Alhamdulilah, our trip to Morocco was excellent. Morocco is the most clean, safe, tourists friendly country I ever seen. In less than two weeks we saw the mountains, the sea the desert and most beautiful cities, except Casablanca, which did not have much attractions except the king Hassan big mosque. All people we saw and met are extremely friendly and that what made our travel pleasent, especially our driver Ayoub, very cool young men and quite tolerant to grumpy old travelers like us. Thank you Ayoub and I’ll request you to be our guide next trip.

We loved our vacation! The snow and mountains were breathtaking. We really enjoyed skiing the second day. Two of the three of us had never skied and an instructor was imperative! We had Christopher at Lake Louis and he was excellent. We had to secure the lesson through the Fairmont concierge however- Julie was amazing and we were so grateful for her help! We loved both hotels but the Caribou was under construction and they started banging away on the scaffolding Monday morning.
There were a few times we were frustrated:
The car rental company was not clearly communicated. We had to go searching for any clues as to which company it was and found it on a receipt. We asked for help but I guess because it was the weekend we did not get a response until Monday.
One of the museum sites we wanted to visit and that was suggested was closed the two days we were in Banff (Mon and Tues)
The hotel did not give us ski lift tickets for the second day and this was not clearly outlined. The itinerary stated to pick them up at the “hotel”. Since we changed hotels and the first hotel had our first set of tickets, we assumed the second hotel would have the second set. That was not the case.
We wished some activities were suggested to us prior to the trip. There were a few things we would have liked to do and tried to make reservations for however everything was booked up.
In Banff we didn’t have any direction on the best places to eat (which all required reservations).
We also wish we were told that we needed to make dinner reservations at the Fairmont restaurants ahead of time.
I admit we had very high expectations after our Italy trip; but this was why we used Kimkim again for this trip. We were less impressed this time but still loved the trip and plan to return during the summer at some point.

We loved the big, crackling fire in the lobby! The restaurant was excellent and the room was big and roomy. The heat did not work well at first but it was repaired quickly. the hotel itself was under repair so there was scaffolding built along the side we looked out of. We could not access the balcony or even open the doors because of this and the workers started banging away Monday morning. They should have mentioned there was a floor heater for our use. That helped a lot. The spa/hot tub was awesome. The desk failed to give us both sets of lift tickets. We did not know they had the second set and we had already traveled to our next destination without tickets. It was just a headache we didn’t need.

Our local specialist, Abdellah, from Original Travels quickly responded to our questions and customized our trip according to our requests so that we could plan a great trip. He was professional and made us feel comfortable planning a trip to a country that we had never visited before.

When we arrived in Morocco, we met our English speaking driver, Samir, who took care of us from the moment we met him at the airport until he dropped us off at the airport at the end of our trip. He was trustworthy and dependable. He was willing to accommodate our requests and made us feel welcome during our entire stay. He was knowledgeable and acted not only as our driver, but also as our guide during our trip. He was able to tell us about Morocco’s history and the different regions and sites during the drive. It was a great experience overall.

We did not expect much from this hotel since it was just a place to spend our last night before catching our flight the next morning. It was more or less what we expected. This appeared to just be a hotel for big tourist groups. Friendly staff but the rooms were dirty. The sink and shower drains were partially clogged and drained very slowly. The towels had brown stains and there were mosquitos and ants in the room.

The riad patio/ground level common area was beautiful and the breakfast was fine, however, the cleanliness of the room (Bahia room) left much to be desired. The room smelled musty and dank like old wooden furniture that was not taken care of properly. There were stains on the bedsheet and the hair dryer was very dirty and sticky. The riad has great potential but was not taken care of properly.

The guides were wonderful, the people were great, the food was amazing and the mountains and culture already have me want to go back. In hindsight, I would've stayed another week to ten days and done the rainforest, and rainbow mountain.

Ali helped us plan a great trip, and was responsive to all questions and requests. He was able to make changes when our flight was canceled and we had to readjust our itinerary. Our driver was not always aware of updates, but I do not know why.
We were happy with the driver, who was always on time and was willing to accommodate our requests.
The hotels didn’t always place us in the requested room types (2 rooms with 2 twin beds). In Fes we found we were not in the hotel listed in our itinerary, and we were told they were “fully booked” and that the four of us had to share a suite. Still, it was a very good experience overall.

We cannot thank you enough for the time and effort that you put into making this trip so successful and wonderful! All of our experiences, hotels, excursions and guides were truly exceptional. I loved that we were able to be in communication with one another the entire trip and knowing that we could reach out to you at any time was comforting and so important to us.

Tamer's personal connection and attention to detail went beyond our expectations. Our 14 day trip was seamless from the beginning of the planning to arriving home. Thank you for everything! We are looking forward to planning another extraordinary experiential trip soon!

We had a glorious first time in Chile! This is a huge country, so we narrowed our trip to Santiago and Torres del Paine. And we saw Santiago, Valparaiso, Vin Del Mar, Colghagua Valley, Torres Del Paine National Park (two areas). From our time in Santiago, we learned about Chile’s history and economy. From our time in Torres del Paine and Patagonia, we saw great natural beauty. Everywhere we met lovely people and had a wonderful time. Our tour guides were fantastic - thank you Chris, Orlando, and Claudia. We obviously need to go back - there are 41 national parks and we saw 1. We highly recommend a trip to Chile!

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Its location near Puerto Natales was great and we had a room with a fabulous view. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour and the dinners. The people were very friendly. Lots of international travelers staying here to go and see Torres del Paine and other Patagonia areas. Breakfast was minimal, but that seemed to be due to the fact that everyone was headed out for hikes and tours. We would stay here again!

After our day of hiking to Torres del Paine, this was a nice, quiet activity. We enjoyed the glacier navigation. Our driver took care of us, but other passengers helped us understand (language barrier) that we would have down time after our glacier navigation. Fortunately, we had brought books with us and thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the lodge with a glass of wine and our books, waiting while the others took the second glacier navigation. The journeys to get to activities in Patagonia are long - we learned to relax and enjoy the 2 hours rides to get places.

Claudia was amazing and nicely patient with us! I loved this hike, but it’s a hard one. My husband was not sure that we should have been doing it. Once you get to the top, the experience is fantastic. But, be aware, the hike down is just as strenuous as the hike up. We probably wouldn’t have made it without Claudia, and it was her birthday, no less! Claudia took good care of us, and we thank her for it. It’s an experience I will keep with me for the rest of my life, and be glad for it.

We would have liked this tour to be a little better. We think it was a collision of many negative factors that led to the tour being not as good as it could have been. We changed to a private tour at the last minute. Our tour guide’s English was not quite as good as it should have been - he had the knowledge of the areas, but had difficulty communicating it to us. We would have liked to have seen, for instance, Iglesia de San Francisco. Another thing that was probably going on during our tour were demonstrations in downtown Santiago, causing our tour operators to not want to let us out among the crowds.

Had an eye-opening trip to Jordan taking the Amman - Petra - Wadi Rum - Dead Sea - Amman route. Our guide and driver Khaled was splendid and we learned a lot about Jordan from him throughout the trip. He went out of his way to bring us coffee and sweet shopping.

Jordan itself offers breath-taking sites especially Petra and Wadi Rum.

We recently traveled to Costa Rico with the the help of Kim-Kim. It was ‘nothing short of exceptional’. Sergio, our local contact, had the perfect suggestions based on our objectives. The accommodations were excellent, transports ( all 6 of them) were safe and never one minute late. The tour guides chosen for us were exceptional, knowledgeable and reliable. The logistics team, provided by Charlotte and Nancy, were tremendous. Throughout the entire process, all questions were answered promptly and not one detail was overlooked. In the future, we will use Kim-Kim for all of our travel needs.

WOW. We just got back from our honeymoon of a lifetime! Since my husband and I started dating, I always told him of the cold wonders of Norway - the sparkling snow, sharp mountains, and crystal blue ice water of the fjords - and was so excited when we decided to go for our honeymoon. Knowing I would also be planning a wedding, there was no way I would have planned a successful 2-week trip around the beautiful country and that's why I'm so overjoyed I found KimKim. Being able to have a local specialist with such great knowledge - of both the country and what we were looking for in a vacation - Tricia gave us memories we never would have thought to ask for.
Tricia's kindness and willingness to work with us really made all the difference when planning. She was able to take our initial ideas, such as enjoying ice fishing, food, and beer, and give us things like a Viking dinner at a microbrewery, a walking food tour of Oslo (loved Stig!!), and getting us to see so much more of the country than we had anticipated.
If I could do it all over again, the things I would say you absolutely could not miss would be having an amazing dinner at the Bergen Bors hotel in Bergen, a sleddog ride in Lyngen, and a walking beer tour in Tromso.
We cannot thank Tricia enough for putting together such a wonderful adventure, and Norway for being so awe-inspiring and full of the best people.

The Lyngen North hotel is such a unique and incredible experience. You cannot beat the view out into the fjord, and you absolutely cannot beat the talent of the chef there. Out of our vacation across Norway, the dinners at Lyngen North were hands down some of the best food we've ever had. The atmosphere is very calm and clean and the other staff are more than happy to help at any time.

Dogsledding Evening Tour

Out of two weeks worth of Norwegian adventure, this tour was our favorite! Riding along with the dogs was so easy and it was an absolute joy to see their excitement for running. The trail we went on was perfectly worn in so the dogs did all the work! We were able to have fish soup and coffee by the fire to warm up and really enjoyed the company of the guides.

We loved our tour with Stig! We had a great time walking around and learning about the city's history and culture.

We planned our trip to Argentina one month prior to leaving. With that being said, Matias and the KimKim team were amazing and were able to bring our dreams to light in such a short amount of time. Matias was extremely responsive and prompt, and provided great recommendations for dining and tours. Argentina is such a beautiful country and we are so grateful for Matias ability to help facilitate and cater one of the most memorable trips of our lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Emanuela helped make my dream Greenland trip a reality. She was super responsive throughout the entire trip, ready to rearrange an activity when any unforseen circumstances came up due to weather, and would check in to make sure everything was going well. Everything exceed expectations, and we were grateful to have Emanuela and her expertise to help navigate Greenland's hotels, DMCs, and more. 10/10 recommend.

My highlights:

- Version of an Inuit kaffemik in Oqaatsut
- Seeing the Northern Lights

- Drinking wine while enjoying Ilulissat sunsets from our hotel room, epitome of "room with a view"

The chofer was a kind and friendly man. He was a chofer and NOT a guide as you describe!.
He hardly spoke ENGLISH and came with another man that was doing his training ship, who did NOT spoke a WORD of English. All trips they were speaking in the Berber language and at all times Beber music. We were NEVER notified of this no speaking English and two men.
We NEVER got complete information of the day activities and options for lunch. We were just taken somewhere they decided. We DID called Said and Abdel for HELP. The just called to the "driver" to ask him to give us detail information of the day activities. Which didnt make a difference.

We were taken to the snake road without asking. And the stone road also without asking. Once we arrived the chofer asked if we wanted to walk by the high stones, we responded NO. And still we were stopped and had to walk.

This trip overall was definitely one of the best trips I've ever had. Europe was a whole vibe.
Pros:
Got to visit a lot of locations in a short amount of time. the activities Harris planned were good. I wished he had also included the museum in Florence as well. but the activities in Athens, and Santorini where really enjoyable. I loved it. Harris was also very responsive to my requests during the trip and made changes to the hotel when I wasn't happy. the activities in Greece were the best. I truly feel I got a good dosage of what Santorini and Athens have to offer.

COns: We had a cooking class in Florence, although it was nice it took up our whole day, considering we were only in Florence for 2 days, I would not have recommended this activity. The hotels were in really good locations but the Athens hotel room was incredibly tiny. It was soo tiny there was no bathroom. just a shower, toilet and sink but they were in the room, instead of separate room. I didn't like this at all, but the pro here is Harris was able to get me an upgrade in Santorini to make up for this.

Using Kimkim, made my trip so much easier and stress-free as all transportation and schedule were already planned out so it took off that stress of having to plan things out,
