The staff is so nice and accommodating! They go above and beyond!

Although this hotel isn’t new - everything worked and the rooms were clean and climate controlled. The location was perfect for us, the breakfast buffet was quite good ; and, most importantly, the staff were great sources of information for every question we presented - be it dining recommendations. Interesting sights to see, etc.

Get ringside seats! 100% worth it. Someone will come around to get your food and drink order if you’re interested. Our seats were within six feet of the ring. Eight different matches of different weight classes / skill levels. This is one of those events that is gladly do again on a subsequent trip. This sport is embedded in the Thai culture, and you really get drawn into it.

Comfortable room, great central location, nice bar, fantastic breakfast buffet. Very lively hotel!

This tour on a sunny day would be amazing. We had a gray/cloud/rainy day so we had to be inside most of the time. Kenneth, the captain, was great. We got a real sense of his love of being on the water. The small group enabled us to get to know other people which was nice. Hot tub was definitely a highlight. Others jumped into the cold arctic water (we did not, but might have if the weather was nicer!)

Nothing to see in the dark. Food was unremarkable. People (travelers) were not particularly friendly or encouraged to mingle/get to know each other.

We had to go to an alternate location due to bad weather, but the guide was knowledgeable, friendly and put safety first always. It was a good activity to be outside and active.

Our guide John was very knowledgeable about the area and walked us everywhere in under 3 hours! Lots of hills! Great way to get oriented in the city.

Awesome tour and we even had good weather so we got to see the fjords!

Due to weather, we had to chase the lights rather than go to the outfitter's home base. Trina (our guide) was great - very enthusiastic and clearly has a lot of experience chasing the auroras. We had to drive to within 20 minutes of the Finland border, which meant a 2+ hour drive in each direction. We didn't get back to hotel until after 2 am, which was about an hour later than expected (and rough since we had an early morning flight to Bergen!)

Our guide Stig was amazing. He shared local and personal stories, history, insights. We toured on one of the coldest days in Oslo in 30 years. Stig brought hand and foot warmers for us and kept us moving so we could get warm!

We really enjoyed our time on the La Pandora Cruise. The staff was wonderful, and the boat was nice. I thought our rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There was an upper deck for happy hour at night and the dining room was nice. The food was just okay, but there was a lot of it! There were definitely much nicer boats around us, but I thought everything about this boat was good.

We only stayed at San Boutique for one night. We stayed at San Premium for the other two. Overall, the staff was wonderful, but the rooms were a bit shabby. The location of San Boutique was good as it is near the lake and walkable to most things.

We loved our time at Silkhotel. The staff was amazing, and the rooms were very nice. We even used the pool and the gym at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. And, the location was ideal. Couldn't have been better!

Aluna Ben Thanh Hotel was good...not great...not bad. The location to everything in the city was great. The rooms were comfortable enough. The bathrooms were nice. Our only complaint was with the breakfast room, which is quite small and was usually full when we arrived. The food was okay.

We loved our time on the beach at Thanh Kieu Beach Resort. We were there for Christmas, and really appreciated the holiday spirit created by the staff. The bungalows were very clean and nice, the breakfast was our favourite, the large beach with chairs and the pool area were great, and all the staff was very friendly. We didn't love the town area that is walkable, but otherwise thought the location was good.

We woke up very early to get to the cave before all the other boats. In the description of this tour, it shows kayakers going into a cave. As it turns out, that cave has been closed for a number years. So, we just got onto a boat that someone rowed and went through a large tunnel to a type of inlet...then rowed back. It was maybe a one hour excursion and I didn't feel as though we were able to see much. We had a very rushed breakfast before heading out in the morning, so much suggestion is to save breakfast until after the tour.

We loved kayaking around the bay, and our highlight of our time in Ha Long Bay was swimming. It was beautiful and unique. I think we would have liked it more if there hadn't been 10 other boats doing the exact same thing, but such is the nature of the beast.

This tour included a tour of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (although the actual Mausoleum was closed) and the Temple of Literature. Dicky, our tour guide, did a good job of relaying a lot of information about what we were seeing. It was nice to have a private tour.

We started the day at the market, which was fun to see. The basket boat was a total "only for tourists" type of activity, but our kids enjoyed it. "Fishing" was a bit of a stretch. They gave a little stick with a string to the kids to catch crabs. It definitely wasn't a bit part of the overall activity. The definite highlight was the cooking class, which was one of the best we have done in six months of travel. The kids really got to engage in making the food, and everything was delicious.

We had rain the whole time in Hoi An, but we still enjoyed our time there. John, our tour guide for this tour, was really wonderful. He was so optimistic and accommodating. We walked through old town, and even took a boat ride to release our wish boat. That was all fine, but our favorite part was the street food tour. We went to a few great places, one of which we went to the next night as well.

We actually asked to leave this tour early. We were excited for a lot of snorkeling, which is what was described. Instead, after being taken to the pearl factory for the first hour, we were taken to an island where we were told we could swim or have our pictures taken. We decided we would swim, but when we got to the island, the water in the bay was filled with trash. We spent an hour watching our guide take fabricated drone footage of people on the beach. Then we went snorkeling...for 20 minutes. They didn't have any equipment for kids, so my 7 year old, who was VERY excited to go snorkeling, had a leaky mask much of the time because it was too big. We then went to an island with about 60 other boats and hundreds of other tourists to have lunch and again get a fabricated drone video laying on a paddle board...but didn't actually get to do any paddle boarding. We decided the swimming at the beach of our resort was way better than anything we had experienced on the tour and asked to go back.

This tour wasn't great for our family. We have two kids, 7 & 11, and a 10 hour day was just not something they could do. We stayed for the first half of the tour in town, then the kids and I went back to the hotel while my husband went on the hours long drive to the Cu Chi tunnels. I should have separated the tour into two days to make it better for my children. The Ho Chi Minh tour was good for the adults, but didn't really capture the interest of my children. We were first taken to a post office and a church that was under construction. I'm not really sure what we were supposed to do there. Being with a group is always a little harder with children, and this was no exception.

My daughter and I loved this hotel *so much.* Our first stop in Portugal, we were immediately delighted to find that our suite was ready at 10 a.m. when we arrived from the airport. The suite had two full baths, an enormous walk-in closet, large and comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a bedroom, and a terrace with seating: we could hardly believe our eyes 😂😂 We had two small complaints about the room, which were the lights and the temperature controls, neither of which we could figure out--the lights in particular BAFFLED us, I'd turn them on in the living room and they'd go out on my daughter in the bedroom, or vice versa--but honestly, we could've called for help if we'd really wanted to lol. The room itself was quiet, super comfortable, full of the little touches that make or break a hotel room for me: great in-room coffee service, quality products in the bathroom, a throw blanket on the couch. The lights were confusing, but there were plenty of them, which I appreciate--so many hotel rooms are dark--and the showers were fantastic. When I blew a fuse trying to plug my heating pad into the bedside outlet, reception had someone up to our room in minutes so we didn't have to sit around in the dark 😂 My daughter and I also spent a fair amount of time in the hotel bar, where we had one great dinner and several excellent drinks (try the Portuguese gins!). Our bartender, Rodrigo, was super helpful and attentive; when he heard we were headed to Porto next, he made us a list of attractions, shops, and bars to visit--that's how we learned about the Royal Cocktail Club, a fun discovery! The PortoBay Liberdade is centrally located, within easy walking distance of many Lisbon sights and destinations, and our experience there was outstanding. Cannot wait to visit again.

Overall a nice tour. Very good highlights. The itinerary was great!

Good trip.

This was one of the best experience during the Greece trip. We had an amazing incredible time with the chef and his wife. Enjoyed the cooking class, dinner, and wine. We kept sharing this experience with our friends. Couldn’t be better.

A difficult trek, but well worth it. The sunrise views from the top of the hill are stunning, and make the hike up worthwhile.

An early morning balloon ride that lasts for about 45min - 1 hour. It was amazing to watch the Valley of Kings and the temple from above. Totally recommend!

The best day of the entire trip for us. Luxor is breathtaking, and the only thing that was a negative was that we just had one day to spend here. Our guide Ahmed Ameen, was the best guide of the entire trip. He made the day what it was with his knowledge, patience and wit. Starting with Valley of Kings and Hatshepsut temple to the beautiful Karnak and Luxor temples, this was easily the busiest and the best day of our trip.

An outstanding experience and so worth the 3 hour drive from Aswan. Our guide in Abu Simbel was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained the history and significance of the temple along with the key things to look for, since guides are not allowed inside. He was amazing!

Aswan Dam was interesting, and Philae temple was outstanding and so worth it! Unfinished Obelisk was okay

Our stay at Pestana CR7 was not good. The customer service was poor. We had issues with room temperature and a non-consensual donation policy at checkout. Despite its beautiful appearance, it wasn't worth the experience.

The stay at Riad Palais Nazha in Fes was decent. It wasn't a hotel but still nice.

We loved staying at Dar Meziana in Chefchaouen. The riad was lovely and we truly enjoyed the cultural experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at The View Hotel was not pleasant. They did not have our reservations and getting the rooms and keys was a hassle. The hotel didn't live up to its reputation.

The day trip to Ourika Valley was great. The waterfall hike was beautiful but the drive was longer than expected. However, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The evening food tour in Marrakesh was fantastic. Our tour guide, Achmad, was funny and made the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious and it was one of the best meals of the trip.

The tour guide we had for the old souk and the Old City Medina in Marrakesh was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour very engaging and enjoyable

I had a great time exploring the Imperial City and the Medina of Fez. The tour guide was very informative and answered all our detailed questions. It was a truly immersive cultural experience.

Quite disappointing. For the price paid, even though it was high season I would expect a lot more.

Perfect for a one night stay

Disappointing compared to the guided hikes I did in Monteverde

Indio was a very swanky and beautiful hotel that was the perfect place for us to put our feet up after the W trek. It was centrally located with great service and a GREAT breakfast spread in the morning before our flight out.

Hotel Big Sur was a great place to stay prior to our trip. Simple, elegant rooms and amazing service from the front desk. They also held our extra items for our time on the trip.

This hotel was my least favorite! It didn’t give a great vibe and was not as comforting as the other hotels!

This hotel was my ultimate favorite! Not only it’s a beautiful hotel but it has its own beach setting! The view was breathtaking, food was delicious and the staff was wonderful and friendly! The rooms were large and comfortable! This is the hotel I would definitely stay again!

This hotel was lovely and quaint! It was very close to the Night markets and to all restaurants. The staff was wonderful and sweet, always acknowledging us and the best part was how they celebrated New Years! The food was delicious and the band was wonderful. They really know how to celebrate!!

This is a beautiful hotel with English architecture. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bed was ver comfortable. Only issue was that it has a very small pool and it was not functional when we were there. But as an alternative they allowed us to use the pool from a neighboring hotel.
