cool, however, we would've liked to have spent more time there without having to rush. We weren't expecting to go on a pirate ship across Lake Ashi, but it was such a beautiful ride with an interesting background into the Dragon deities that are said to reside there. Gorgeous landscapes, wonderful art, and interesting history and explanations. The restaurant at the top of Mt. Hakone had absolutely delicious Japanese curry that we're still dreaming of.

Quality of Experience
We were not expecting the amount of activities and modes of transportation all in one day, and it was all incredible.

Our guide, ended up calling ahead to a magic puzzle box shop to give us a private demonstration of their puzzle boxes and took us out of the way to go to this shop. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time that day.

 Imperial Palace East Gardens
Imperial Palace East Gardens
Tokyo

Without a tour guide explaining the imperial family and the grounds, this would have been a lot less interesting. The garden is beautiful, but the historical sight leaves something to be desired. As the royal family resides in the actual palace, it is not accessible to tourists at all; only the gardens and grounds can be visited. There is a lot of walking through the grounds, including several steep hills. The view of the outside of the concert hall is beautiful and the smaller buildings, as well as the history of building the walls is very interesting.

He was wonderful at communicating before, during, and after our day tour around Tokyo. He met with us at our hotel that morning, showed us how to use the subway station, answered all of our questions throughout the day, and imparted his extensive knowledge upon us. He took us to Meiji-Jingu Shrine, explained the Torii gates to us, the cultural practices, and taught us about the differences between Shinto and Buddhist shrines in Japan. Then, he took us to Tsukiji outer fish market, and was able to talk with local vendors on our behalf, allowing us to buy and experience delicious samples of wagyu beef and grapes. We also had lunch at a delicious sushi bar.

Parlamento Boutique Hotel is in a good location. It was a little difficult to find the entrance but we found our way. The walls of the hotel are a little thin. We could hear water running between the walls. We figured someone had showered and the water was running down the pipes. The room was roomy and very clean. They even had a small refrigerator in the room which was really nice. They serve breakfast every day but we did not eat at the hotelt because one day our tour started early & there was a strike happening that day so we had to leave early. And the other day we wanted to get to the Trevi Fountain early. Andreo, worked the front desk for like 2 days straight, was a wonderful person. If we needed anything he took care of it!! He can help you find a restaurant, convenience store, liquor store. Anything you need. Very nice and happy to help the guests staying at the Parlamento. I don't know how much they charged for the room because our travel agent booked our rooms, train tickets & tours. I should ask for an itemized bill LOL.

Our point of contact with Kimkim changed several times both before end during the trip. Most of the time, we didn't even know who our point of contact was. We were told that David would be our driver the entire time we were in Killarney, yet we never saw him for five days. He didn't respond to the one text we sent him. The one day we had a time constraint was our boat ride from Ross Castle in Killarney. We were told that Dave would arrive in his taxi at 9:45 AM. At 9:40 AM, I sent a text to Ireland Hike Bike and Dr. asking them where Dave was. Just after that, a taxi driver drove up and when we ask if he worked for Dave. He did not confirm or deny but said he was here to take two people to Ross's castle. We got in the cab and made it to Ross's castle in plenty of time. He gave us a card with his phone number on it so that we could contact his agency to get the return trip to our hotel. Since our itinerary said that we were to call Dave to get a ride back to the hotel, and since Dave had not shown up at our hotel to take us there, we called the number given us by the taxi cab driver when we got Ready to come back. A taxi arrived within five minutes and took us back to our hotel. At that point, I happen to check my texts, then I saw that Dave had been late and supposedly arrived at our hotel at perhaps 9:55 AM. Another text said that Dave had been waiting for us to take us back to the hotel. Since we thought we had to call Dave, we found that to be quite surprising. Also, we find it hard to believe that he would drive 30 minutes to pick us up when he hadn't dropped us off. On the plus side, we did get a refund from Kimkim for the €60 we spent for the two cabs, as the cab fair was supposed to be included in our itinerary.
Prior to that, we are expecting someone named Philip to pick us up in Galway at our hotel to drive us to the cliffs of Moher and then drop our luggage off at our hotel in Doolin. I looked on the map and saw that Doolin was on our way to the cliffs, so I decided to propose to Philip that he stop at our hotel so that we could drop off our luggage there, and then drop us off at the cliffs. Instead of Philip, a lady named Anne showed up to pick us up. I told Anne about my proposal to drop a luggage off first, and she seemed reluctant to do it for some reason. I mentioned to her several times that our hotel was in DOOLIN, but she corrected me so that I thought perhaps our hotel was in a small town near DOOLIN. Thank God, I asked her to drop the luggage off first, because she drove past the cliffs to a small town on the other side of the cliffs and pulled into the parking lot. We checked our itinerary, and that was not our hotel. So if we had not changed her plan, we would've ended up taking the bus to DOOLIN, and our luggage would've been in some hotel we wouldn't even know the name of in some town we never heard of a good 20 minutes away at least.

A few standouts: Der Werkstadt and Einhor n (pizza) in Lucerne, Taverne in Interlaken and Marlo (also pizza, pasta) in Zermatt. Zunfthaus Zur Waag in Zurich was very good for traditional Swiss.

Hotels: Villa Principe Leopoldo in Lugano excellent, but is up a hill requiring walking down, taking a car up or car both ways. Skip the restaurant there. Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken also very good incl changing our room due to noise from adjoing property (a Hooters and a Casino). Huge spa there we didn't take advantage of. Wellenberg in Zurich ok, but has portable, noisy a/c units. 22 Summits in Zermatt, small, modern but also no a/c. Very nice sauna there but only open 4-9? Art Deco Montana in Lucerne also very nice and has its own funicular (also up a hill).

Unfortunately, we had cloudy days both at Jungfrauloch and Gornegrat limiting views from top. The small towns there, Grindewald and Lauterbrunnen, cute enough but also touristy. With a deeper dive, maybe a car, would try to find smaller towns that arent on everyone's list.

Hotel Reviews
22 Summit Boutique Hotel
Zermatt

Lime the room design, otherwise just ok. Staff friendliness varied. Also no a/c despite being a newer build. Had to sleep with window/door open. Would go for a higher floor, a room ending in 02 or 03 on Matterhorn side Has saunas and small outdoor whirlpool. But not open until 4 pm..d then only until 9. Breakfast here was the least elaborate.

At first booked a Spa room. Huge. Modern decor. But no a/c. Also a long walk from main part of hotel. Then there was loud music from next door. They accommodated a room switch to first floor front of main building. Much better. Though older, had central a/c and a view across park to mountains.

Beautiful view, very large room. Best we stayed in during trip. Only issues are that it's up a big hill from town so going out, coming back takes time. Car back up at least. The one star Michelin restaurant there was bad. They emphasized things like table side prep of beef tartare (which we didn't order), slat baked fish for two....portions small and nothing tasted especially good. One fish dish was overwhelmingly funky.

Essential if using train system. Can be confusing as for some things like the panoramic trains to Gornegrat and Jungfrauloch you need a separate tickets and another for a reservation. One had assigned seats, one didn't. Trains were fairly crowded. Always able to get a seat but not always easy. This pass also works for ferry boats.

Sarah did a wonderful job planning my island-hopping trip to Croatia, and filling it with incredible opportunities to experience the people, history, and culture of this fascinating country. It was phenomenal to have every single logistic covered, and know that she’s only a text away if anything came up. All of the tour guides we met along the way were engaging professionals who knew their stuff, and just as important, were locals who were speaking from their own lives and experience. I would recommend Sarah again in a heartbeat.
