Chris Leontopoulos was amazing in helping design the perfect vacation for our family of 5 (Myself, My wife and three high schooler aged kids). Of course Greece was amazing, Athens, Crete, and Santorini, but the level of comfort and relaxation was made possible by the highly detailed and efficient plans set up, so that we never felt out of sorts. We had a lot of free time in every location to explore also, especially on Crete. Overall Exceeded our high expectations and we were truly delighted, and we will all remember this as one of our best family vacations ever.....maybe the best.

We were looking for a custom trip combining an active multi-sport vacation with sightseeing and a family reunion (of my scattered family in the US with relatives in the home country). Anna-Maria was one of the few agents willing to take on a challenge like this, and she put together the experience of a lifetime! Her thorough knowledge of the various regions in Croatia combined with her connections in the country produced a unique and first-class experience, even despite the numerous challenges of COVID-19.

Sarah was extremely helpful & thoughtful in planning our week in Croatia! We enjoyed the visit as well as excursions planned by Sarah. Our accommodations were clean, modern, & in central locations. Sarah is quick to respond to any messages. Croatia is a beautiful country & the people we met were kind. Definitely recommend visiting Croatia & trusting Sarah to plan your trip.

Everything he suggested was perfect and all went extremely smoothly! Our experience with Olman was great, he listened to our thoughts and desires and he made them happen. We had a truly amazing and memorable trip! Even his estimated travel times was spot on. If I go back to Costa Rica, I would definitely contact him again.

We loved our trip that Olman planned for us to Costa Rica. Each place we visited was exactly what we had requested. The Hotels were all unique and very inviting. We were sad to leave. The Lost Iguana Hotel and Arenas del Mar were amazing places to stay. We saw more wildlife at these hotels then we did in the nature park! Being woken at 4 am to a howler monkey above our cabin in Tortuguero is something we will never forget! We have so many great memories from our trip. We only needed to contact the travel agency once, but they immediately knew who I was and they were able to answer my next day pick up question. The local guides were passionate about showing us their part of the country. We will definitely be back!

I was looking for my first post Covid trip and Iceland Ring road travel was on my mind. During that research I came across KimKim and connected with a wonderful person by name of Emanuela. With three of us planning to travel together we wanted to drive through stunning Icelandic nature, photograph puffins, arctic terns and whales, stay in apartments and have good driving directions to all the places we wanted to visit. Told her the $ amount we want to spend. As the itinerary was built I was able to add or subtract locations. End product was a 62 page document with all the driving directions plus SUV and 8 different stay locations organized. I purchased the Air ticket and rest was handled by her. The best part of the trip was she or her team mate were available all the time to help us out while we were there. PCR Test direction was conveniently included a day before our departure to US. There are many memorable moments of this trip. Trekking to the volcano which is still spilling lava, strolling through Akureyri, visiting a small village, Borgarfjordur Eystri with a population of 100 providing an amazing opportunity to watch Puffins from very close quarters. I am yet to download 3200 pictures which I took. Thanks to KimKim and Emanuela. We had such wonderful time in Iceland!! Icing on the cake was visiting Blue Lagoon before our flight to US.

It was my first trip out of the US and my bf’s first time to Spain. Sam did an amazing job with all our bookings! He was excellent in picking the best hotels& activities within our budget. He didn’t try to oversell. Our hotels had great views of the cathedrals in the gothic district/Bacelona and sea views in costa brava. The activities arranged really made our experience memorable. Sam was available throughout our trip for any questions. I was impressed with the service during booking and throughout our trip. Sam took almost all the stress out of traveling to a new country for us. We will use kimkim on our next trip!

This trip was amazing beyond words in large part because of the itinerary put together by Sarah. We saw and did so many things that we definitely would have missed without her plan. The sites, the food, the guides, the transfers- all were a perfect blend of scheduled activity and free time. Sarah was also very available & responsive to our needs & questions. We would definitely recommend your services to others. Well done!!!

Wow! Our trip with KimKim was totally awesome! Great communication before, during and after our trip - daily check-in's, superb guides and drivers...I cannot say enough about how awesome KimKim! The primary agent for us in Croatia was Sarah, who did such an incredible job making sure everything from meals to transfers to guides were absolutely the best! Wow, nothing could have been more fun!! We traveled Costa Rica with our daughter and and two grandchildren, boys who have just completed four years of college. Our agent with KimKim was Olman and we was FANTASTIC. Our trip was wonderful in every way and we experienced an amazing country with unforgettable life time family memories . Our lodging was great giving us a new experience every night. Tours and the guides were wonderful and fun. The timing of each day was perfect, we had extra time to explore on our own.
The Costa Rica food was delicious and we felt very comfortable at home with these perfect. Thanks again to this company, it was Great.

I have only very high and excellent praises for Murat and KimKim.

Murat has organized a well-tailored trip with must-do highlights of Turkey. He even helped arrange scuba diving at a couple of our destinations. His attention to the details are impeccable, and his communication is always timely.

I can't rave enough about how much of a gift to travelers KimKim is, especially with Murat's role in our much-needed vacation. He has been easily accessible for last-minute changes, and would go above and beyond to check in with us throughout our trip.

Our local guide, Önder, is also highly recommended. He is passionate, informative, adaptive and an overall fun human being.

Argus hotel in Cappadocia is a must! The hot air balloon!

The staff at Alley Prime Hotel in Kas are amazing. This was one of our highlights for sure, thanks to Berg (hote manager) and Salman (maitre d). The masseuse, Pelin. The dive group, Dragoman.

All in all... The superb accommodations, the well-thought-out activities, the many white-glove service additions all speak highly to the priceless value of his KimKim and Murat's work. Thank you, Murat and KimKim!

My husband and I had the best vacation of our lives while visiting Oaxaca, Mérida, Valladolid and Puerto Morelos in México. Vanessa helped us tailor the trip and then Marisol coordinated the final details. Anita, from Rutopía, was always responsive to our questions and concerns while we were in México.

In Oaxaca, Alex, our guide from Etnoturismo, made sure we fell in love with that city. And we did indeed. The colors, the food, the people are just amazing and have a special place in our hearts. The guide we got for Chichén Itzá, Juan, was very knowledgable and took great photos of us.

The hotels chosen by our local specialists were breathtaking. We wouldn't have been able to plan such a wonderful vacation without their help.

Peruvian Soul is amazing!! They crafted a truly unique dream vacation to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos. Nicholas and the entire team navigated the challenges of Covid in the most exceptional ways and took all the stress away to experience a dream vacation of a lifetime. Julio is a world class guide who lead our trip through Peru. We got to see the sunrise over the Temple of Sun near the solstice and we got to see the full effect and connect with the ancient Incas through this shared experience. The Galapagos was also amazing, and the team took care of the intricacies of traveling there so we could enjoy swimming with Penguins worry free! Truly remarkable, I highly recommend Peruvian Soul.

One of the best family vacations we've ever had - and we travel quite extensively. Since the planning stages, Emanuela has been an invaluable asset and was in constant communication. At the same time she provided flexibility to cater the trip to each of our family member's tastes. She gave outstanding suggestions that otherwise we wouldn't have thought of ourselves and all this as the world is getting out of the pandemic. We highly recommend Iceland for any family looking to have the vacation of a lifetime. Among our top experiences were, strolling in Reykjavik, whale watching in Husavik, navigating the Glacier Lagoon in a Zodiac, ice cave hike, snowmobile excursion, hiking an active volcano, the many scenic and waterfalls views and relaxing on our last night before heading home at a geothermal lagoon. as it tends to happen in many trips, there were some unscripted events but we still made the best of it and enjoyed it to the fullest. Word to the wise- come prepared for Iceland's unexpected weather as we experienced snowstorms, heat, cold snaps, heavy rain and just plain gorgeous sunny days. We strongly recommend Iceland and Emanuela's expertise.

We usually plan and book our own travels, but Peru was new for us and we didn't have the time to do all the research. We found Kimkim and let Anne do our planning for us. She was amazing and thought of everything. From corona virus protocols to perfect hotels to having drivers ready for us. She worked within our budget and didn't seem put off at all when we requested changes. She book Julio as our tour guide in Cusco. He was extremely knowledgeable, terrific English, and very patient with my lack of adjusting to the altitude.

We were so thrilled with the advice and service provided by Eleni Fotiou in planning and executing our recent 2-week self-drive road trip to mainland Greece. Eleni spoke to us by phone to get a sense of what we were looking for (how much we wanted to drive each day, how adventurous we were, what type of hotels we liked, etc.) and she then put together an incredible and creative itinerary, including things we would never have known about. Our highlights included a self-guided Delphi tour, hikes and drives through the glorious Zagora region (which is barely even mentioned in our guide book), a fabulous guide in Olympia, a bike tour along the Peloponnesian coast through villages, staying in a fabulous stone villa in the south of Peloponnese, magnificent drives through the mountains, and two one-day trips to two magnificent small islands (Stetses and Hydra). Eleni arranged everything from the rental car to the spots where we wanted formal guides, to the hotels, and she was available throughout the entire trip to answer questions and provide timely advice. I would highly recommend Eleni to anyone visiting Greece – she knows every inch of it and is a delight to work with!

We had a fantastic trip to Costa Rica planned by Diego. He stayed within budget yet was able to get us into very desirable locations. He was very responsive when we had questions/concerns. All the locations we stayed at were great for our family of 5. Every guide was on time and were all very professional and courteous.

Our first stop was Arenal at the Los Lagos resort where we had a tour with Marcos of La Fortuna falls and Arenal. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and pulled over a few times to get close up views of sloths along the road side. We also had a great time with our guide Luis whitewater rafting. He made the trip exciting yet kept everything very safe. We also had a great time canyoning in the area. Diego also scheduled a family photo session for us at the hotel which worked out perfectly with our schedule.

Next, we moved on to Monteverde where we stayed at the Cala Lodge with a deck view of the cloud forest. First, we had a night tour with Olman who located animals and insects that we would never have been able to see without him. From the lodge room deck we saw Toucans and various other wildlife and it was very peaceful. We had a great day there with a hanging bridges tour with Roy and ziplining which the whole family enjoyed.

Finally, we went to Manuel Antonio and stayed at the Gardens Espadilla Hotel. The first day we went with our guide Gilberto horseback riding who really knew his stuff as he is very experienced in training and handling horses. The horses behaved very well for us inexperienced riders and we were able to swim under a waterfall and had an excellent lunch prepared by the locals. We also went to Manuel Antonio National Park for a day of lounging on the beautiful beach and some hiking to viewpoints, which was located walking distance from the Hotel which was very handy.

All in all, the trip was great and Diego did an excellent job planning everything and providing the information we needed. Highly recommended.

We are seasoned travelers and always plan our own trips. When we decided on a spur of the moment, month-long, post-pandemic trip to Greece we put ourselves in the trusted hands of Tasos. We are so glad we did. We just returned from an amazing 12 day, 4 stop (Athens, Hydra, Crete, and Santorini) trip to Greece and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Whether it was hiking a gorge with breathtaking views, swimming in crystal clear turquoise waters, or sampling delicious local dishes, Rebecca and her team (especially Giannis) ensured we were experiencing the beauty of Greece each day of our trip. We made the decision to travel somewhat spur of the moment due to Covid travel restrictions, so having Rebecca arrange all of the logistics (accommodations, transfers, ferry tickets, covid testing, etc.) was convenient and a huge time saver. For us, this was worth every penny as it allowed us to truly enjoy every second of our vacation. We were also provided a wealth of information about each location which allowed us the freedom to explore each place at our own pace and time frame. As first time users of KimKim, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely use this service again in the future. Additionally, we highly recommend Rebecca and her team of drivers/guides to make your trip to Greece one you’ll never forget.

We had a wonderful trip to Morocco! Hakim was our trip planner, and everything was well thought of. The riads were all great, and we had a wonderful time at the Orient Desert Camp. Our driver, Mohammed was especially wonderful, and he took care of all details including getting our COVID test to fly back home. Our guide Said in Fez was extremely knowledgeable and a great person to spend the day with. Overall, highly recommend a visit to Morocco and using the same team we had for our trip!
