Thanks to Terry and the entire KimKim team, our family had a fabulous time in Iceland. We knew we trusted Terry from the first time we spoke to her on the phone. She listened to us and understood what we were looking for in our vacation. Her attention to details allowed for a smooth, trouble free week in Iceland. The responsiveness of Terry and KimKim representatives exceeded our expectation. Needless to say, we will use KimKim again for our future vacations. We will recommend Terry to all of friends.

Great itinerary. Kept us busy from early morning till sunset (9pm in Iceland when we were there)
Links to driving directions very helpful. Responses to issues when we were there were very helpful.
Lodging recommendations were quite good. But mostly the recommended places to visit were excellent

She did a fantastic job putting together our Family Trip coordinating travelers from two continents and multiple time zones. Our hotel accommodations were thoughtfully chosen and in the city of Reykjavik was particularly exceptional (Hotel Odinsve). It afforded us a "home base" with easy walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, museums and shops.

Our trip excursions- snowmobiling on a glacier with Mountaineers of Iceland; Boat trip in an iceberg lagoon adjacent to a glacier with Fjallsarlon Iceberg Boat Tours; riding Icelandik horses on the beach in Vik with Vik Horse Adventures; and the Ice Cave Tour with Katlatrack were all spectacular. The arrangements Emanuela made were excellent and we had a great time learning about Iceland history and geography with all of our guides at these venues. Each and every guide we had was extremely dedicated to sharing their knowledge of their country with us, and our safety was of utmost concern.

We highly recommend Emanuela and Kim Kim and have already passed our agenda on to friends and family for future trips.

Every one of our guides were punctual, personable, full of interesting information and professional. Antonia was unbelievably efficient and helpful. She made everything happen perfectly and picked wonderful activities.

The Egypt Promotion team really went above and beyond to make our experience one of the best.

We started planning with Ibraim and Amr, who were open to our requests and gave great suggestions. We took a long time to plan and book and Amr was always patient.

Once we got to Cairo, we got held up at the airport for more than 5 hours due to a COVID procedure... Ibraim and his team were checking up on us, and were there the second we were able to leave the airport (at 2:00 am) to take us to the hotel.

After that, everything went smoothly, thanks to the Egypt Promotion team.

We had greats guides everyday! Tito in Cairo, Mostafa in Awsan and Luxor, and Michele in Jordan. They were all fun, nice, interesting, knowledgable and took great photos!! :)
Our drivers, Karim in Cairo, and Odai in Jordan were also really kind and attentive.

The team worked very well to help us with everything we needed, includind two PCR tests that didn't interfere at all with our itinerary.

Zain was always checking up on us, and was a huge help. We're very thankful.

We are very happy to have booked our trip with them, and would recommend it 100%.

From the time of my first contact with Oriana to the end everything was perfect and our trip was a memorable one. Oriana was very patient and meticulous in helping us plan a perfect trip for us. Esam was absolutely wonderful, he was friendly, full of excellent suggestions and very flexible . Esam went above and beyond at every juncture and we as a family appreciated all that he did for us in making our Jordan holiday a memorable one. I would highly recommend Esam.
All the tour guides were wonderful too and very knowledgeable… Ebrahim at Jarash, Ashraf at Petra were really good., so was the tour guide in Wadi Rum jeep safari. Amman city tour, Jarash, Salt, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba were all part of our tour of Jordan, each place was unique and special in its own way. Esam made it easy as well through his suggestions and recommendations. It’s hard for us to choose the most memorable place as every place was stunning and unique so I would say the whole trip was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Oriana and Esam and all the tour guides for mdd as long it special for us.,

We have recently completed two amazing weeks is Albania. In planning the trip we were keen to really see the country, taking in many of the main sights. Ed put together a wonderful itinerary taking into account our specific wishes and really listening to what we wanted. Originally we had planned to self-drive but in the end opted for a driver and guide. This was the best decision. Ardi was fantastic and having him with us for most of the journey (Ed stepped in a for a few days) really made a difference. Their knowledge of Albania meant that we were really able to enjoy the country and learn about its past, present and future. They were also great company. Their ability to adapt the itinerary as required meant we enjoyed unexpected experiences and were able to get closer to the local people. We came away having fallen in love with Albania and can’t thank Ed and Ardi enough for putting together such a fantastic trip. We would love to travel again with Drive Albania.

Linda did an amazing job planning our trip! Everything went very smoothly and Linda was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, all thanks to Linda. I highly recommend her!

I was expecting the trip to be amazing, but it was an absolutely incredible experience and blew my expectations out of the water. From the moment I started planning, to the day we left, working with KimKim, Tummas, David, and Eydun couldn't have been better. Everyone was so helpful, the day trips were so beautiful and the schedule was flexible. The hotel was great, transportation right on time and easy, and the destinations we went to I will never forget. Best trip ever and I can't wait to come back!!

Going through KimKim was a great idea. Everything was seamless. The hotels were wonderful, especially Poco a Poco and Costa Verde. Randall (from KimKim) made himself available to us for anything that came but, but it all went perfectly so we didn’t need to reach out. I am really happy with how the trip worked out. He even made sure we had all our covid travel documents and testing in order. Made it much easier. :)

Sarah and her company have been phenomenal at organizing our trip. We had a lot of complicated requirements - there were 4 active families with kids of various ages, and some people arriving and leaving at different times. All private excursions were great, well organized and ran smoothly.
Sarah was available day and night to answer all our questions and helped re-organize things when our plans changed. For example, when 2 families decided not to rent cars, she organized private transfers at very reasonable prices at the last minute.
And not forget all the restaurant recommendations and bookings she did for us! She got us into great places despite the peak season full restaurants, especially in Hvar.
Coming from New York City, we are used to high quality customer service, but I would call Sarah’s agency a true “white glove” service for people who want to experience authentic Croatia and not worry about logistics.

If I could give Linda 10 stars I would! The trip could not have gone any better, Linda's planning was flawless, our hotels were wonderful and all the local guides we had were really great. My sister and I were so impressed with Linda's knowledge and responsiveness, she always replied promptly to any question or concern, both before and during the trip. My sister and I were a bit nervous with Covid still a concern, but Linda helped navigate us through the requirements and the testing and it all went smoothly. A relative told me about kimkim and I am so glad, and have been telling all my friends how wonderful it all was. I have been birdwatching since I was 8 years old and going to the Galapagos was always a dream for me, and it exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much to Linda for making my dream come true!!

Jenny organised a great trip to Iceland for myself and a friend. We gave her an idea of the type of adventurous trip we were looking for and she organised a great remote trek to Hornstrandir. She gave us a really detailed itinerary with great logistics for every part of the trip. I would highly recommend Hornstradir for anyone looking for spectacular scenery and remote trekking. The trek is fully guided and groups are small.

Planning a three-week road trip around Norway, a country we had dreamed of but knew little of, was daunting. Right from the first interaction though, Julia proved knowledgeable, confident, and most of all passionate about the country. She listened to our specification and came up with what turned out to be a perfect road trip. It is a long and thin country, so focusing on what to see, where to go, how to get there was crucial to make the most of our time, and three weeks is nowhere near enough time for this amazing country.
We made many slight changes, tweaks during the months leading up to our trip, but Julia remained patient, understanding and responsive. Of course Covid restrictions proved to be a final challenge, and it was not until 10 days before our trip was scheduled to commence that Norway finally reopened based on the Covid passport. Julia offered reassurance over no lost deposit, and flexibility on delaying final payment until we were sure we could travel.
We will definitely use KimKim again, and anyone planning a trip to Norway will be well advised to use Julia & KimKim.

I asked our specialist Preeti to book my husband and I a Ring Road trip, staying at the best accommodations available with activities we could enjoy with my limited physical capabilities.
And she did. We enjoyed suites, junior suites, all in the best available hotels.
We choose a cross-over SUV KIA Sportage which was perfect for tight parking in Reykjavik in garage across from Hilton Canopy.
The detailed itinerary that KimKim provided was excellent. It included google map directions that we accessed via the included Wi-Fi in car.
Iceland is beautiful and is like visiting a giant national park. We ended our 14-day trip with 2 nights at the Retreat at the Blue Lagoon. Just a perfect ending to a great trip. Thanks, Preeti!

Emanuela arranged for us one of the best vacations we have ever taken. Every day was an adventure to new places and experiences with a bit of respite thrown in every couple of days to let us recharge. The hotels were excellent, and her restaurant recommendations were always great, from the best fish and chips in Iceland to fine cuisine next to the harbor in Reykavik (Kopar) and great restaurants in Stykkisholmar (Narfeyrarstofa), Akureyri (Strikid) and Lake Myvatn (Vogafjos Farm). Probably the high point of the trip was the super Jeep trip to Askja Crater across 100km of Icelandic lava desert with our own guide, who was both entertaining and extremely good in helping JoAnne to push her limits in hiking. The waterfalls all around Iceland were magnificent, particularly Dettifoss and Selfoss, and we very much enjoyed walking behind Seljalandfoss, although we regretted not wearing our waterproof gear. Emanuela was also available to assist us throughout the trip, even checking in to make sure that things were going well. In looking back, we realize that we were unable to see all the sights that Emanuela included but with luck we will get back to Iceland for the ones we didn’t see.

It was a very long process because of Covid and having to cancel last year, but it all turned out well and we were very pleased with the car, hotels, travel, and experience planning it all out with our Kimkim rep. I would definitely do it again. Thanks!

Cami put together a great vacation for us to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The format of the offering was different than what I had previously gotten from KimKim, namely she put together an itinerary but did not book the trips (I don’t know if this is the new format KimKim is adopting.) While I would have preferred a more full service offering, Cami put together an excellent itinerary and give us detailed information on how to book activities and other reservations easily on our own. She hit all the highlights at both sites, including some fun side excursions. The night sky tour at Lowell Observatory was a highlight! I also appreciated that she followed up with us even after the itinerary was built, to let us know about new tour and activity openings as Arizona opened up from the pandemic. Thanks Cami for putting together a great itinerary and helping us plan a family vacation that we all loved!

Anna-Maria helped us plan a week-long trip to Croatia where we visited Dubrovnik, Split, and Hvar. The itinerary she put together for us was well adapted to our group and preferences and planning along side her was easy. She was always responsive and provided us with as much information as we needed both before and during our trip. Anna-Maria made it easy for us to travel from one city to another by booking our ferry/rides and providing specific details so that it was super simple for us to get from one place to another. She helped us sort out minor road-blocks along the way so that we always felt as though there was someone there supporting us while we traveled. As far as the bookings: all of our accommodations were excellent and we were well taken care of at the various destinations we visited. Our excursions included a guided bike tour, speedboat tour, a trip to Krka National Park, and oyster tasting. Each one was excellent, but we really enjoyed the guided bike tour in Hvar which gave us a glimpse of a different side of Croatia. Overall, the entire trip went seamlessly thanks to Anna-Maria's planning and attention to detail. Within just a few days, we saw, did, and ate so much more than we probably would have on our own!
