Carmen is fabulous! She created a truly special experience for my niece and I. She asked about what I enjoy and also what my niece enjoys and built the perfect itinerary for us. Carmen also made sure transportation was scheduled for when we arrived at the airport and scheduled a rental car for us to drive to Costa Brava. She really thought of everything.
Having our own personal tour guide, Mark, for La Sagrada Familia and the Gaudi house was amazing! We learned so much about Gaudi, his work, and the history of the area all without having to compete with a group of other people for the best views or the spot closest to the guide so we could hear. Mark made sure to include my 11 year old niece in the conversation as well, which was really wonderful! It made her much more engaged and was very enjoyable for her. Mark also provided incredible recommendations of restaurants and cafes. Carmen also booked a local cooking class for us! We LOVED it! It was so much fun and the instructors were such a delight. Our trip also included snorkeling and an incredibly special flamenco experience. This is one trip i will never forget.
I highly recommend Carmen and the Kimkim team to everyone!

Some of us participated in the bike tour while others didn't, but those who went seemed to enjoy it.

We had a great honeymoon. Effie and the entire Be A Greek team were there for us the entire time and we were very happy with the service they provided. Our private tour guides, Theodora and Aphrodite were both very personable and informative. The places we stayed were also fantastic, if you can swing it we highly recommend Domes Noruz in Chania, Crete. Overall this was a once in lifetime trip that we hope to take again someday.

Our guides, Dan, Quyen and Johnny, were all fantastic. We loved how much time we were able to spend interacting with local people. From staying at home stays to eating at homes to cooking lessons to learning to make fishing nets, we were exposed to so much local culture. This was a trip of a life time and our 4 teenagers were thoroughly engaged for our 15 days in Vietnam.
Kimkim and our guides did a tremendous job keeping our son with food allergies safe. We could not have done this on our own.

First, I would like to commend the Masai community for accepting and immersing our group into the Masai culture. The Masai warriors and women shared a special piece of Kenya that I will carry in my heart forever. To say this was a riveting cultural experience would be an understatement. With that being said, I would be remised if I didn’t share my concerns with Susan, manager or overseer. As a liaison for the Masai people. I think you could be more effective behind the scenes of the operations of the Masai cultural camp. Through my own observation, your persistent interruptions, comments and corrections were condescending and ill mannered. For someone who has lived among the Masai for 13 years I found some of your comments to be culturally insensitive. Your presence gave the experience a corporation type feeling as opposed to providing historical and cultural value. You were a distraction and made this experience seem like a workforce instead of authentic Masai culture. I encourage you to read about African history and colonization, cultural relativism, cultural influence and ethnocentrism to understand better your own prejudices and better effect change among the Masai community. I hope this criticism is constructive and I would be more than happy to provide additional guidance upon request.

Tamer was a great and very responsive planner with us. He worked with us on redesigning the itinerary a few times to prioritize seeing as much of Ecuador as possible even if it meant some long days of travel (he did warn us!) he helped all the way through planning and then was very communicative while we were on our trip as well, helping to suggest restaurants or other activities if we wanted to add / change up our days. Overall, highly recommend Tamer for helping you plan your Ecuadorian vacation!

Just returned from a custom self-driving tour of Sicily. We had a wonderful time as we circled Sicily. Andrea Gambino arranged the entire trip and his knowledge and experience translanted into a trip that we will never forget. We not only had wonderful accommodations but one of the best rooms in each hotel visited. We loved staying in the heart of the old towns that allowed us to really experience the vib of each town.
We really enjoy self-driving tours as that allows us to allocate out time for what we want to see and skip the rest.
We love to travel and have visited over 90 countries.

Sold as a 4 wheel drive Jeep tour but in reality we were stuck in the back road of a 9 passenger van with extremely limited views. We were lead to believe that we were to visit the "Volcano" only to learn that they only drive halfway up and take the group an a circular hike around the side of mountain.

Absolutely loved working with KimKim Travel and Abdellah on planning my Moroccan Baby Moon. My husband and I are avid world travelers but have never used a travel agency or tour guide preferring always to do it on our own but KimKim and the local specialist Abdellah made it an amazing experience. They planned a 8 day trip for me in 24 hours so that we could leave the next week and they were able to cater to ALL of the stops and excursions I wanted to take. The website and interactive itinerary might be the best I have ever seen with all the pictures of the stops, tours, hotels, and map. For someone that is used to doing all the research on my own, I was so reassuring to have it all in one click at my fingertips. During the tour I was able to easy text and call with any questions or last minute changes and they bent over backwards to accommodate making us feel like we were truly traveling first class. We also had a fabulous informative local tour guide who stayed with us 24 hours and drove us between all the stops, Ayoub. My husband and I can't thank him enough for putting up with us for 8 days straight between extra requests ( lots of stops since I am pregnant) and changes to itineraries last minute. The best part about the trip was having Ayoub with us to explain the local culture and teach us the language and customs. He was more like family by the end of the trip which put us at ease and was able to cater to both my husband and I which can be alot! I can't wait to recommend this trip to anyone considering Morocco and to say, don't plan it on your own, use KimKim, Abdellah and request Ayoub to drive you around.

Nikola was attentive to our traveling needs, when our flight was delayed he worked with the providers to ensure that we were able to reschedule arrival times and excursions. The local guides that were chosen were top notch, Nikola made it a point every evening to check in to ensure all went well. The superior customer service that was provided by all parties is a testament to the character of your organization and I will be delighted to book with you again on our return to your lovely country.

Sarah was really wonderful in her choices of both our activities and hotels. She planned everything—from drivers to schedules. We particularly enjoyed Hotel Cornaro in Split. And our skipper Marko who took us between Split and Hvar was fabulous: he took us to his favorite spots to visit, eat (under a canopy of olive trees), and swim. Then Grgo who took us on a winery tour in Hvar—including his own family’s winery—was a gracious host. We were able to visit several places and get insiders’ views from our drivers and hosts. We learned so much about the history of Croatia and what it’s like to be a Croatian today. I recommend using KimKim and Sarah and Ivan 100%!

Although a little dated, you can’t beat the incredible pool with the view of the Adriatic. The staff is very helpful, considering how many people stay there. The breakfast is amazing with so many choices. The only negative we experienced was in our bathroom where the sink and faucet were badly designed, and you couldn’t rinse your hands without splashing pools of water everywhere, and the bathtub/shower was poorly draining. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the view and the food and service.

We had a great time. The quality of the hotels and transport was great. We liked how the hotels were close to the train stations or boat docking area (I will admit that 1 km from the dock to the hotel in Geiranger did not sound too bad, but it was all up a very steep hill). We did not end up going on the day trip to Runde Island to see the birds. We were tired and the transport looked kind of tricky, so we skipped it and walked around Alesund.

Most of all we liked how Meree listened to us and made the trip for us. The pre-booking of the trains, tours, and hotels made it very easy and took a lot of the stress out of getting around. The pace and variety of travel was great. Both this trip and our past trip to Nepal were very well done. I would recommend you to anyone.

We had an amazing and memorable trip to Spain thanks to Marina! She was so wonderful to work with, very detailed, very thoughtful, and so patient with all of our requests and changes. All of Marina’s recommendations were five stars from restaurants to tours to cities, hotels, as well as well thought out travel arrangements that were most convenient. We first traveled to Madrid where our very kind personal driver took us to our first hotel. The hotel was in a central location next to Plaza royale, the location was super convenient and within walking distance to all central Madrid attractions,. The breakfast was great at the hotel. The hotel rooms were a bit small for a family room, but it worked out OK. Our first tour of Madrid was with Antonio. He was a local. He was so knowledgeable and sweet. I believe we spent about four hours touring the city with him on a walking tour and we had a really great time. He made the tour wonderful We really loved the culture in Madrid and all the sites were definitely a highlight, the next city was Seville. Our hotel was only about a 15 minute walk from the Cathedral of Seville, which was so fascinating. There were many restaurants and shops near the cathedral and it was an area we spent quite a bit of time around. We had a bike tour of the city’s main attractions with Fernando , he was the best we had so much fun. The bike tour was totally relaxing and enjoyable and we got to see all the highlights of the city. Another great tour that marina recommended. We also had a cooking class that we took and learned to make local Spain dishes. We shopped at the local market and had a really great time. Highly recommended . Our hotel was super nice and comfortable in a central location and definitely offer the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in . Marina recommended really fantastic restaurants and made all of our dinner reservations, and in each city we stayed in, our teenage daughters would ask did Marina make that dinner reservation?… as they knew if she made the reservation it was going to be good . The third city we visited was a day trip to Toledo. We ended up taking a taxi instead of the train that marina recommended simply because we were tired and just wanted to get there and the drive was not too far. We did pay extra but decided on the convenience over the price. Toledo was a lot of fun. We really enjoyed our day there and we were so happy that Marina recommended this day trip, another highlight on our trip. Our next city was Granada. On our way to Granada we had a private driver take us to Caminito del Rey, where we did a 5 mile hike through the canyon. This was a beautiful hike. It was a mellow but long hike, guided, something not to miss… the only negative to this was we were hiking in the heat of the day and we did all get super overheated by the end of the hike. I think next time we would want to do it early in the morning to avoid the heat of the day otherwise well worth it so beautiful, highly recommended. We then arrived to Grenada, which was one of our favorite little cities and absolutely our favorite boutique hotel. We only stayed two nights in Grenada and we all had wished we were there for three nights, we stayed in the historic San Pedro district. Our hotel could not have been a better location. It was quiet and a bit off the main path and close to everything . The rooms were big we had plenty of room to spread out, super comfortable. We saw a very memorable flamenco show in a cave in the historical gypsy neighborhood,.., we once again had wonderful local meals. It was really fun to shop there and walk around the town. We had the best view of the Seville castle from our hotel room. I apologize I’m not giving all the formal names as I do not have the itinerary right in front of me. Granada was a favorite stop and honestly difficult to leave. Our last stop was a flight to Barcelona…. while we didn’t wanna get back on a plane it was the best and fastest route to Barcelona from Granada. Barcelona is a huge international hub, really an amazing city with lots to offer, Marina made reservations at all the best restaurants of course, our hotel had a City Terrace rooftop view that we spent quite a bit of time relaxing on enjoying wine, very nice hotel rooms, small but nice and decent breakfasts. It was a central location where we could walk everywhere… we loved visiting La Sagrada Familia and the Picasso museum, there were so many sites to see in Barcelona we didn’t get to them all. We did cancel a day trip which we really wanted to do but our teenage girls were very tired so still on our bucket list to see more of Barcelona as well in the surrounding areas. On our last night we ended vacation with a Sunset sail boat cruise in the Mediterranean with a guitar concert, it was a really nice end to an amazing trip. All thanks to Marina. Our experience with Marina and Kim Kim has been nothing short of perfect and we will certainly be planning future vacations with Kimkim. We highly recommend Marina as well. She was so patient and so responsive, she thought of everything, we loved working with her. The Trip App was the most convenient itinerary we have ever used, so easy too.

Mediterranean Sailing Experience & Live Spanish Guitar Music

This was a nice close to a wonderful and memorable trip. The Mediterranean was quite choppy that day, so it definitely added some spark to the boat ride, but we also cruise through the bay, which was very calm are skipper was so sweet and we had a guitarist who never missed a beat despite some waves out in the Mediterranean the views were amazing and we all had a wonderful time.

This was such a memorable experience. We were in the prime location of history for flamingo shows in a cave in the old gypsy district. The musicians and flamenco dancers were incredible. What a memorable experience we had.

Our driver, Antonio was the best he took us from Seville to the hike and then on to Granada. He was exceptional and when we got off the hike and we were overheated, he was right there with an air-conditioned, comfortable car awaiting us. It was perfect.

Great trip around Scotland visiting Edinburgh and the highlands. Marion was great helping us pick locations and perfect lodging.
We had a few questions regarding the rental car and Marion was quick to address and resolve.
It was all beautiful, but we truly loved the Isle of Skye and Edinbane.

My daughter and I just returned from an exceptional Tur du Mont Blanc hiking trip. We arranged the trip 4 months in advance, and even at that point most companies we contacted told us it was too late for this season and that we should work on going the next year. The local agent Julien who we worked with was confident from the start that he would be able to arrange our trip and he was able to find a route and hotels that worked with our time constraints. I highly recommend Kimkim and Julien and will definitely contact Kimkim again for any future trips.

Elisa was extremely helpful in making all of our bookings and arranging to have our food and bags moved for us while we were on an amazing hut to hut hike. Iceland is truly a magical place to visit. We especially enjoyed the east coast where it was less populated.

Gummi planned the best trip for us to Iceland. We told him we were an adventurous family that wanted to see and do as much as we could in our limited time there. He more than exceeded our expectations. Even with an airline delay that tried to ruin our trip, Gummi was able to rearrange our scheduled trip to the Blue Lagoon so we didn't miss it. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible even though we arrived a day late, working with the hotels and car rental agency to work things out for us. He was awesome.
We experienced the beauty of Iceland through numerous day hikes with the most amazing views; we snorkeled between the tectonic plates which was a major highlight of the trip; we hiked and went snow mobiling on a glacier; kayaked through the icebergs in a glacial lake; enjoyed time in a couple of hot springs and lots of other fun stops along the way. We loved our trip and the pictures we have are just incredible - making all of our friends want to go there for their next trip! This was our first time working with Kimkim to plan a vacation and it won't be the last. Gummi, a native of Iceland, was the perfect person to work with us and we thank him for planning a trip we will always remember!

This is my first time using Kim Kim but it won’t be my last. Original travel and their amazing staff made our trip to Morocco one I will never forget. Ali planned the most amazing trip for us. Saiid provided the best support and service to us. And Ilyace, our incredible driver and guide, treated us like family. He was such a great driver and was incredibly kind and patient with my kids. The itinerary was a dream. We loved exploring the beauty of Morocco and were blown away by its development and it’s luxurious hotels. The tour guides were knowledgeable and amazing. We felt safe the whole time. We will always remember learning to cook Tagine in Marrakesh, watching the sunrise on a hot air balloon, riding camels as the sun went down in the Sahara, seeing my kids try all the delicious food Fez had to offer on a rooftop restaurant, waking up to sand board and then ATV in a sandstorm, and so many many more memories.

The Conrad Rabat is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. We were treated like royalty. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The perfect accommodations for a family of 4 or more. The sushi restaurant overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The infinity pool with stunning views was something we truly loved. Oh and the breakfast and service, wow just wow.

Desert Luxury Camp Erg Chebbi

The staff was wonderful. One of the staff went above and beyond and helped teach us to sand board. Our kids had an incredible time on the camels and dancing/ singing at night. We will never forget our stay in the desert. The accommodations were spacious and the water although a bit cool was absolutely perfect for cooling off in the desert. Only recommendation I would have is to have a family tent as our kids were scared to stay alone in their own tent and slept with us.

The service was amazing. The staff was so kind. The hotel looks like it is straight out of a movie. Truly beautiful and authentic. Our balcony had some of the most incredible views ever of the Atlas Mountains. The only negative was the bed was a bit hard and the dinner buffet was expensive and not too bountiful.

If this had 10 stars available that is what this hotel would get. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life I felt like a total queen. Our villa was so unbelievable I never ever wanted to leave. There are not enough words. Worth every penny. The pool in our villa was a dream. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was on another level. Just absolute perfection.

I didn’t really like this. It was my request but I thought the belly dancing should have been more of a show. I didn’t like that the women had money in their bras. It just didn’t feel very appropriate for families. The food was good and the prices were reasonable.

A Family's Guided tour of Fez

Wow! I loved this tour. We learned so much. Our guide was amazing and made us feel comfortable and safe the whole time. We loved our itinerary and he took us to the best rooftop restaurant on Fez. He initially had other plans for us for lunch but was extremely accommodating in that we wanted to eat outside. He adjusted to our likes and I appreciated that so much.

Half-Day Private Sightseeing Tour in Rabat

Our guide was great. We really loved Rabat and learned a lot about it. It was a really enjoyable morning. The only thing we would not recommend was the restaurant we ate in Rabat. It was touristy and the only restaurant we did not like on our whole trip. Very nice views but service and food at the restaurant were poor.
