It was a very long process because of Covid and having to cancel last year, but it all turned out well and we were very pleased with the car, hotels, travel, and experience planning it all out with our Kimkim rep. I would definitely do it again. Thanks!

Cami put together a great vacation for us to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The format of the offering was different than what I had previously gotten from KimKim, namely she put together an itinerary but did not book the trips (I don’t know if this is the new format KimKim is adopting.) While I would have preferred a more full service offering, Cami put together an excellent itinerary and give us detailed information on how to book activities and other reservations easily on our own. She hit all the highlights at both sites, including some fun side excursions. The night sky tour at Lowell Observatory was a highlight! I also appreciated that she followed up with us even after the itinerary was built, to let us know about new tour and activity openings as Arizona opened up from the pandemic. Thanks Cami for putting together a great itinerary and helping us plan a family vacation that we all loved!

Anna-Maria helped us plan a week-long trip to Croatia where we visited Dubrovnik, Split, and Hvar. The itinerary she put together for us was well adapted to our group and preferences and planning along side her was easy. She was always responsive and provided us with as much information as we needed both before and during our trip. Anna-Maria made it easy for us to travel from one city to another by booking our ferry/rides and providing specific details so that it was super simple for us to get from one place to another. She helped us sort out minor road-blocks along the way so that we always felt as though there was someone there supporting us while we traveled. As far as the bookings: all of our accommodations were excellent and we were well taken care of at the various destinations we visited. Our excursions included a guided bike tour, speedboat tour, a trip to Krka National Park, and oyster tasting. Each one was excellent, but we really enjoyed the guided bike tour in Hvar which gave us a glimpse of a different side of Croatia. Overall, the entire trip went seamlessly thanks to Anna-Maria's planning and attention to detail. Within just a few days, we saw, did, and ate so much more than we probably would have on our own!

This was the second trip I took using KimKim and both times it's been great. Daniel planned everything I ask for and he did a great job given pandemic limitations. He added in nothing extra I didn't request and was able to make everything else work for us. Daniel was able to keep the trip in our budget, was extremely communicative the whole time during our trip, and continued to give us tips and advice throughout our time.

The only negative part of the trip was a transportation mishap getting from one place to another. We ended up in a small car having to drive overnight hours in the opposite direction only to return the same way we came and go hours more. Even though this was frustrating for us, Daniel tried everything he could to find a different form of transportation but the pandemic restrictions and lack of tourism at the time were really to blame. Daniel went above and beyond to help during that time.

Our guides were all great. My sister and I basically had a private trip from place to place and had a local guide who knew the area in each national park we went to. This was a trip packed with outdoor adventure just like we requested. Thank you very much!

Our trip to Greece couldn't have gone better. Beginning with the itinerary creation process, Christos was responsive, and flexible in adjusting the itinerary to meet our needs. We ultimately settled on an itinerary that was the ideal balance between beach time spent on spectacular beaches for the kids in Crete and awesome tours of the Acropolis and a Minoan Palace for the adults.

The execution by the operations team was fantastic as well. From well organized pick ups and drop offs, to the responsive support we received around rental cars, they made for a smooth experience that we all look for when we're out on vacation.

All of this made for a wonderful experience, and left us talking about future trips to Greece. Thanks for the experience, Christos and team!!!

Nice family room, with a separate area for the kids, and some sitting space. There is a small roof terrace with a view of the Acropolis. My only downside is that it is a bit too far from the main areas, and we would have to walk quite a bit to get to the center of town.

Quaint hotel in a cute village, but probably not our cup of tea. Pros: * The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a feast! Cons: * It was a bit out of the way, since we were only in the area for 2 nights, probably would have prefered to stay in Heraklion. * The beds were very old, and not the most comfortable. * To have a hot water shower, you have to turn on the water heater a 30 mintues before the shower. While not a huge deal, not very helpful with kids.

Palace of Knossos Private Tour

Guide was really entertaining for the kids, and try many different ways to draw the kids into this tour. Initially I thought it would be too much for my young kids (6 & 8 years old), but in the end, they really enjoyed this, and understood a bit more about Greek stories and legends.

We just returned from an 18-day trip. What an amazing experience!!! We want to say it was a Trip-of-a-Lifetime, but we loved it so much, we plan to return. This trip was two years in the making due to Covid restrictions. Thank you, Taf, for coordinating this entire trip for us. It was perfectly planned! And we appreciate your prompt replies to all our concerns prior to going. Once we arrived to Uganda, we realized our fears were due to social media/political issues of our own country. To anyone on the fence of visiting Uganda - Just go! You won't regret it.

Upon arrival to Uganda, we were greeted by Agnes and Nasser. These two took care of our every want and needs. Besides the game drives, we asked for cultural experiences. Each day was exciting and we always looked forward to the next day.

I could go on and on about our time in Uganda. Loved every minute of our time there and we were sad to leave. Again, thank you, Taf, for organizing this trip. Thank you, Agnes, for accommodating us on the trip. And thank you, Nasser, for guiding and driving us around the entire time.

This was our second time using Kimkim to help with our trip and as before everything was great. Maria, who provided the walking tour, was charming , informative and fun to spend the time with. The Wachau wine tour with Iolo was perfect. Wonderful wines, a special spot for lunch , all in all an enjoyable day. Both restaurant recommended were excellent. Zala responded immediately when we reached out with questions. We wished we were able to stay longer, but we will be back!

The best part of our 14 day vacation was the choice of hotels. Our first two nights at Posta Di Veccia were a perfect way to start the trip. We relaxed the first day at the hotel right on the sea, and then spent the next day touring Rome with a great guide. The second hotel was Il Pelicano, which we also loved. At both hotels we had really nice rooms with amazing views and felt really welcomed and well taken care of by the staff. The food and location was amazing at Il Pelicano on a beautiful little island that we toured in our convertible. We went to Elba Island next and we were schedule to stay at Villa Ottone for 4 nights, but we stayed there only one night and moved to our next hotel 3 days early. Unfortunately Villa Ottone was listed as a 5 star hotel, but it was mire like 2 star. We really did not like it there even though they did try there best to make us happy. Luckily kim kim was able to change our itinerary and it worked out beautifully staying at Castello di Velona for 6 nights! We loved this hotel so much and felt like a prince and princess living in a castle! Each day we would drive up to a half out to different hilltop towns to walk around and have lunch and then we’d come back to the hotel to lounge in the thermal water in the afternoon. My favorite hilltop town was Montalcino, and it was only 15 minutes away. The last 3 nights were in Florence, at Villa Cora. This was a stunningly beautiful hotel and they gave us a beautiful room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the city and the sunset. We loved exploring Florence and then relaxing at the pool in the afternoons because it was so hot. Our last night we went to the Four Seasons for their tasting menu and it was such a beautiful night with a really cool dj playing during our dinner. We loved this trip so much. It was the most romantic honeymoon I could have imagined! Thank you Tasos and team!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about booking with Ireland Walk, Hike, Bike. A few details about the trip...It was my mom (60+ yrs), myself (38), and my 9 mo old daughter. We were there for 10 days and walked portions of "The Kerry Way" most of the days. I carried my daughter in a hiking backpack while my mom carried the food / snacks. Coordinating a trip with a nine month old in another country can be intimidating to state it lightly. We had cabs picking us up and dropping us to at the start/end of hikes which meant a carseat needed to be transferred. We needed a travel cot for her to sleep in and we needed flexibility in our days just in case she wasn't up for the hike that day and we needed to be done early. Thus, the reason for booking through Ireland Walk, Hike, Bike. I couldn't have been happier that we did this!

From the beginning, they had superb communication and custom built a route that allowed us to maximize what we were seeing each day, but still have some flexibility if needed. It was really nice to give them a budget and have them plan accordingly for hotels, transportation, etc. All of the lodging accommodations were phenomenal with breakfast included. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and well stocked, and my daughter's travel cot was ready to go at each location. The transportation to and from hikes was timely and each of our drivers were incredibly knowledgeable and we learned so much from them! No one ever made us feel like a "burden" with a carseat and so many bags full of baby stuff like diapers and formula. Everyone helped where they could and we never had any hiccups.

They reached out to us throughout the trip to ensure that all was going well and to check to see if we had any questions. We had one day that we needed to shorten and they accommodated that as well! Traveling with a little one and knowing that we were just a phone call away from assistance really provided me with a peace of mind that we would be taken care of throughout the trip! Loved our holiday and would highly recommend this company!

Hilde was great and took into account my profile to organise the road trip.
She was responding whenever needed and I enjoyed my road trip.
I will use Kimkim service next time I will travel. This is really a good quality service and this is a good service for time consuming when you have to organise it yourself (experience from last year when I did one from Stavanger via Flam, Geiranger Alesund.... and back to stavanger)

Sarah was beyond superlative and arranged for an absolutely fabulous 10 days for me, my wife and our daughter. She was always available to be sure everything ran smoothly. Here recommended accomondations in Split, Korcula and Dubrovnik were wonderful and transport between locations was easy and efficient. We also had great guides, Tanya in Dubrovnik and Jelenna in Split and Rachel in Korcula. Likewise drivers Evo to Krka and Balfour to Mostar was warm, experience and very nice to be with.

Those hotels we all great locations and highly comfortable including Hotel Cornaro, Hotel Korsal, Villa King and even the last night’s accommodation close to the airport was very enjoyable, Hotel Stacija.

I highly recommend visiting all these places. Each had its own special attraction.

Again, Rachel was terrific help and made our trip superb.

We are so grateful that Antonia managed to organise an amazing trip in only four days, allowing my husband and I to meet in Croatia having been separated due to Covid-19 on different continents.

Antonia took great care of us with meticulous attention to detail such that everything was very well organised and ran smoothly. This included a daily itinerary update sent on WhatsApp and being continually available for any questions we might have.

The accommodation was universally lovely, and we appreciated the variety we experienced. We had five tours within the trips, and it was a real delight to talk to the guides and learn about the local culture and history. Every experience arranged was enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the natural history of Plitvic (thank you Petra) and Mljet Island, the culinary experiences (with Grgo and at the Kameni Dvori Estate) and of course the winery visits with John. My husband particularly enjoyed the opportunity to experience the stunning countryside on the self-drive part of our tour and on the bike tours (despite me slowing them down!).

A fabulous visit to a really beautiful country. Thank you so much Antonia for making this possible, we will definitely return.

Well, I am honestly speechless . This was a trip that was two years waiting and it finally happened . Anne , our coordinator through Peruvian Soul was with myself through the whole thing . She was patient with the rebooking due to Covid and so kind with everything . She knocked it out of the park as far as I am concerned , she listened to what I wanted to see and experience as well as my 14 year old twins in tow . From the moment of arrival everything was planned to drivers … food ( food to table , delicious), adventures , the scenery , the stories behind the adventures and just the memorable experiences I was getting to have with my two kids . You can’t make it up as memories I made are for a lifetime and so blessed .
Not to mention our amazing , cultured Cusco born , funny , smart and had an infectious smile Julio guide who was with us for 6 days as we ventured i to thé scared valley . He made everything better even if my kids were being «  typical teenagers »:). He is a complete asset to Peruvian Soul as well and should be acknowledged for that. He told us stories that aren’t in books , it was a beautiful history lesson of Peru , it’s people and culture . I am still chuckling over some of the stories and probably always will . He took us up to where I wanted to go so bad and that was the Andean ceremony I wanted to be apart of as well as my kids . It was life affirming and beautiful in so many ways to be able to experience what I did that day .
I could go on and on but Peruvian Soul is top notch and gets it completely ! I would fully and already have recommended the company .

We spent the first two weeks of August in Costa Rica. We organised the trip through the KimKim platform which connected us with Olman at the local Amazilia agency. Within a few hours of submitting our request, Olman provided a full program for our trip, across 14 days, 5 regions and 10+ activities. He also helped us with changing some of the hotels and experiences, based on the research we had done online. The KimKim platform was super easy to use, both in terms of the detailed information of the trip, and a chat interface to communicate with the agency. Most of the activities booked were with high-end suppliers (there is a ton of choice for activities in Costa Rica, so it pays to have a local expert), with only one being sub-par (the trip to Irazu)

During the trip, Olman was there to help us at every inquiry, and was genuinely easy to work with and responsive within a couple of hours. There was a couple of miscommunication issues with the local activity suppliers, and they were resolved to our satisfaction both times.

One major area of improvement I suggest is for Olman / Amazilia to provide transparency regarding the activity supplier. In all cases, the supplier was listed as Amazilia, when in practice the activity was subcontracted to a local supplier. That meant we weren't able to research the activity supplier online (and choose a different one, as we did with hotels in some cases). It also meant that we couldn't identify the supplier in case there was a mixup, as there was such a case in the kayak tour in Tamarindo.

Overall, I would highly recommend the KimKim platform and Olman at the local Amazilia agency. We were able to organise a trip on very short notice (practically 2 weeks before), with local expert knowledge. Some transparency on the local activity suppliers used would have made it a 10/10.

Randall created an amazing trip for us! COVID delayed our honeymoon last year, so this year was a make up honeymoon. I had a million questions and Randall was so kind, patient, and super quick at responses! We had a beautiful trip, the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. We could not be more thankful to Randall and will definitely use Coast to Coast adventures again!

My daughter and I went on a trip to Costa Rica at the end of July. KimKim connected us with Randall, a local agent who works with Coast to Coast Adventures.
Randall was great from the time we first connected all the way to a couple of days after being back in the US when he checked up on us to see how everything went.
Randall was very good at communicationg and staying in touch throughout the whole proccess.
He made recommendations and made any changes I requested.
He is very propmpt to respond and he is very knowledgeable about what to do and where to go in CR.
He made our 8 day trip and unforgatable one and for bing our first time there, it could nt have been better!!!
Once we were in CR he put me in touch with Christopher, he was our point of contact while in CR. He, as Randall, is very respomsive and he made sure our trip went as planned. I requested a couple changes with time and transportation kind of last minute and he made things happen!
Our driver from Coast to Coast, Carlos Torres, who I would also like to mentioned in this review, was no different. He was very informative to let us know where to go on our down time when we arrived to La Fortuna, and gave me some tips on what to do on some of the places we were to visit.
He was also our driver on our way back to San Jose. He made our trip back and our visit to La Paz Waterfall and Gardens a very nice trip.
Overall, if you are visiting CR and you are doubtful about using KimKim, I wiuld say go for it and hopefully you get connected with Randall.

A huge thank you to Patricia and her team. We were a family of 4, trying to put together a trip to multiple locations in Spain, in the middle of the pandemic. Without Patricia this would not have been possible. She made it all super easy, set us up in amazing hotels, arranged personal bespoke experiences and brought her considerable knowledge of the area to bear. In addition she stayed in constant communication throughout the trip, checking in and fine tuning the agenda along the way. We could not be happier with the service we received and wish her and the team all the very best for the future. Would not hesitate to use her again.

The trip was planned really well. Karin actually took into considerations my preferences and requests and planned it out well in a very short period of time. Karin and Marina were available even during the trip in case I had questions and were very prompt in their responses. They really were experts in the city and provided recommendations on what to do during my trip in a short period of tome with a blend of power packed days and free days for leisure so that it felt like a holiday. The locals who were responsible for walking tours Pedro, Jose actually customized the tour based on my preferences which is different from the typical tours and also the Nelson and Marta customized the day tours very well. They were experienced, know what they are doing, checked with me what I prefer or would want to make of the day and made the tours fun. This is a rare ask as usually the tours are standardized and there is no flexibility. Karin planned every details with recommendations in each city and was a splendid experience. This was my first experience with Kimkim and I would definitely recommend it. Obrigada<3
