Mar was simply amazing. She created an itinerary which was exactly what we were looking for. She was attentive to our requirements and how we wanted to travel. We loved the small towns that she included in our itinerary: Voss, Flåm, Undredal and Rosendal. Fenne took over from Mar after the itinerary was created and helped us with the reservations. And we are so happy and impressed with Fenne who rescheduled our boat ride at no extra cost for us. This was our first trip with Kimkim. But we know we are going to have many more with them. Absolutely loved them. They made our trip super memorable.

Our tour guide in Cusco, Sonia, was so amazing and knowledgeable! She had a clear passion for Andean history and we learned so much from her. Our food tour tour guide in Lima, Kimberly, was equally informative!

Overall, we had an amazing time in Peru. I highly recommend booking your next trip to Peru using KimKim. Everything was so seamless and easy — we just focused on having fun!

I want to thank Maria for making all the bookings, including changes and adjustments to meet our needs. From the pick up at the airport upon arrival throughout the whole trip, everything worked out great. We had to make changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen weather and Jessica in the Customer service took care of the cancellation and refund. When there was a change in the hotel in Florence they booked us a ride for $59, when the hotel was literary across the road from the train station. When we checked the location, we called the office to advise that no transfer is needed. It was cancelled and refunded, but, it should have been checked by your office first before booking.
Other than that, every pickup and transfer was good and on time. (only Yael's transfer to the airport was late). I will comment the driver that took us from Naples to Sorento. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. The driver that took us to the Amalfi coast tour was excellent. He was experienced drier on those roads, professional, knew where to stop for beautiful viewpoints and made the day very pleasant. The hotels were good. Their location in every city was excellent.
We enjoyed out trip and will recommend Maria and the KimKIm team for other travelers.

This tour was mediocre. WE walked the night before most of the places, but the guide didn't add much to our knowledge. She explained on the main stops and then during the walking from place to place, it was silence. When was asked question, she didn't have answers. In general, we expected to hear more about the city, history and have more interaction. This was the feeling of most of the participants on the tour. She did take two travelers to a public bathroom, which was out of the way and it was very appreciated. For this service she needs to be commented.

The trip was amazing ! Really enjoyed all the tour guides they were very knowledgeable and caring. We especially liked our tour guide in Easter island patricia she went above and beyond to make our experience amazing and smooth and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and the place. In Atacama dessert it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the tour started at 4:30 am in the morning. We were notified at 5:30 pm the day before the tour that we had to be ready that early which was frustrating. Another downside was that we were made to go to the airport 4 hours early even for domestic flights early this wasted lots of time in just travel and spending unnecessary time in the airport. I was disappointed that they messed up the winery tour for my husband's birthday . It's good that I noticed this 4 days early and told them that we didn't even reach Santiago that day till 6:00 pm so we could not do anything that they had planned for day 1 that included a lunch wine taring etc. They tried to fix it to their best ability but it was sad we had to miss out on the actual planned itinerary for day 1 and 2. I think it would be great if next time we get another one on one chat with the agent to explain how busy the schedule will be before booking everything. The trip was a bit exhausting cause of too many things planned and I guess I didn't realize how much time would end up being spent just travelling to places. We did not have much time to relax. Otherwise all tours were great and went smoothly!

It is impossible to put in words the perfection of our 11 day road trip around beautiful Morocco, which was planned so perfectly by Majid and team! Every day of our trip was very organized and communication was very easy with Majid as he was always quick to respond and was very flexible with accommodating our arrivals/departures. We were very, very lucky to have Moha with us throughout our travels :) Mo picked us up in Casablanca and we traveled to Marrakech seeing all the amazing cities, stunning desert and breathtaking mountains. Mo made every day special and was always sure to share the rich culture of Morocco every step of the way. We highly recommend seeing Morocco by car and staying in riads - all accommodations were perfect, Mo is a great driver and his car is new/clean. You will not be disappointed working with this amazing team and visiting Morocco - this trip has far exceeded our expectations. Tassos and Travel12 were just what we hoped for. We had a group of 8 adults and a very ambitious agenda, hey on history and experiences. We also had limited time due to jobs and schedules, and very much wanted to see Athens, Delphi, and Crete. We wanted to experience food, culture, sailing, hiking and museums in just 10 days. Tassos delivered a wonderfully thought-out agenda, combining 'theme days' with efficient transportation. Whenever we encounter a glitch or had a question, we got answers within a few minutes. All of Travel12 was extremely responsive and helpful. Tassos even met my husband and I for coffee in Athens one morning, and it was a pleasure to meet him and hear more about his journey. He really understood our family (parents, four adult children, and two boyfriends). We had some wonderful tour guides who added a lot of value to the trip, and became our friends for the day. Restaurant recommendations and included meals were outstanding. All logistical details including air transfer to and from Crete went smoothly. We enjoyed our trip immensely. Our guides were knowledgeable, engaging and professional. And our driver, Niko, was amazing, going above and beyond with the health emergency experienced by one of our companions on the drive from Dubrovnik to Split.

Croatia is an astonishingly beautiful country, and its people are welcoming and kind. And the food, oh the food. We will be talking about this trip for many years to come. While we have many places across the globe we plan to visit. We hope to return to Croatia soon.

Thanks to Kimkim and Angela we had one of the best planned vacation experiences we've ever had. This was our 1st time using Kimkim and it is a company that we will continue to use.

As with any vacation and in this case a 12-day vacation, unexpected circumstances can occur. We didn't have any! All drivers were where they needed to be to pick us up at the right location and at the right time. All our accommodations were as described. We are very active and had activities daily that met expectation. Here are just a few.

Milos: Our 1st island and our 1st activity was a full day sailing tour around Milos. I didn't think we could sit still for 10 hours on a Catamaran, but it was a great entrance into the Greek culture from our tour guide as well as a relaxing day spent looking at beautiful sites and learning a lot about the history of the areas.

Naxos. We had a great guide, who give us a 5-hour tour of Old Town Naxos. We toured the Venetian Castle and surrounding areas. Very informative and well worth our time.

Looking back in time discovery walk. Yiota was her guide and a native of the area. She was extremely well educated and informed of the history of the area that we were touring. It was a great hike, not too strenuous, as well as going to sites and ruins that we had only read about.

Naxos Culinary Tour. Spiros was our guide for the afternoon and evening. Was by far one of the best experiences we had on our trip to the islands of Greece. Up in the mountains we visited a traditional pottery company. We then went and saw how oil was originally pressed and made. The best part was then visiting a couple who owned a farm up in the mountains and spending the afternoon and evening with them. It was the real deal. They were a great couple who bought us into their house and farm. We had dinner with them and had great conversations about their life and living in Greece.

I could go on about all the other expectations that were met but it was a well-planned and organized tour that took the stress out of our travels. I would highly recommend Angela and Kimkim.

Special thanks to Christos and Georgia who helped us get to very, very remote places in Greece---up mountains! We were able to go to both of our grandparents' villages in Greece and meet family members. Both Christos and Georgia (local private drivers) were patient, kind, supportive and were able to offer translation services for us. Just incredible!

Furthermore, all of the local team members working with Eleni were outstanding. During the trip, we were able to communicate at any time day or night via the What's App Business app on my cell phone. This was so helpful for last minute questions and schedule changes--all of which were quickly addressed to my satisfaction.

We saw the most beautiful, historical, heart-warming, and breath-taking places in Greece.
We took over 1500 photos to prove it!

I have only one "complaint"---that the trip had to end! :)

Myself and my partner organized a two weeks trip around Morocco with Mohamed of KimKim, stopping in 8 different cities (and many more small stops throughout the country). We had a great experience working with Mohammed. He was really receptive to what we wanted, his answer time was so quick and he was always happy to make modifications in order to make sure our trip was exactly how we had dreamed it. Together, we created an epic itinerary!

Overall, we had an amazing trip around Morocco, but we must say that it was made even more memorable and magical thanks to our driver Samir Gemmaoui. He was so generous with all the information. He thought us along the way on the Moroccan/ Amazigh culture, language and religion. We learnt so much!

We felt safe with him and had full trust. We stopped at the most beautiful spots along the way! We joked he was the #photoshootmaster! We have the most beautiful memories to bring back home.

I must also add that this was a trip where I was turning 30 years old. He went above and beyond to make my birthday incredible with a personalized birthday cake and a last minute add to Akchour.
(On this note, we highly suggest to go to Akchour to hike up above God’s Bridge and to swim in the cool but beautiful water!)

We feel extremely lucky to have had the chance to have Samir as our driver. He started off as our driver and finished as a member of our family.

We highly suggest to use KimKim and of course Samir for anyone who wishes to have a dream trip with no stress in Morocco.

We loved our trip so much that we are already planning when we can come back! (Hopefully soon!)

This was also un "coup de coeur" for us. The room was so great, with a view of the mountains. A terasse surrounded by Mountains. It was relaly the most peaceful place. We loved the fact that there was a free Hammam! The food was so incredibly good. We had a wonderful experience at this Kasbah and we are actually planning on coming back hopefully in the near future. Things to improve: Let the visitors know that there is a walk down to the city in order to leave the Kasbah and therefore to NOT wear sandals.

We were really hoping to do an actual hike in Imlil as there are SO many to do and we had mentioned this multiple times to Mohamed. Unfortunately this was only a walk through the village...and although beautiful, it was not what we wanted. Our guide Mohammed however was really fun and we are excited to come back to hike up Toubkal.

Half-Day Guided Sightseeing in Fes

This was the worst activity of our trip. The guided tour felt more like a shopping trip than an actual tour. (Guide's name was Mohammed) Our guide made us feel bad about not spending. We had told them that we had already bought a carpet, but we still ended up spending 45 minutes in a carpet store. We would have much more enjoyed our time experiencing the city alone with help from our driver Samir to get to some of the places.

This was a great day! We had told Samir (our driver) that we wanted to buy a carpet from Morocco and he brought us to the cutest place ever. We had the most magical experience and bought our dream carpet. The stop in the Todra Gorges were soooo beautiful. I could have hanged out there for so long. Ait Benhaddou was fun to see! Overall, very fun day.

Wow! This tour will make you very full! We walked through Athens and tried so many different foods. Our favorite was at the end trying the different souvlaki dishes. She was amenable to what we wanted, since we were very full at the end. This is a great way to navigate a city. I always recommend food tours and this one was top notch.

This was surprisingly our favorite thing about Mykonos. The ride wasn't too difficult, and we were given an beautiful picnic by the beach. We would highly recommend this activity, off the beaten path. It's worth it.

B59 hotel was adequate but not special. Clean, but run more like a youth hostel ( one of the floors) than a full service hotel. Many things in the room had mechanical or design problems - all small, but irritating.

Unbelievable. Really fun - we had perfect weather. Drive up and back in giant truck on extreme road was almost as fun as the snowmobiling. Had the glacier all to ourselves - beautiful pictures

What an amazing place ! Iceland is unlike anywhere else we have seen. Terry put together the most perfect itinerary for us by learning what we liked to do and see, and merging that with all the incredible possibilities on offer there. From enjoying the beauty of all the magnificent waterfalls (foss) to snorkeling in the glacial waters of the Silfra fissure.
