My wife and I had an excellent down to earth, home cooking lesson experience with Nesreen Ali, Osama's wife with their family in their home. Sherrin's review of the cooking lesson is below:

"My cooking lesson was an A+ !
It was a pleasure to have dinner with Nesreen and Osama and their beautiful, sweet children. They provided not just a generous and warm example of Jordanian hospitality, but also an enjoyable loving, family experience. I learned how to cook traditional Maglouba with Nesreen who is a force of nature with a stunning smile. She exudes joy, happiness and the essence of motherhood. My cooking lesson was decorated with cardamom brewed coffee, family experiences and Arabic lessons. Eight year old Zain smiled shyly and helped when asked to and one and a half year old mischief maker Cadi (whose name means white flower on the mountain) pushed the kitchen chair around, walked around in my shoes and enjoyed herself dancing while mommy sang and clapped. Dave and I had a priceless experience and I learned to watch Nesreen’s left hand fold and tuck the parsley and mint as she chopped and about a new vegetable Jarjeel, water lettuce! I recommend this cooking lesson experience highly." Sherrin Bernstein

Our 11 day trip to Colombia was memorable and hassle free. Columbia was both surprising and inspiring. The quality of the experiences including the guides were world class. We particularly loved our guide Santi in Medellin and his "innovation tour", he was insightful and intellectually challenging in the best possible way. The internal flights and airports were all remarkably modern. The roads generally were less than ideal! The biodiversity and birding opportunities were fantastic. The food scene in all the major cities is diverse and great value (and we are foodies).

A few times we had personal guides that provided one-on-one insight into the Galapagos and its amazing inhabitants. We saw every animal we wanted to see! The hotels that we stayed in were all good to great with hot showers and comfortable beds (true necessities after a day of exploring!).
Iveth was truly lovely and she made sure that we were taken care of every step of the way. She knows her territory and she loves her country and its people. Our recent trip to Morocco was amazing! From the very first steps in planning, Meghan from Wanderlust was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my many inquiries. She put together a trip that checked every box we requested. And we had local support from Belghit as soon as we landed in Casablanca.
The vast knowledge and good humour of our driver, Brahim made the trip even more enjoyable. It’s impossible to really understand a new culture in 11 days but spending so much time with Brahim, left us much better informed about the history and culture of Morocco than any guidebook could. He was certainly not just a “driver”, but a well informed, personable ambassador for the country. He so kindly put up with all my questions! There just aren’t enough positive adjectives I can use to describe him.
Kamal, our guide in Fes was outstanding! I have never learned so much in one day as I did when we were with him. He wasn’t just imparting facts; everything had a story, a philosophy. He was brilliant and because of him, I will be doing my own reading.
Every place we stayed was absolutely lovely, staff were wonderful and helpful.
Our highlights were Chefchaouen, Fes, Volubilis, the Atlas Mountains and of course, the desert. If time had permitted, I would have stayed one more night in the Merzouga area. Next time!
My thanks to all who made this trip so memorable!

We didn't see a single other tourist for the duration of our trip and hence saw the real Nepal, right up close to the border with Tibet. Staying in tents did require more logistics than tea houses but we did feel much more engaged with the scenery and that blissful feeling of isolation every morning. It also felt more of an expedition and brought us closer to our wonderful Nepalese support team; certainly when we were all huddled together in an abandoned farm shack around the fire as the thunder storm lashed against the roof! Day 3 of the Trek was especially memorable and the website was right to mention the steep drops and hard climb but it was pretty awesome. The mountain biking on Day 4 was amazing but challenging for those without much experience and the uphill section needed a solid level of fitness (worth considering bypassing with the jeep for some) but two thirds of the route is downhill and very exhilarating. Even our guide was pumped after it! And finally the white water rafting was brilliant and a perfect end to a real adventure. Our guide was absolutely faultless from start to finish and if you want an accessible to all adventure, I cannot recommend this trip enough

From start to finish, all the people we encountered in this process were very helpful, kind and informative! We love learning about the cultures we encounter while traveling and all our local guides (Hasan in Fes, Amin in Marrakesh), and especially our amazing driver, Mohamed, really helped us feel immersed in the beauty and history of Morocco. Talking with Mohamed on the long drives on some days was a great way to pass time, while learning about life in Morocco and even making a new friend! Mohamed was really kind in looking out for my husband and I, explaining things we need to know to be safe and comfortable on our trip. We formed a special connection and appreciation for the country, and hope to one day be able to return.

We loved being able to customize our trip. We absolutely LOVED the night in the Sahara in Merzouga, and actually wish we'd spent 2 nights there. It was absolutely magical! We originally planned to skip that, but Brahim really talked it up, and we're glad we listened. The "glamping" tent there was so comfortable! The only issue (ever slight) we encountered was that we'd asked to skip Valubilis, but it somehow ended up on our itinerary, and so we went and did not care for it too much (as we'd expected), but we could have looked at our itinerary more carefully and have changed that ahead of time. Thank you kimkim--Mohamed and Brahim--for setting up such an unforgettable adventure for us!

Wow! A magical trip to Norway! We started our journey in Oslo and ended in Tromsø. We opted to go with KimKim because the logistics we had in mind were more complicated than what we wanted to deal with... Definitely a very good decision on our part. I sent Andre a list of what we had in mind and he came through like a champ. Our desire was not to have to rent a car but travel using buses, trains, ferries and planes. Andre put it all together and made reservations for us a much as possible. A summary and detailed itinerary was provided just prior to the trip.
We stayed in Oslo (our own reservations), Aurland, Voss, Bergen and Tromsø. We visited museums, cruised fiords, took Flam scenic tour, rode cable cars and funicular up mountains for tremendous views, took a great walking tour of Bergen with David (knowledgeable fun guy), hunted Northern lights with Opel (very entertaining and knowledgeable) and an outstanding 5 hour Tromsø boat cruise with professional and fun Captain and mates (shoot, forgot their names) that including a bit of eagle and seal sightings, fishing and a delicious soup prepared while we were google eyeing the beauty of the waterways.
Our hotels were very comfortable and clean. The dinners at our inn in Aurland were so good and the service was outstanding. The hotel breakfasts in Bergen and Tromsø provided a huge variety of excellent foods. And the service at both hotels were good. The hotel in Voss was good but the breakfasts lacked appeal.
Each city, town and village we visited had its own unique characteristics and we found it all very interesting and beautiful.
We did have one boat cruise cancellation but opted for the later trip. Andre was extremely helpful in rearranging our day and reservations. Also we requested a change in hotel upon our return to Oslo as we wanted to be near the airport given an early morning flight back to the states. Andre made the change and all went amazingly well. Thanks KimKim staff (Andre and Ingrid) for your outstanding communications and excellent planning expertise. Although we normally like to make our own travel arrangements I would not hesitate to request KimKim's services again. We've already spread the word on their 'job well done'!

Their on the ground partner - Wanderlust Voyages was brilliant! From our driver Youssef - who was professional, helpful and informative , to all the accommodation given in the places we stayed. They were comfortable, clean with friendly and helpful staff. I traveled with my 60+ aunt who sometimes would have limited mobility and everyone was just truly accommodating to her needs and wants.

A big shoutout to our guide in Fes as well, Moustafa. He was helpful, highly informative and made our time in Fes truly enjoyable.

One thing though, except for Fes, lunch and dinner was not provided. Our driver though recommended places and for some it may be a bit on the pricey side. If you do book a trip, make sure to stay in the Tziri Camp two nights. Try the sand boarding, rent a dune buggy and visit the local towns. Also add an extra night in Chefchouen so that you have time to hike the waterfall. We didn’t have time to do that.
I also highly recommend the Riad Dar Yema in Marrakech. Don’t miss their Hammam and massage!

We are hard pressed to think of any better experience we’ve ever had with any service provider in travel. We are deeply grateful for your help kindness and friendship

Our guides were really superb, and an absolutely essential key to what was for us one of the trips of a lifetime.

Yousef really did make Marrakech accessible, immediate and “real” for us. His knowledge is vast, and he shared a great deal. His handling of our food tour made for one of the most memorable nights of the trip. He is skillful and friendly, (if sometimes a bit distracted or preoccupied).

Then Adile in Fes was truly a highlight of our entire trip. He is a quiet but profound master of information, history, context and at the same time an immediate and intimate part of the neighborhoods he showed to us. Thoughtful, deeply connected and funny. And he shared that intimacy with us with extreme and subtle generosity. We respect him very much.

The accommodations you found were absolutely first rate and the people around them extremely professional and helpful. Our drivers were friendly interesting and engaging.

It was an especially nice touch to have Yassine’s brother Hassan meet us in Fes with a welcome gift and careful advice about how to manage our extraordinary visit there.

If we have one piece of constructive feedback, it would be that you might have the guides spend a little time really trying to discern whether we want to be exposed to various merchant demonstrations. We understand that this is something probably most of your customers do want – and that it is probably also an important part of the economic viability of the business. However there were a couple of occasions on which we were presented with lengthy demonstrations in merchants that we had said we simply weren’t interested in only to sense that our decision not to make a purchase was significantly frustrating or disappointing to the merchant – and the guide. We understand that this is probably a difficult balancing act, and that your customers will sometimes surprise themselves by actually being interested in and making a purchase at one place or another. (As we did in buying a modest fountain in Fes). I think the key is to ensure that at the end of the transaction – whether the sale is made or not, we as the customers do not feel that we may have disappointed our guide or the merchants and perhaps changed the mood of the tour for a bit.

All in all, we could not be more happy with or grateful for your services. And we have already made what we believe will be a successful referral to you directly as soo all in all, we could not be more happy with our grateful for your services. And we have already made what we believe will be a successful referral to you directly Yassine.

Thank you again.
PS, would it be of any help to you to post the positive parts above to TripAdvisor?

Great experience throughout. Our driver very courteous and he drove safely.
Only comment was the bus had no air conditioning in the front which meant front windows were open much of the time and this reduced the efficiency of the air conditioning in the back.
I would be happy to recommend Kim Kim to any other potential travellers.

My wife and I had the most amazing time travelling around Norway, this was very easily the best trip we've ever taken. We got to see some amazing sights, untouched beauty, and explore Norway in a way that its meant to be. Through our entire journey, we took trains, busses and ferries which gave us the opportunity to see some of the most stunning landscapes imaginable.

Fridur did such a good job of putting all this together, she was very responsive and always full of suggestions on what we could do. We started off in Oslo and then travelled to Bergen via Geilo, Flam, and Balestrand - which had to be the most memorable place in our trip. Our hotel room had the most amazing view of the Fjord and snowcapped mountains which made it something I'll never forget. We had a great time with Balestrand Fjord Adventure when we went out sightseeing on the rib boat. I recommend them to anyone looking to see the fjords in a more fun way. When we got to Bergen we had a very nice walking tour of the city centre with David Pavels. He was funny, informative, and had so many interesting stories about life in Bergen and Norway. Sadly he doesn't have a TripAdvisor page or I would have written him a review.

Overall, Kimkim did a fantastic job of putting our Norwegian holiday together and if all their trip experts are as good as Fridur, we'd be more than happy to use their services once again on our next adventure.
