This is my first time using KimKim. I was a little hesitant at first, but once I filled out the questionnaire and got matched with Green World Travel, we were in good hands. Our specialist was Diego and he was fantastic. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions and comments. The itinerary he planned for us flowed very nicely and all the activities were great. Starting off with our driver who picked us up from the airport Felipe. Felipe was great! We had a 3 hour car ride to Arenal, and during this ride he told us all about Costa Rica. It was a great introduction! After that we spent 3 days in La Fortuna. Diego suggested we go waterfall rappelling and zip lining; activities I would have never picked for myself. I am happy we did them. The rappelling was great and the zip lining was a true adrenaline rush. The companies Diego picked for our activities were awesome and their equipment was high quality. After La Fortuna we went to Tortuguero. This was the highlight for my trip. Diego picked out great accommodations (Mwamba). The wildlife in Tortuguero is fantastic and so were our guides from the hotel especially, Mariso. In Tortuguero we were able to see spider monkeys, white face monkeys, howler monkeys, and many other animals as well as see the sea turtle nesting which is a once in a lifetime experience. After Tortuguero we went to Puerto Veijo absolutely stunning beaches. There we went on a tour of Cahuita. This was the only hick-up of our trip because we were unable to snorkel because the ocean was too cloudy and rough. Diego and the tour company did a fantastic job of communicating with us the changes that were needed. Last and best activity we did was going rafting on the Pacure river. I highly recommend this activity had a great time and our guide Andres was fantastic! Throughout this entire experience the Covid per cautions were fantastic. Everybody was wearing mask and there were hand washing stations at every restaurant and every where in the hotels. I felt very safe. Diego was also very helpful in helping us organize our Covid test to come back into the USA. Overall, I would high recommend booking a trip to Costa Rica with Diego!

Everything provided by Kimkim Travel (through Peruvian Soul in Peru) was perfect. I had some nervousness about using an agency since I usually travel independently, but with my wife and my advancing age, and her mobility challenges, I decided it was the best option for a trip to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. I was impressed with the attention we got, and the adaptation to our needs. First, communication, online and with whatsapp: Jesus must sleep at his keyboard, since every time I had a question, concern, or panic, he responded, usually within minutes, although occasionally when at night, it was the first thing in the morning. Likewise, Carlos, who handled airport pickups/dropoffs, and Julio, our personal guide for 4 days from Cusco to Machu Picchu and back, were equally responsive and helpful. Beyond communication, Julio was a font of knowledge, adapted the tour to our needs, attentive, and facilitated numerous accommodations for my wife that made our Machu Picchu experience possible. In Lima, we also enjoyed the services of Abraham for a few hours, and were pleased with his manner and helpfulness as well. The trip provided by Kimkim/Peruviansoul was well designed as a private conducted tour, very fairly priced, and conducted without a hitch. All the personnel were reliable and excellent. The hotels were great.

We are back in the US and already missing Greece. We don't have enough ways to express our thanks to Maria, Harris and the staff at Travel 12 for the help in organizing our trip. This was a surprise birthday trip for my wife and she absolutely loved it! She puts it in the top 3 of our trips and we have visited more than 30 countries. Everything went perfect. Our tours and guides were amazing. All of our guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we could tell that they genuinely loved their jobs. The Sweet Home Hotel in Athens and our hotels in Nafplio and Monemvasia were excellent. However, what really made the trip exceptional was the hospitality and friendliness of all the Greek people we came across, starting with Maria and Harris. We always felt at home, welcomed and safe. We will definitely come back to Greece to visit more of this beautiful and welcoming country.

If you're ever thinking of taking a trip to Morocco, I would highly recommend using Abdellah and his company. The trip was very well organized and customized to our every need. Our guide, Karim, was absolutely fantastic and I know we will keep in touch. He was super friendly, very accommodating (especially flexible when our luggage did not make it on time, rescheduling and moving things around), and great company!!! We had booked this trip at the last minute and everything was organized according to plan. Both sights and accommodations were awesome, and we even learned a little bit of Arabic and Berber. We have great memories and lots of beautiful pictures from this wonderful country!

Harris was wonderful to work with and designed a trip that exceeded our expectations. Our activities were fun with great friendly guides, our accommodations were wonderful, and the transportation arrangements were perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Harris!

Working with Harris was an absolute delight. I have to admit I was a little nervous using Kimkim, you hear about all of these internet scams, but I forged ahead and used the service. You can imagine my relief when we arrived in Athens and there was a driver holding a sign with my name. Then I knew we hadn’t been taken! The service we received was great, it made traveling on own a breeze. Every where we we went there was a driver waiting to take us. I will use kimkim for all of my future travels. I am delighted that I found you and I will spread the word!

A friend and I had decided to plan a trip to Ireland . I had used kim kim for a trip I planned with my son to Australia. We worked with Dean this time around . He was great . We ended up having to reschedule our trip 2x because of Covid and he kept us well informed . We finally made it to Ireland , ever detail was planned . We had a bus tour guide Bud who was fantastic . David our private driver for 2 days was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond . I can’t find one negative moment of this trip. Thanks again Dean and kim kim for the most wonderful girls trip ever .

Sarah and KimKim were great. Very organized, knowledgeable and highly respnsive. Sarah in partiuclar was a pleasure to deal with as I had a couple of last minute change requests. She was very accomodating and just a pleasure to deal with.

We recently used Antonia to plan a trip to Croatia and Slovenia and she planned a wonderful 27-day vacation for us.

We had looked into planning a trip ourselves and the logistics were a bit overwhelming, including the complications driven by COVID 19. We were put in touch with Antonia through KimKim; in hindsight, what a blessing that was!

Antonia made some suggestions (such as a hot air balloon flight) that we incorporated with our specific interests. After some messaging that got us close, we had a phone call with her to iron out details. Our final plan met all of our objectives. Admittedly, sending a fairly large sum to someone we’ve never met had us a bit concerned, but there was no problem. We're confident that if something would have arisen Antonia would have done her very best to make things right.

We met Antonia when we arrived in Zagreb where she provided more details along with a welcome package. Using the Trip Plans app and WhatsApp, we had daily communication with Antonia. We could count on contact every night around 7pm, in addition to followup on any questions we had during the day. When she said she's available 24/7, she means it!

Our accommodations were centrally located and in interesting, boutique hotels. All of our guides were excellent, and experiences such as wine/food tastings and hikes all offered something extra we would have likely not come up with on our own. No detail was overlooked.

Antonia’s followup continued until we were safely home. Her local knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are why I would wholeheartedly recommend her services for anyone considering a visit to Croatia or surrounding areas.

Adriana planned a GREAT honeymoon for us. She took our input and even gave us some recommendations of sights to see around Costa Rica. We will be recommending Kim Kim to our friends and family.

What an amazing trip and an awesome service kimkim provides! Everything went so smoothly for our 8-night trip to Athens, Naxos, and Santorini. The hotels were all top-notch (Zillers, Cyano Suites, and Petit Palace Suites), our activities were fun and informative with great guides, and all of the logistics were handled so we never had to stress. Tasos was there every step of the way to provide feedback and insight based on our desires, especially as we navigated the covid landscape, and his team was there to help make adjustments along the way (such as helping us rent a car last minute in Naxos). Some of our favorite activities were the cooking classes, as we got to spend time making delicious food with charming hosts. The catamaran cruise also was not to be missed.

I am normally a person who does a ton of planning before I travel, but I felt totally confident putting our trip in the hands of kimkim, and they did not disappoint!

I don't think I can find all the right words to describe hoy Amazing everything was!!!! Not only that Croatia is such a beautiful place, a definite hidden gem, but what made our trip even better was Antonia's OUTSTANDING service. She was available 24/7 since the beginning. Always kind, patient and reliable. He helped us create our personalized and private adventure, always listening to what we wanted to change and giving a great and knowledgeable advise.
We were always met by very nice drivers who made us feel like at home, and most important, very safe! Transfers and local transportation were impeccable. Always on time!
Our hotels were incredible! Location, Location, Location! Best hotels in the heart of the action! Spacious rooms, nice beds and bathrooms, healthy breakfast, and the most amazing views either from a window or a balcony!
Our local tour guides were more than that. They felt like family since we met them! Warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what we wanted to hear and learn and went far and beyond expectations.
Upon arrival, we had the opportunity to meet Antonia. She was waiting for us at the hotel and was waiting for us with a nice bag of thoughtful "goodies". ( ponchos for the rain, masks, hand sanitizer and yummy chocolates for my son and for my husband and myself!) She went through the itinerary to make sure everything was clear and even gave us a nice printed copy of it. Very professional!
Kristina was our guide in Zagreb. We had only one day to explore and learn about the city. She was very good and gave us a nice walking tour, pointing out the main buildings and giving the best advise on where to eat and what to do.
On our way to Plitvice we stopped at the Homeland War Museum and learned a lot about the history of the country. Very interesting and impressive.
Plitvice was breathtaking! Marijana, our tour guide was wonderful! We spent the whole day with her and felt like part of our family. Great conversation, lots of history and very good with our son! Definitely a must if needing a guide in the park!
On our way to Split we followed Antonia's recommendation of going to Sibenik and the Falconry Center, both very special places.
Our next stop was Split and it was amazing! Our tour guide Ivana was an "explosion" of knowledge and culture. What a wonderful person to be with!
The hotel Murum in the middle of the Palace was quite an experience, sure to be remembered!
The surprises kept getting better and better! Next stop.... Hvar. Another absolutely gorgeous destination. Hotel Adriana's view from our room was to die for!
Our guide Grgo was incredible! He became very close to us during our time together that we even got to meet his dad and his wife and son. We had the opportunity to see and feel the "real" Hvar life by going to his own winery and olive oil factory. We shared a very yummy dinner and he was great with our son. (Thank you for your kindness)
The private speed boat tour in Hvar was the highlight of the trip for our son. Nicola, our captain let our son "drive" the boat and his face was priceless! The cave were amazing and the whole tour was just perfect. To end a great day, we had a very tasty late lunch at Palmizana restaurant.
Continuing with our trip, we took the Ferry to Korcula where we visited a honey production company and enjoyed a traditional pasta dinner followed by an impressive Moresca dance.
Our last stop was Dubrovnik .... what a place!!!!!!
Our guide Ivana gave us a very interesting lesson on history, culture and archeology. It would have not been the same without her knowledge and charisma.
Last but not least, we were able to fit a spectacular photo shoot with Dubo (Dubravko Lenert
He spent more than 1 hour with us and the pictures are the perfect "cherry on top of the cake) for this once in a lifetime trip!
Thank you Antonia for al your help, for your dedication and professionalism. No doubt that this has been one of the most enjoyable and wonderful trips we have done. You have set the bar really high for your colleagues in the industry!

Isabelle did an amazing job at putting a memorable trip together for us. Everything went so smooth. The hotels were excellent everywhere. Can't say enough about the wonderful private tours, all the guides were 1st class.
Isabelle took all our requests, wishes and even apprehensions into account when helping us plan the trip. Everything was well timed, we never felt rushed and had plenty of time to really experience the places we visited.

Michele planned such a perfect trip around Iceland! He really helped us find the "off the beaten path" gems. He selected great activities and hotels and really listened to what we were looking for! We even have the good fortune of an incredible northern lights display. We especially enjoyed the time we spent in eastern and northern parts of Iceland; away from some of the "crowds" of the golden circle and Reykjavik. Iceland was our favorite trip we have taken! We highly recommend Michele!

Preeti was my Iceland specialist who planned and organized our trip for two over many months. Preeti was exceptional. Unfortunately, she can’t control the weather. If anyone could though, it would be Preeti. We were away for 19 days returning Oct 6/21 and toured the country counter-clockwise with an emphasis on great hiking opportunities. It was a very busy itinerary. All of our many bookings- car, hotels, ferry, glacier hike, etc., went through without any glitches and all met with the expectations that Preeti described for us. Whatever didn’t turn out as planned was due solely to the weather but we were able to make the best of the bad days regardless. There were too many highlights to single out only a few from the many activities and sights Preeti selected for us. I won’t be talking about this trip without praising Preeti and the ease of dealing with kimkim. Many thanks to both.

Karin planned our trip across Northern Spain that we had wanted to do for many years. Although we had some specific places that we wanted to see, Karin was able to recommend several places that we would never have found, and that absolutely delighted us. She hired guides that were knowledgable, friendly and flexible, and twice when an emergency came up for them, another was substituted at the last minute, which was also great! We could never have done that. I recommend Karin, and Espiritu travel with Kimkim

Excellent itinerary for Iceland! Emanuela was excellent before and during our trip. All recommendations were spot-on and met all of our needs. Even when we had questions during our stay in Iceland, we were able to get quick responses back from our guide. We especially enjoyed the Glacier Lagoon boat trip, the volcano hike, and hunting for northern lights (which we saw twice!). I would absolutely recommend doing the self-driving tour of Iceland as I believe this is the most flexible way to see the country.

Our trip to Iceland was amazing! Definitely in the top 3 trips we’ve taken. Working with emanuela was wonderful - she took all of our inputs and modified the itinerary to meet our needs perfectly. All 3 of the tours we did were incredible - glacier lagoon in a zodiac, Hiking an ice cave on Katla, and northern lights. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotels were also tremendous - they were definitely a great way to wrap up every day. We will definitely fo back!

Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were planning our trip to Greece. Greece has endless destinations! Maria helped me to pick 3 islands base on my preferences. The hotels that she picked for me were all perfect. All transfers were organized in a perfect way.
Unfortunately Maria left the company one week before my trip. But I wasn't left behind by the company. Harris greeted me instead of her. We had a small confusion with the transferrer to my first hotel, but I felt confident that I won't get lost. The problem was quickly resolved. Harris was available any time when I tried to contact him. The drivers appeared before me every time. I never had an opportunity to worry that I might be late or miss something. In general I am very pleased with KimKim and will recommend them to all my friends, and of course will use their services again.

Putting together a trip to Europe is stressful, when you're planning on proposing there... it's even harder. Andrijana stepped in to help and we had the entire trip wrapped up in a few weeks. Any worries or concerns I had before we boarded the flight should have been left at home: this was an amazing experience and everything went off without a hitch.
We had 4 planned stops on our trip: Cinque Terre, Chianti, Venice and Como. Andrijana suggested I abandon my initial idea of renting a car in favor for the trains and she was correct to do so. The trains were incredibly comfortable and easy to use, even with 4 suitcases. We had private transfers to and from our destinations, all arranged ahead of time, which made the transfer days some of the most relaxing I have ever experienced. A great opportunity to recharge between destinations.
Our stop in Cinque Terre was at La Sosta di Ottone III. Getting to this place was difficult, it's located outside of Levanto so you need to call a cab or get a car to get to the cities themselves, but they are only a short 10-15 minute drive away. The hotel itself is very rustic and quite, perfect for anyone looking to just escape from the world of technology and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Vernazza was by far my favorite place in the area. La Pirata Cafe, all the way in the back of the little town, had by far the best food I had in Italy, no Michelin star needed. That pesto changed my life.
Chianti was amazing as we are huge wine lovers. We finished at least a bottle or two per night while we were here during all our winery tours. Andrijana set up the most amazing visit to some micro-breweries where we got to meet and have dinner with the owner of Campocorto, Marco. His family welcomed us to dinner and we had a fantastic evening filled with great wine, food, and conversation.
Venice was my favorite stop. Andrijana set us up with an amazing hotel right on the canal, we had a great tour through the city and got to enjoy a lot of resturants. Walk around the city after midnight, wear some loud shoes, and you can really appreciate the beauty of the city and the amazing designs behind every street.
Our stop in Como was also amazingg, our hotel was right on the water with amazing balcony views of the lake. The food in the area was amazing but we particularly enjoyed a small walk in sandwich shop called Passion Como, in the city of Como itself. We went back twice that same day.
This was a fantastic itinerary and I am very happy with everything that we managed to put together. We made memories that we will cherish forever and I cannot wait to work with Andrijana again for our future trips.
