we were both so surprised how much we enjoyed this activity and just how much we learned on it.

This was probably our least favorite activity. We biked 40 Km which we absolutely were not expecting. And since it was in sienna, it was almost all on gravel roads. There were portions of it where we were truly off Roading uphill in the gravel, thank goodness the two of us are in decent shape and very coordinated. I honestly don’t think the average person would’ve been able to do this. The lunch we ended up having was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking and we will remember that forever! When I have done a bike tours in the past, there was a lot more scenery involved, and I was disappointed in that part of this

We arrived late and our guide was very kind to include us fully. Yoon was terrific!

This is was a good way to get out of Seoul and learn more history. Suwon had more outdoor space for us!

A great way to learn Korean culture and history.

Great location in the heart of the city. Our room was tiny, the only one of the floor that had a former office divided into two rooms.

Tallinn was wonderful. It has a great old walled city with lots to see. Our guide was very knowledgeable about it and made it a fun day.

This was a highlight tour while we were in Finland. Porvoo is a quaint waterfront city with an old shopping district. We also enjoyed the Sibelius monument and the rock church in Helsinki. Our guide, George, was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained the whole day. The only reservation we had was that he insisted on telling us about sauna even after we told him we have one in our home in California. I didn't need to be sold on sauna.

The Fjord itself is spectacular and the cruise well paced to allow you to enjoy the waterfalls and other sights.

The trip to get there takes you out of your way to the fjord itself. The view from there is spectacular overall, but the Geiranger Fjord is but a speck in the distance.

Although I was a bit skeptical about this going into it, the experience was really fun. The owner walked us through a tasting of ciders and then paired them excellent food choices. I was not a cider drinker before this, but I have gained a whole new appreciation for the genre.

This was not a worthwhile cruise in our view.

Lene was fantastic, not just this day but for the whole time we were with her in Norway. On this day, she exerted her "site location" skills from the movie industry to help locate the villages where Deborah and Pat's ancestors once lived.

The staff paid such personalized attention to us, and the dining room was always warm and inviting.

My four year old daughter and I loved this!!! My son... not so much ;-) Definitely fast, you'll definitely get wet!

My kids were so invested in the miniature mountain and castle, and loved the final movie experience.

There are no words, and certainly 5 stars is not even enough. I could have spent my entire vacation here. Spanish, provential, mountain retreat. We spent just a few days exploring the nearby Verdon Gorge. Despite all its natural beauty the kids would still ask if we could just go back to our amazing hotel room! Space for everyone and beautiful private serene grounds to recharge and relax in.

Great home base in Paris. Central location for walking to many sights as well as great food nearby. Excellent petit dejuener on site too. Family apartment provided all the amenities to make it a home away from home; fridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee, daily water, balcony, and dining table.

Top favorite activity for both our kids ages 8 and 15. They had climbed very few times, my husband and I never before. But it was catered amazingly well for everyone’s level of climbing. Great day, great view, GREAT guide Christine! Views of gorge are beautiful. Started out very cool in am (jacket!) but warms up when sun is on you climbing. Layers necessary.

One of our 2 5 star activities on our 12 day family trip to France. She’s 8, 15, mom and dad enjoyed 4 hours in the water. Kayaking, snorkeling, beach, caves. steady work paddling for many hours but the beauty was well work it.

Eze is AMAZING! True Provençal French town. So many great views, wonderful shops and casual dining. 2 hours is not nearly enough!! Needed more time here and less at the oceanographic museum.

The cruise is nice, but we preferred many of our guided toured over this. Gives a good overview of the lay of parts of Paris. Line proved much shorter near lunch hour than the popular evening cruise with very long lines.

Hotel location is 20 min to the airport with low traffic. The airport shuttle was effective but If you're short on time I don't recommend staying here.

Perfect location on the second best beach in Naxos! Was really nice to walk the beach and lounge on the comfortable chairs. One improvement could be the wasp and bee control in the open snack/buffet area as it was almost impossible to enjoy our breakfast outdoors!

Wonderful experience for 3 wineries and local snacks/food.

9 hours makes for a long trek on the Catamaran especially if the seas are rough. Overall a great experience with lunch and 3 stops for swimming or snorkeling!

This hotel is nicely located near key sites and shopping. The staff was wonderful. We had a junior suite (Room 610), which was a king bed with a sitting room. Very nice! We enjoyed the breakfast and all day coffee and water. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the hotel is a bit dated in its furnishings. So the facility is 4 star but the experience was 5 star.

We loved our apartment style room in this historic hotel. The staff was great and the furnishings very beautiful. We discovered the stunning rear garden too late to use it but it is lovely! The location of the hotel was very convenient.

We enjoyed this restaurant, but on another night we went to Barrio do Avillez - Pateo for dinner and we liked that quite a bit more. The vibe was more fun.

We went to Sintra on a spectacular day and the palace is incredible. We had skip the line tickets which was great, but you are really just skipping the entrance line, not the main line that snakes throughout the palace rooms. Its a very congested experience. We walked over to the Moors castle and enjoyed that. We then - with some struggling - found the walking path down to the town and ate at the perfect restaurant for a late lunch: Tascantiga. The food was delicous and we were lucky enough to sit outside at a lovely table. Our improvising made things a little challenging for our driver, who did not seem very happy about our changes in plan.

We had to shorten our ride duration from 3 hours to 2 but our guide (the company owner!) adjusted and was awesome. My husband said he wasn't really looking forward to the bike trip but afterward it was one of his favorite activites. The ride along the beach was spectacular. It was our first time on e-bikes -- they are wonderful and easy!

We were worried this might be a cheesy tourist experience. It definitely is for tourists but it was also very fun and the music and service were great. Our food was also good.

Restaurant was not open. Nearest food was a two mile walk away. Unreliable taxi service.

Guides were very personable and knowledgeable of the area. It was a long drive and a relatively short hike but the nature and conversation made up for this. Cooking sausages over the fire was a bonus.

Cold, rainy weather did not stop the tour, thank goodness. Views were limited and our snack was a cold quick one, but what can you do? Guide was very patient and provided us a wonderful experience.

Driver did everything possible to find lights. Unfortunately they were a no show.

I would have preferred a longer run than we had(had to drag raft back up river to make additional runs) but we enjoyed the experience. The trip included lunch and a sauna experience which we declined. We expected rafting, not eating or sauna.

Again, not a lot to do at 6:00 when it is dark at 7:30. Weather wasn’t great, but that wasn’t the issue. We should have gone at 4:00 and perhaps canoed on a river or something more fun than a lake.

This is a charming hotel and our room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a large closet, nice bathroom, and desk area. We had specified a west or south facing balcony, hoping to sit it the sun in the late afternoon. We had a covered porch that was shaded and looked out on a parking lot, so although it was a nice space, next time we would be more specific about our intentions. The reception staff, especially Veronica, were helpful. We enjoyed our dinners in the hotel restaurant.

Our room was spacious and perfectly comfortable. The staff at reception spoke excellent English, which helped us, but the people were not especially helpful.

This is a full service hotel with a fabulous location. You can take a tram (#3 or #7) from the train station and be within 2 blocks of the hotel. Once you don't have luggage, it's very easy to take the 5 minute tram ride over the bridge to old town, or walk and take pictures along the way. Our room was comfortable with a table and chairs, and breakfast was just fine.

We had a private walking tour with Chris, a very experienced guide. He was so knowledgeable, and at the same time asked us a lot questions so that we spent our time together in the most useful way.

What a perfect introduction to Wroclaw! We loved seeing the sights while learning a bit about the history of the city. Our guide even helped us make a purchase in a convenience store, when the only local currency we had was large bills from an ATM.

Our guide was low key and very knowledgeable about his city. The tour group was 12 or so English speakers, and we thought it was time well spent.

What a lovely and relaxing trip! We hustled to get to the boat shortly after checking into our hotel, and it all worked out!

Bicycling was the perfect way to tour central Berlin. It would have been intimidating to do this on our own in a strange city, but our tour took us on easy-to-navigate streets and included the highlights we wanted to see. It rained at one point and our tour guide had ponchos for everyone!

Excellent location, walkable to many museums and historic sites. It’s surrounded by great places to eat. Each room has a small kitchen, so there’s no on-site restaurant. There are complementary beverages and vending machines in the lobby, and there’s a small gym with a few machines and free weights.

So relaxing! A great way to wind down the day

Our guide was so caring, knowledgeable, and fun! We met him in Versailles and started the day with tasting and shopping in the market for our picnic lunch. After a quick stop at the bike rental shop, we set out for the gardens at a leisurely pace (most of the bikes lacked gears), stopping frequently to check in and explain about the area. After leading the group through the forest and around a pond, he took us through the Grand Trianon, and then let us explore the Petit Trianon and Marie’s Hamlet on our own.

Our guide took a perfectly-paced slow tour through Saint Chapelle, pointing out details in the stained glass, the architecture, and changes through its history

Very special hotel, really enjoyed the location and in house facilities. Very close to the train station. The restaurant has only a set menu for dinner and breakfast which are to be prebooked so plan meals accordingly. There is a tourist tax to be paid and in cash only. The public and private onsen are a must do when staying here.

This was a beautiful walk through a beautiful forested area finally reaching the magnificent Torii gates. There is a fair bit of walking on inclines and steps.

This is an activity you cannot miss. It was conducted seamlessly and was very enjoyable.

The location was incredible and well worth the visit. Involves walking and a steep step climb if you want to reach the very top. Yet a must do when based in Osaka. The guide was the same from the day before. It was encouraging to see that she had taken some of our suggestions and was much better prepared.

This was a magical location. A fair bit of walking over uneven terrain and some incline. The guide was very young and seemed a bit inexperienced however we appreciated her trying her best.

This was an entertaining and fun way of getting to know and experience a bit about the Sumo culture. Very good set up and the bento meal was good. This is a must do in Osaka.

This place was magical. A fair bit of walking with steps and steep incline. Rio was our guide and she was simply wonderful... very plesant, kind and knowledgeable. She adjusted the pace to suit my mothers walking abilities yet made sure we saw everything.

The guide took us to some very local stops and by the end of it we were really stuffed with some authentic and very delicious Japanese food.

Very lovely experience. Mr Ken and the driver were great. Mr Ken took special care of my mother when walking the steep hill to the viewpoint and pagoda. There was an approximate 2.5 hours drive either way but our driver was very safe and the ride was comfortable.

This was a great way to walk and experience some of the highlights of Tokyo. The guide was friendly and shared insights about the areas, local food and activities.

This was a beautful hotel with great amenities including a gorgeous rooftop pool. Our stay was very short but we found it very comfortable, clean, and well located to our actvities that day (a hike through the Dades Gorge).

Our biggest regret is that we were only there for one night having arrived in the late afternoon and then headed out the next morning. During our short time there, the staff were simply amazing. They took care of getting us across the desert to the camp, created a delicious meal for dinner, provided musical evening entertainment, and then were up again the next day preparing breakfast and getting us ready to head out. The camp itself was beautful and well appointed, with comfortable bedrooms, but I think it was the staff that made it all the more special.

Beautiful riad, with wonderful staff and owner who has taken such care to develop the property over many years. After a day exploring the sights and sounds of Fes, it is a very relaxing place to be with a wonderful communal garden and pool enjoyed by all the guests.

This amazing dar is charm x 1000. Every detail - colour, textures, patterns - is found throughout the property. It is truly an immersive experience of Moroccan culture. The views of Chefchaouen from the rooftop are incredible and are thoroughly enjoyed while having a tasty breakfast with plenty of fresh juice, coffee and mint tea. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and of course matched the beautiful decor of the dar. It's location was well positioned for getting right into Chefchaouen, making it very easy to get out and explore on your own.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Hotel was beautiful, centrally located, with parking adjacent, and had a huge room with a view across the canal to City Hall. Our room was very warm and the air conditioning was not working. We called the front desk who sent up someone to look at it. Turns out they are in the process of replacing the air conditioning for this room and gave us a fan to use, which did not lower the temperature. We asked about moving to a different room, but they said they were fully booked.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Dublin, just across the Ha’penny Bridge from the Temple Bar district. Room was lovely, and the breakfast was very well done!

This was an amazing experience! Michael did a fantastic tour, and educated us on the archeology of the area, which is incredible. Hearing him speaking Irish with the sheep farmer was a highlight, as it brought back memories of hearing my grandfather speaking the language when I was a young girl.

Wonderful day spent at Ross Castle! The jaunting car was fun!

This hotel was good, breakfast buffet was very good. We stayed in a villa and it was nice but nothing special about it, not homey or comfy. The whole resort is very dark at night and stairs to restaurant and to villa were not lit and was quite dangerous. Our outdoor lights were not working and asked the hotel to fix them and they did not. There was a dead rat on the beach and the staff did nothing about it.

This hotel has the potential to be a 4 star but the rooms and breakfast were lacking. However I think it is one of the better ones in the area. It was just a let down after our fabulous hotel in Cappadocia.

Wow - absolutely breathtaking hotel- make sure you have dinner on the patio one night - if you have any mobility issues this is not a place for you. The cobble stone road is very steep, slippery when wet

It was a great hotel and in a fabulous location. However I would not stay in rooms 1-9 during the weekend. (They are located downstairs close to the disco or party room. Friday night people kept leaving the hall door open people were coming down the hall until 3:00 am. We had asked the front desk to look into this and put a sign on the door to keep closed. They did nothing.

Antalya was a great town it was a long day but we had a late lunch at a restaurant on the water and it was worth it

A lot of fun however the guides were a little obnoxious and kept doing stunts that just spread dust in the air and made it difficult to see
