I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on a trekking adventure with Himalayan Kingdom Expeditions, and I must say that it was an experience of a lifetime. In a nutshell, it was a phenomenal trip from start to finish. Sarah did a marvelous job working with me in the pre-planning stages and putting together what promised to be an active holiday that covered a lot of ground, and once we arrived in Croatia, Sarah and Ivan were in regular contact with us to make sure things were going well. Their accessibility and immediate response time was impressive, to say the least. It's difficult to fully convey how prompt, professional, courteous and engaging the drivers and guides were, but we are grateful to our drivers (Ivo and Zoran), our kayak guides (Eddie and T), our speedboat skipper (Ivo), and our bike tour guides (Joseph and Joke) for ensuring we had a truly memorable vacation in a very special part of the world.

Day trip to Ljubljana including a biking tour of the city

Our day trip to Ljubljana was a memorable experience. We had a small group bike tour with a great guide, and we covered a lot of ground that we wouldn't have been able to on foot. The weather was colder than expected, but we still enjoyed exploring the picturesque European town. I would definitely recommend this day trip and biking tour.

Hvar - Island Bike Tour with Local Food and Drink Tastings

This was one of the most special excursions of the trip. We rode on brand new e-bikes with fantastic local guides. At the end of the tour, we went back to the owner's tasting room for a wonderful wine and cheese tasting. It was an amazing, personalized experience that I would highly recommend to others.

Private Boating Excursion to the Elaphiti Islands

The all-day boat tour to the Elaphiti Islands was exceptional. Our boat captain, a Croatian Navy Seal, was an excellent guide. The owner of the company personally came to our hotel and picked us up for the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic and personalized experience that I would love to do again.

Thanos did a perfect job organizing a trip to Greece for my husband, my in-laws and myself! I wanted a smooth trip and felt too overwhelmed to plan it myself. We went to Athens, Naxos and Santorini. Everything went so smoothly and I'm very grateful! Thanos was easily accessible and just knowing he was there if we needed anything took all the stress out of the trip. He even met us for a drink in Athens, introducing us to a rooftop bar with a fantastic view of the Acropolis. He arranged tours based on our interests with knowledgeable guides which added so much to our enjoyment of Greece. All of the transfer drivers to ferries and airports were on time and professional. What a relief to have everything planned and just show up where you're supposed to be! Everyone we dealt with was kind and efficient. The planning stage was fun and Thanos was quick to respond even given the time difference. This is definitely the way to go for a hassle free trip, and I found the price to be reasonable as Thanos worked to fit our budget. We even met a fellow Kimkim traveler, also thrilled with her experience in Greece. I will definitely use Kimkim again and am already looking forward to planning my next trip! Thank you, Thanos!!

Chewang was easy and efficient to work with. He listened to what we wanted and booked exactly the type of trip and experiences we were looking for - a mix of city/culture, trekking, nature, and some down time. He is the coordinator who meets/greets you throughout the trip to ensure everything is going great. He set us up with 2 excellent guides - one for the city tours who was an expert in the history, culture, etc., and one for the light trekking. If we return to Nepal to do more trekking, I would definitely use Chewang and request the same guides. He kept our schedule flexible so we only booked the helicopter to Everest the night before to ensure the weather would be ok. In speaking to several others who were recently in Nepal - their tours were very fixed and they spent the money on the helicopter without ever seeing Everest. Would definitely recommend Chewang and his guides.

Look no further if you are looking to explore Nepal. Our trip was perfect in every way.

We used your service because we were very satisfied last time. everything ticked and the whole experience was great.
This time the experience was very different.
The service was less available, less informative, less proactive. And was replaced in the middle of the planning by another representative whose felt inexperienced and unprofessional, she received our questions in a completely incorrect way and even considered canceling (!) the entire planning.
My husband used the service to save time and headache, and none of this happened - on the contrary, he felt uncomfortable throughout the entire planning process in front of you, and each time encountered availability and access problems of the service providers.
During the trip itself we were surprised to find that there were holes that were not addressed or were not told to us.
Part of the reason to use the trip planning and the locals is to get information if the planning is good or not and this is something we felt we should ask everything specifically - instead of feeling that we are taken care of and that we can trust you.
We were very disappointed with the service and realized that next time we will probably skip it.

We had a 5 star service from Pedro and the team of tour guides and drivers he put together for us. The response on our questions were fast and accommodating. The itinerary was a perfect balance of culture , gastronomy , sights and introduction of Portuguese history. We were never felt rushed. The hotel selection was awesome and the upgrade that Pedro facilitated for us was very much appreciated. Our tour with Gui in Lisbon was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, informative and definitely proud of his Portuguese heritage. Our winery tasting and lunch in Douro Valley was comparable to a Michelin star restaurant. Andre in Porto gave us a good insight into local cuisine and wines. Our transfers were effortless and easy. With Peña palace staff striking the day we were to visit, Pedro came up with an alternative in matter or minutes and we were quickly rerouted.

We had a wonderful time touring Croatia. Nikola made sure we knew what was going on each day and was a great help when our flight was delayed and adjustments had to be made. He made great suggestions for restaurants as well. Our guide in Split, Ivana was a wealth of knowledge and had a great sense of humor which made the tour that much better. Our driver Alex was also a highlight of our trip, answering many questions. Marco and Luka from Makarun Hertitage Rooms in Split were great as well and we’ll go back just to stay with them again. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness, the rooms and their restaurant! Last but not least, Natalija at Villa Nora in Hvar was kind with suggestions on what to do and see!

Julia and Mar were excellent and helpful whenever we had issue or concerns during our trip. One suggestion is that travelers be advised of the ferry schedules.

Michael was very helpful in putting our trip together and taking into account our interests. Everything worked out well. We had great guides in Bogota (Alexander who was incredibly knowledgeable) and in Medellin (Froi was a very interesting person to talk with as he was very knowledgable about Colombia's history and nature). We also had a great birdwatching walk outside Medellin with Rafa, whose enthusiasm for and knowledge of birds was wonderful! We enjoyed our trip out to Jardin as well.

Chris did a wonderful job organizing our trip to Greece. He was a full-service agent who thought of everything. He was prompt and responsive. He organized a number of excursions with local guides that were very knowledgeable and friendly.

In Crete, when the weather turned bad that prevented us from hiking the Samantia Gorge near Chania, our local guides Andreus and Jorge, improvised on fly for a memorable day visiting an olive oil factory, cave church, and a monastery for wine tasting.

In Santorini our local guide, Helenea, also did a wonderful job, as did the historian who took us through the museum and Knossos Palace where we learned about one of the earliest civilizations - The Minoans.

As there were 9 of us, we had a very comfortable and clean Mercedes bus. The drivers were amazing! Prompt and friendly. They safely and skillfully navigated the Islands of Crete and Santorini, and in Athens.

Absolutely an incredible experience! Such a beautiful country! Our guid Anmay was amazing! You can really feel the love he has for the country, the culture, and the history!

My cousin and I used Kimkim for our trip to Morocco. We both are busy and don’t like being the planners so we went with this company after searching and reading reviews, and we are so glad we did. They planned our entire trip with a private driver, hotel stays, tours, and other adventures. We stayed in six cities, so it would have been a lot of research, but with kimkim they planned it all, tailoring it to our preferences. Faissel, our private driver, was the absolute best. He felt like a friend from day one and treated us as if he had known us for years. We had complete faith and trust in him. He provided cultural information, answered our questions, pointed out information we might not know, and gave us space when we were tired. Our trip was the experience we wanted and there is no way we could have planned this without the use of a travel company like kimkim. Highly recommend and would use again.

Incredible, once in a lifetime trip for
start to finish! Loved being able to customize our itinerary to eliminate tourist traps and see a little bit of the real
India and Nepal. The best part of our trip was our guides and drivers.

We started with Raj and Ravi in New Dehli. Ravi was such a safe and courteous driver. Especially given how chaotic the roads can be, his skills were extremely impressive!

In Kathmandu, Mugtha was an incredible guide. He knew the country in and out. He truly made each site come alive and was extremely flexible to make sure we had the best time possible. Our driver was also great!

When we returned to New Delhi, our driver Pintar drove us to Agra. He was with us the remaining days of the trip and he was so kind! He made the long drive as painless as possible and whenever we returned from touring had cold water at the ready.

Nishant in Agra and Hitesh in Jaipur were incredible guides. Both great ambassadors for their cities. They were extremely knowledgeable and made sure our needs were being met. We added an extra tour in Jaipur on our last day and insisted Hitesh be our guide. Our Mughal village tour guide in Agra was also fantastic!

Just coming back from our second experience with KimKim, and it just confirmed the 5-star quality service they provide (and that we were expecting based on our last trip in Vietnam)!

Platform is user-friendly and focused on customers' experience, but the key of its success is the local agencies they are working with.

For our family trip in Jordan, we were directed to Samir and Enjoy Jordan.
Very pro-active and engaging, Samir took the time to listen to our expectations and put in place the best itinerary possible so we can make the most of our Jordan tour. Open to discussion and totally transparent, Samir updated our plans numerous times (following our requests) in order to match with our requirements and budget.
Great communication all along, which definitely brings the comfort and the peace of mind we were looking for.

Alberto was so professional, responsive, and listened to our interests regarding our visit to Italy. Things were planned to perfection, and when little things occurred that were out of his control, he immediately helped to resolve the situation(s).

This was a great trip. Diogo and Joao were terrific hosts. Attentive and funny. All the hotels were well chosen especially Quinta de Pacheca. The itinerary was perfect. 4 people and each of us left with beautiful memories and stories to tell.

Sarah & Ivan of Royal Croatian tours, were fantastic. They helped us plan and schedule everything, cars, hotels, local guides and experiences. We were so happy to have their local expertise even before our trip started but once we were traveling they were invaluable. They found us wonderful accommodations at every location that were perfect for what we wanted and had transportation all arranged. Almost everything went like clockwork and was very well arranged, the only things that went wrong were two cancelled ferries due to weather and in both cases we contacted Sarah and Ivan and they immediately helped devise a back up plan and arranged when necessary a driver to our next destination with no delay . They were quick to respond to any questions and always available by WhatsApp, even at 6 am when our ferry was cancelled at the last moment. We would highly recommend Sarah and Ivan for Croatian travel and Kimkin made it very easy to stay connected with them.

Great interactions with the our guides and our travel agency was first rate. Very responsive to our needs and excellent choices on accommodations.

Vishal planned an unforgettable 9-day trip to Bhutan for us with the perfect balance between cultural activities, stunning hikes in the Himalayas, and incredible food. Our guide Pema and our driver Sonam were both fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time traveling in Bhutan by personalizing our itinerary each day. We really enjoyed authentically connecting with locals throughout the trip at local spots and sharing tea with monks at some of the amazing monasteries.
