2 min walk from the Stockholm City train station, which made our trip to and from airport, Sigtuna, etc a breeze. The decor in our room was modern (we booked a suite since we are a family of 4 with 2 small children). The included buffet breakfast was great. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly, professional, and helpful. Check in process was easy and quick. The on-line check took mere minutes. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious and contemporary yet warm and homey. Located within walking distance to various points of interest in town. Only 15min from airport by car. Underground parking with charging stations is very nice. The breakfast is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

So glad we booked this tour. Our guide, Gunnar, was so knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. The pace was leisure and yet we took in a lot of site and learned a great deal about Stockholm. Because of this tour, we got so much out of our trip than if we just went with a DIY approach.

Easily the highlight of our trip to Lulea. Definitely recommend driving the sled yourself. Beautiful scenery. These dogs are powerful! The guides were friendly and very attentive.

AMAZING HOTEL IN AN AMAZING PLACE!!!!

This hotel was the only disappointment. While the room was relatively big and clean and everything worked, the pink plastic walls and yellow plastic everywhere showed that it was cheaply furnished long ago and in serious need of updating to the standards we found everywhere else. At best, a place to sleep right next door to the bus tour pickup point for the spectacular Milford Sound. On the plus side, the attached buffet restaurant had a top quality buffet breakfast and dinner.

An unusual hotel. Serious money was spent on quality materials and furnishings. However our room in the back. was very dark and difficult to get to because the elevator didn’t go there, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. It looked as if two older buildings were combined to make the hotel.

Every detail was of the highest international standard. A treasure!

WOW! A must see for anyone visiting the area.

The ferry ride was nice. We enjoyed visiting the wineries and chatting with the people who work there. The scenery was beautiful.

So glad to support the preservation of Māori culture. That said, the presentation had 2 parts, the first was an excellent explanation of the culture prior to contact with western culture. The musical portion however, seemed to be a mix of western music and Luau style entertainment, which I thought was designed to present what might entertain rather than educate. The buffet was good, and the geyser was a natural wonder.

Didn’t see any wild penguins, but the ones in the rehab facility were cute. Glad to support

This hotel is located amongst some absolutely beautiful scenery. The hotel itself is very pretty but seemed a little bit old. The room was a good size for a family of 4 and the bathroom was sufficient in size as well. The property is full of greenery and is really very pretty. I'm not sure what amenities this place offers because the main reason for my low rating is how unwelcomed we felt. The staff wasn't outright rude but seemed annoyed when we asked questions. We had to ask about everything though, no information was offered to us at all. "Is breakfast offered? Where? What time? Is there anything to eat here on the property besides breakfast? Can we get extra waters? What restaurant do you recommend?" So many questions and we still never got answers to all of them. For reference, we are from the US and 3 of us are white, one is Mexican but all of us speak fluent Spanish. It was a very poor experience here and we felt so unwelcome that I was excited to leave, unfortunately.

This was our favorite hotel of the 6 total we stayed in on our trip. This hotel was beautiful! The landscape was gorgeous, the hotel itself was super clean and so, so pretty and the entire grounds of the hotel were just stunning. Our room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to sit and relax. The bathroom was spacious and the room met all of our needs (family of 4) just fine. Unfortunately, we didn't stay at this hotel long enough to actually enjoy the amenities but they had several hot tubs, a sauna and some other luxury amenities. There's also a restaurant and a cafe just a short walk up the hill (we didn't enjoy the restaurant at all but the cafe was lovely) and the breakfast we were served on property was delicious and very fresh. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and Julien was so, so nice to us. It felt like he was our personal concierge and he went above and beyond with everything we asked for and even the stuff we didn't ask for.

This experience was SO MUCH FUN! First, our guides stopped us at a farm along the way where we got to feed and play with alpacas and llamas. Alpacas are one of my fav animals and this was one of the best experiences of my life because I literally got to hug the alpacas. It was great! Then we trekked up the boulder and while I was pretty intimidated by all of the stairs, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Just be sure to take breaks when you need to. Everyone else is also out of breath and out of shape - just take a break when needed.

Totally fun and educational experience! This was so much fun for our family and it was really, really cool to learn all about the actual orgins/care of the coffee I love so much.

Of all of the activities we did on our trip, this was actually my favorite. The valley and the views are simply magnificent and so different than anything I've ever seen. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

This place is small but beautiful. The location and views are stunning. With just a few additions this place would get a much higher rating from me. The lighting at night is very dim in both the rooms and common areas. The hot water was unreliable. There was a cot in our room leaning against the wall but worst of all, they served instant coffee. All said, I would stay there again and hope that pointing these things out will help them improve.

We had the good fortune to have Hannin, from our food tour, showing us around Marrakesh.

I’d give Hannin more stars if they were available. His food tour was awesome. He took us to places we could never have found on our own the food was really great!

Hamid, our guide, was like walking around with the mayor. He seemed to know everyone. We covered a lot of ground in a short time. Fes is huge, but we were never rushed.

Lovely activity, which included learning about Indonesian culture and not just food. So many dishes were made which was excellent to be able to try and look out for on the rest of our trip

Fabulous experience with heaps of detail included and lots of things to see, try and do. The rice planting was an unexpected bonus!

Tremendously welcoming and helpful front desk staff -- they greeted us with a local pineapple liqueur, communicated with a local restaurant for us, and put out breakfast for us to grab when we had to depart for the airport at 4 a.m. (!). The spa treatments were phenomenal, and the thermal bath suite - both indoor and outdoor -- was open around the clock and, while actively used by many guests, never felt crowded (though it would be extra nice if some of their lovely herbal water or cold tea brews were available poolside). Although the bedrooms are small and have unimpressive views, the hotel overall provides an indulgent experience -- great food, beautiful greenery everywhere - - but with a laid-back tone: guests wander around in their spa robes, the fun cocktail bar has a wealth of games, the dining room combines chic, grown-up eco-design with a foosball table. Perfect for a refuge for adventuring in the region!

While the Octant is not charming on the outside, the people and the experience on the inside were outstanding, and the modern, green, design elements were original, attractive, and soothing. The team at reception (especially Luisa) and at the spa were so incredibly welcoming and eager to help in any way -- essentially, they conveyed a warm sense that "anything you would like to do, we can find a way to make happen," from booking us a slot to enjoy the thermal bath experience as a family to recommending and giving directions to their favorite hikes on the island. I only regret that the weather was not warm enough for us to enjoy the spectacular rooftop pool and bar area (though we might have hunkered down into the wind and done so anyway, if the pool had appeared to be heated, since the views and design were so amazing) The breakfast buffet (included) was a true feast and allowed us to savor local products as well as more familiar ones. In particular, the staff came to our rescue in the middle of the night when my daughter got terribly sick with food poisoning -- although they were down to a tiny overnight crew without anyone from housekeeping, the two men manning the fort rallied with whatever resources and creativity they had to help us clean up and set up an extra cot in our room when she could not stay in hers.

Great hotel, but poor location

My two-night stay at Desert Gardens Hotel in Uluru was unforgettable. The hotel's location was perfect. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and provided great service.

My one-night stay at Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel was convenient and comfortable. The proximity to the airport was a plus, and the hotel amenities were great. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean and cozy

During my two-night stay at Pacific Hotel Cairns, I was impressed by the stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

This activity was memorable, snorkeling in this location was one of the higlights of our trip. The guides were awesome!

The dahabiya trip was a definite highlight of my 3-week trip. My cabin and bathroom were comfortable, quite, very clean. The open, covered deck offered so many options of comfortable seating for lounging, reading, enjoying afternoon tea and our evening wine, as we glided down the Nile. Seeing so many timeliness vistas and then docking directly where our visits took us added a dimension of relaxation and ease to my adventure. It was lovely to be able to share the days and meals with my six other shipmates plus our two guides. All of our meals were delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh fruit and dessert options. The ship's crew go above and beyond to provide every service requested. This really is an experience not to be missed.

Everything you expect in a first-class hotel -- comfortable, elegant guest room and public spaces. Thoughtful touches like the little rose by my bedside one evening. The gardens are absolutely phenomenal -- walking through them is a walk in paradise. Lavish breakfast buffet with excellent French press coffee. Best of all, for me, was sitting on the beautiful front terrace sipping a glass of chilled Egyptian Rosé wine watching the glorious sun set over the west bank of the Nile. Stuff dreams are made of.

I loved this delightful, unusual hotel in the heart of Cairo's old Islamic quarter. I was able to experience three different suites, each of them large and completely comfortable and charming. I appreciated the lovely fruit bowl in my room and the chocolate-covered dates on my bedside table. I enjoyed the busy neighborhood but some people might find it a bit noisy -- the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs and I slept well every night. I spent many happy moments observing the lively scene from the balcony of the hotel Tea Room. The Zeeyara Roof Top Restaurant is excellent -- absolutely the best dining experiences I had in all of Egypt. Breakfast options were so delicious and the dinner menu was varied and always perfectly executed and presented.

It was clean, quiet and safe with all the normal amenities. Staff was friendly. We loved our little “suite” set-up. Had one main shared door and then each room had its own locking door - perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Loved this place! It was like having an AirBNB with the services of a hotel. The location was great, it’s an easy walk to most things in Porto and yet perfectly quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with all of the staff, particularly Diogo. The place itself had a full kitchen with a washer, living room, and 2 floors - 2 bedrooms upstairs. This would be a great place for anyone who needs to stay for a long period of time. The breakfast offered was always good and a little different each day. Note: This might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues as there are steps to enter the hotel and several steps to get up to the bedrooms. Traveler tip: If you are relying on wi-fi during your travels, ask the hotel for their travel phone device that has maps and recommendations loaded - nice feature but we didn’t know about it until last night there.

This was a little more touristy and scripted. That said, our driver was personable and tried to make it enjoyable for us. To discover Belem you need to drive to get out there if you are staying in the heart of Lisbon. We weren't fans of being driven in a TukTuk on the busy streets. Our driver was fine and there weren't any problems, but having done it, I think I would have chosen another option to get out to Belem.

This is a beautiful and charming town and we were happy to see it. The palace was nice but there were lines although they moved quickly. The grounds (gardens and lakes) are pretty, be sure to walk around. We didn't need a full day in Sintra, but it was nice to see.

This was such a unique experience to Portugal. We typically are not night owls and tend to eat dinner on the early side. We were given the option of the earlier Fado or later and chose the later because it's the one that the Portuguese people tend to join and enjoy. We wanted a local's perspective and we got it!

We had Pedro as our guide, he was great! Even though he's originally from Porto, he was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and its history. He was up for adapting the tour in any way that we wanted, our preference was for him to show us the highlights and give us a lay of the land so that we could navigate on our own afterwards. We enjoyed our personal conversations with him, he was very natural and adaptable. He gave us some great recommendations along the way and shared many good tips too. I should have taken notes as he referenced things because later on I realized we wanted to go to a restaurant that he recommended and had to reach back out - got our answer though which we appreciated. The tour ends on a very special note with wine tasting and pairings. It was the perfect way to relax and end the tour.

First we had lunch and then did a winery tour with a tasting. The restaurant within the hotel, was fine dining with beautiful views. Wine pairing with delicious food. I traveled with college aged daughters who had not tried wine before, this added to the fun of the experience. The wine was great! Many options to pick from for the tasting and can also make purchases. The grounds were simply beautiful even in the off season.

The boat was perfectly fine, the Captain was pleasant and the ride on the river was relaxing. We only did an hour and that was plenty of time. We got lucky with nice weather but there is an enclosed cabin if it were to rain and they have blankets on board too. The reason for the 3 stars is it was a private boat trip and nothing special l. We had to download an app which made it feel impersonal. I could understand having to use an app with a public boat trip where everyone speaks a different language but this trip was just for us. It just wasn’t special.

We loved our ride to Douro Valley. Ivo was our driver but he’s also a guide and knows both Porto & Douro Valley. We learned so much from him. He’s the BEST!! One of our favorite moments was going off the beaten path and seeing an area that we would have never seen on our own.

We were given a great overview of Porto. Sara was a lovely guide and knew her history. She told us tips along the way that helped us navigate on our own afterwards.

Gorgeous hotel in a fabulous garden setting. Excellent services, wonderful staff, particularly Nguyen Thanh, one of the managers, and Claudia the Maître D’hôtel. A big commendation to them for their warmth and kindness during a family emergency.

Wow, what to say about this place? Fabulous location in a gorgeous garden setting with bungalows set in the property. Everything was 5 star including the wonderful staff.

Beautiful modern hotel in old Hanoi. Nguyen Ha at the front desk was extremely helpful which was much appreciated. Christina, a waitress in the restaurant, was charming and sweet, and the staff in general were wonderful.

This hotel is a little tired, looking however our rooms which had been upgraded were both spacious and clean. The issue with this hotel was the location. It is the only place I didn't really feel safe walking around at night. There was a breakfast room on the roof and also a small pool up there.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with an extensive breakfast room with so much food variety. There are two pools for swimming in with an adjacent bar. There is a fantastic spa on site that offered so many services. There was a roof top bar with food as well. I would defiantly recommend this hotel in Siem Reap.

I think if you are staying in Ho Chi Minh you could do better staying somewhere else. The hotel is dated and tired. the location of the shower in the bathroom with regards to the toilet and tub is really strange and water ended going everywhere. The design is strange. The room was really small and there was no place for luggage. On our return we had a better room but the bathroom remained an issue in terms of water. The breakfast offerings were just okay.

Hands down favourite hotel of the whole trip! The staff was wonderful and were very helpful with so many things. The rooms and the decor in general was just excellent. The hotel had bikes we could use. There was a beautiful pool which we sat beside while having morning coffee. The restaurant for lunch (one day) and breakfast everyday was fantastic. Although the location is a little bit far away from the old town, it was well worth the effort and easy to get a tuk tuk.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The lobby was wonderful. However the room was really disappointing. The room felt dirty, but it was really just a mold situation. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. Of all the hotels this was our least favourite.

What a treat from the moment you go on board until you leave. Our room was great although the shower/ bathing situation made no sense and water went everywhere. The activities and tours that were an option were all fun and we are really glad we took advantage., from kayaking off the boat, to a morning cave tour and a trip to Cat Ba Island. What made the entire trip was the crew and staff. Eric was fabulous and so was the fellow who coordinated and ran the excursions. I just can't recall his name. Well worth the splurge!

This was one of our favourite hotels on many levels. The atmosphere and the embroidery theme was really lovely. The gift shop had so many options of items to buy. I didn't purchase I piece of art that I am so excited to hang in my home. There was a pool that we didn't use, but it looked great. We used the spa and had massages that were very theraputic. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast room and options available was extensive. Also there were bikes for our use. If you are staying in Ninh Binh you can't go wrong here.

This was magical place partially based on the sheer location. The view of the valley was specular in the morning and evening. If you are staying in the main building I would suggest staying on the second floor. Having a pool was a fun option.

The San Boutique was a wonderful location. So great to be able to walk to the lake in the morning and see all the women doing Tai Chi. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of options. What really stood out was the staff, they were all so helpful and kind.

All guides were high-quality and were very accommodating towards my husband. But Braga's guide was exceptionally awesome!

We spent three days in Lagos, and everything was lovely. I would do it again.

This was the highlight of our trip. It was so interesting to taste the local cuisine from a lovely couple home. The food was delicious and something you wouldn't normally find in a restaurant.

Everything was good, but we wish we had more time and someone with us to show us the oldest university. Unfortunately, we skipped that visit because we didn't know where to start from.

The Douro Valley excursion was a lovely experience, but nothing too remarkable. We enjoyed the wine and olive oil tastings, as well as the relaxing river cruise. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a nice break from the city. Overall, it was a delightful day out.

We really enjoyed this Hotel. The food was great. Why eat out when you can have quality food like this in house. A great breakfast, good coffee- very important and the view from the upstairs balcony on a great day was fantastic. This old Villa has been tastefully furnished and is abound with lovely furniture, paintings and relics of the colonial days. Ideally situated close to the town centre and other amenities it provided us within a restful and interesting stay over.

the photos in the website look amazing but in real life this place need maintenance.

exceptional services,this time of year it was too cold for swiming but still was a lot fun , warm people, amazing food, please don't book just 1 day.
