We had an incredible time traveling with our children to Costa Rica. The accommodations were incredible places we wouldn’t have been able to find in our own and the transport was so seamless. We are so thankful for our amazing time.

Iceland in 11 days was magnificent!

Too bad we couldn't stay longer. Rinolda helped us well with planning our entire trip. We were pretty last minute (booked 1 month before departure) and she managed to book everything we needed. I started doing it on my own, because that's what I usually do, but this time I didn't have the time to do that. We loved the country! The only minor part was that we absolutely wanted to see and do everything, but that's just not possible in 11 days. So we did less hikes than we would have liked. So one day, we'll have to go back!

Glacier hike on the Vatnajokull glacier

It was nice, the staff was nice and experienced. But it was a group of all people: good hikers, amateur hikers... All together. Because of that, it's a simple walk to the first part of the glacier, you don't get very far. For me it felt like I could 've done it without a guide, and would have wanted to go further in with a guide.

Too bad we were in a cloud for this hike. We got a glimpse of the magnificent views we should have had. It's a long trip, but when the weather is not that bad, it's completely worth it. And doable might I say for someone with vertigo!

Everything was taken care off. We would have liked to have the possibility to take the bus earlier in the morning, because we lost a morning of waiting on the bus. With a tight travel schedule like ours, we felt like we lost a lot of precious time.

Everything about the trip was amazing.
Bryan chose excellent hotels and all the activities that we took part in were amazing ways to explore the rich Biodiversity you can find in Costa Rica . Our only regret is that we couldn’t have added an additional week to explore more of the country.
The guides were excellent and incredibly knowledgeable and happy to accommodate anything we wanted to focus on in our trip. The locals are so friendly and genuinely want you to enjoy their country and appreciate all the wonderful fauna and flora as well as the delicious food and of course the coffee. We weren’t bothered in any way to buy any of the souvenirs or take part in additional activities. If you’re planning a trip definitely pack for two very different climates, sunshine and bouts of heavy rainfall (it gets very humid at times) but the rain is always refreshing. Definitely recommend the hike around Arenal, the hanging bridges and zip wire in Monteverde, as well as the catamaran trip. Sensoria was amazing too and the opportunity to bathe in the hot springs was a fantastic way to finish the hike around the rainforest and waterfalls. This is one trip we will truly cherish and we hope to return to Central America and use the services of KimKim again to help organise our trip. Nilima

My family and I returned from an 8 day Iceland vacation a little over a week ago. This was our “big” vacation that was long overdue. With so much information available on Iceland, as well as talking to friends that had previously visited, the task of planning seemed a bit daunting. How was I going to plan an engaging, memorable experience for 2 teenage boys and my husband? When I finally decided to use KimKim, my specialist Emanuel communicated with me and we began a lovely rapport immediately. I know it’s hard to get to know someone via email and I don’t know how Emanuela did it, but she figured out our travel preferences and created an itinerary that delivered. We began our trip with Wake Up Reykjavik walking food tour (we’re foodies) and it was a great introduction to Iceland, the culture, history and meet other travelers (highly suggest this as an introduction to Iceland) Alma, our food/tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging and funny. By the end of the tour she had a bunch of strangers talking as though we were all friends traveling together. What a way to start our vacation! Our itinerary was full as we wanted to see and do so much in 8 days and Emanuela made sure we weren’t overwhelmed from the get go as she started us off with the most beautiful areas of Iceland, the Snaefellness Peninsula which was a hit for my boys. Our trip culminated with a breathtaking (figuratively speaking) Glacier Hike with Arctic Adventure with Barbara, our guide. This tour was the family favorite, the hike was not difficult and it took a few minutes to adjust to walking with crampons, however once you start the hike, see the beauty of the glaciers and the clear flowing water you’ll be glad you did it. There were many wonderful highlights we enjoyed and I could write an essay about each. The only thing we wish we would have done was spend more time at Thingvellir National Park, we could have been here all day walking appreciating its beauty. Our last day in Iceland ended at the Sky Lagoon…the view from that cliff is spectacular especially if you get lucky on a clear day as we did. It was the perfect ending of our time in Iceland.

Emanuela definitely got it right when it came to accommodations with The Black Pearl Apartments and Hotel Husafell as our favorites, if you wish to splurge on accommodations, which is something we wanted. Hotel Husafell provides you with breathtaking views of mountains and a vibe that is relaxing and grounding with exceptional service. The Black Pearl Apartments are in the heart of Reykjavik, spacious, clean, modern apartment with excellent service.
Although we never met Emanuela, she took the time to communicate with us in Iceland and it felt like we were traveling with a friend who wanted us to feel at home and enjoy our time. Thank you Emanuela for creating a memorable experience that my family and I will remember for years to come.

With an actual mini volcanic eruption occurring in another part of the country, as we were about to made the inside the volcano tour all the more special and you appreciate the wonders of nature. It is mind blowing to know how deep inside you are and words will not be enough to describe the colors you see inside this volcano.

Antonia created an itinerary that fulfilled our every need and even planned for experiences we didn't know we needed! Every transfer we had was greeted with a pleasant driver. Everyone was on time and helpful with information. We flew into Dubrovnik from NJ and had a day to relax at the beautiful outdoor pool and lounges at a fantastic hotel picked by Antonia. Hotel More. Of course we did the Game of Thrones tour in old town and Antonia chose a great guide for us that could balance the 3 different age groups and the heat wave. After 2 days and great food and people we were off to Hvar, my favorite stop! Again Antonia chose a lovely hotel, Adriana, that was perfect! In Hvar Antonia set up a tour that brought us over the mountains to the other side of the island with a great tour and dinner included. We saw a few smaller towns and loved every minute. The next day she booked us on a speed boat to visit the blue and green caves and go for swims in a few different alcove beaches. Spending a day on the water with Dominick's tour company (Antonia wins again) felt like I was living the life of the rich and famous! He brought us to an amazing restaurant on a small island (also all part of our package) and we had an amazing meal. Next stop was traveling to a small town and finding my family heritage in Dragova, on Dugi Otok. Antonia found the perfect guide who did lots of research before we went. She was history buff and proved that when she was also our walking tour guide in Zadar. She knew when to give us private time to spread my grandmother's ashes and have our remembrance and she was lots of fun too. Our last stop in Zagreb was met with another great walking tour guide and lots of recommendations for our last 24 hours! It was the vacation of a lifetime and I will be happy to plan with Kim Kim for our next EU trip to Italy!!

Our trip was to take my grandson to a football academy in Milton Keynes where he will be for at least 4 months. After our goodbyes Kim and I started our tour in London, Broadway (Cotswolds), Bath and Windsor. All of our hotels were excellent and easy walk to many sights and restaurants. Of course the Lydon Arms was a treasure but Hotel DeTour,Georgian House, the Bird and Hilton were very interesting and very nice. We were treated very well by exceptional staff at each of them.
Our arranged tours and cabs were friendly and knowledgeable—great people to spend time with. Debbie and Richard of Ace Taxi were a great welcome and goodbye to the Cotswolds. Robin from Cotswolds Tours and travel made it a very special day for us as he brought history to life. We felt like we were traveling with a very knowledgeable friend. Spending time with
Laurence Davies of Avebury Landscapes and Monuments tours was great He was so willing to share with us it is obvious that he loves this area. Also fun to be with
Yogi of Davids of London Chauffeurs was not an official tour guide but was great to be with and very willing to share his knowledge of the area with us. He was very accommodating on a very hot day
My review is rather long but you can see what a great time we had and especially appreciated not being part of a “herd”. Having local travel agents makes a real difference. Thank you KimKim

I started to plan this trip before contacting Kimkim. So we already had our flights and the first night in Oslo booked. Then I came in contact with Christina, and everything started to flow magically. I had an idea of combining city and nature impressions on the journey including some physical activity as well. Christina was able to come up with this perfectly. So in the end of the day we had our city walks as well as fjords tours - hiking, on boats, on trains and on kayaks, all of which orchestrated skillfully together with transfers and hotel bookings. We only had to adjust the alarm clock and follow the detailed instructions in the itinerary.
We visited four different destinations - Oslo, Aurland/Flåm, Bergen and Ålesund - each of the with their own special flair. In Bergen and Oslo we had a 3 hour informal walk with a local guide, both of them really charming, professionally skilled and in love with their respective cities.
The hotels were up to our expectations and very well located. We haven't missed a chance to relax in the Spa! And after the rainy and chilly day in Bergen the sauna was quite what we needed.
These were very memorable 9 days which we enjoyed so much thanks to Chritina and team!
I'm pretty sure this will not be our last trip with them ;)

Our Tour Guide for the 8 days was Sallam and he was absolutely brilliant. From the very start he was nice, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He made our trip so enjoyable, answering the many questions we had along the way about Morocco and Moroccan culture. Our trip was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel in Capetown was great and such a good location. Our guide Chris was fantastic. Some of the items listed to see we did not see and I was disappointed about some of those. I felt they should not have been listed if we actually could not get to see them because I chose this trip based on some of them. The things we did do were terrific.
The Nkorho lodge was another highlight - the food, services and amenities were wonderful and the safari experience was top notch.

Marcello was our local guide and he was just amazing. We had the best trip - everything we saw and did was great. It was a nice variety and we felt we got to really get a flavor of the island. The hotels we stayed at were all lovely.

Chris did such an amazing job planning our trip to Greece. He was very receptive to changes that we wanted to make early and late in the process. Not only that but I feel like he was very communicative throughout our whole trip. If we had any issues he was right on it. Chris is a true professional and truly loves what he does. To top it all off I got to meet Chris in person in Athens. He didn't have to meet us but he took the time and that is the kind of human you are working with in Chris.

We had an amazing time in Croatia! In a bit less than a week we managed to fit in Dubrovnik, Kocula, and Split without feeling like we were rushing. We also had a walking tour, scuba diving, snorkeling, a bike tour (with wine!), and white water rafting. I have to mention Alberto, our walking tour guide in Dubrovnik, he was especially excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and catered the tour to us. I also have to mention Antonio who took us snorkeling in Korcula, he was very pleasant and took us to some amazing sports.

Excellent experience and will use them again and again. Great resource for the busy parent that wants to make the most of a destination but doesn't have the time to research all the different options! We used this for the first time to visit Costa Rica, our rep, Olman was knowledgeable and helped me throughout the trip with questions and concerns. Can't wait to use them for our next vacation!

Most notable experience and sights for mr include Gold museum, Monserrat Hill, Horse back ride, Cofee plantation, Climbing the rock in Guatape, Communal 13 walking tour, Islabela beach tour, the Cartagena walled town and its plazas and dancers, the gourmet meals we tasted suggested by our guides, seeing Botero paintings and Sculptures, Food tour, and many more . And Thank you Michael for being accommodating and flexible to our schedule as well as David who subbed for you while you were away. KimKim is one of the best tour org. I have seen. Very organized and detail oriented. Thank you Chaska team for a wonderful experience.

Robi planned the perfect family vacation for us in Croatia and was a professional informative and wonderful guide. Everything was high class and executed perfectly from the airport transfers, city transfers, hotel check ins and activities/tours. I will refer many to him and beautiful Croatia.
