Beautiful boutique hotel in the bohemiam Barranco neighborhood. Close to many restaurants, stores and art galleries. Great beds and water pressure in the bathrooms. Beautiful and delicious breakfasts included as well as afternoon tea and snacks every day. Great bartenders and food at the on-site restaurant. Very nice rooftop bar with a view to the Pacific Ocean as well. Definitely stay here for luxury, ambience, service.

Great one night stay at this luxurious hotel. Recieved a welcome drink as I checked in and the bed was just so comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was a gourmet three course experience and breakfast buffet the next day was also delicious. I loved the marble bathroom with the amazing rain shower and Locitaine products. Highly recommend staying here for a night or two during your Machu Picchu visit.

Very well located right near the main Plaza de Armas in Cusco city. Beautiful property with an inner courtyard to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Breakfast buffet was nice and full with an assortment of Peruvian and American specialities. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was well appointed and functional.

This was much more than a food tour as we visited art galleries, historical sites and shops as well as eating different traditional Peruvian foods along the way. I enjoyed my day with Nancy learning about the history of Barranco and it's food.

I had a great time on this tour with my guide, Nancy. We had plenty to talk about and see, and I felt like I really got to understand the city better. Nancy was personable and chatty, which made the day even more enjoyable.

I enjoyed this whole day, even though the guide was a bit delayed due to traffic. The driver was accommodating and we met up with the guide shortly after. I loved the lunch in Ollantaytambo and the tour of the Inca ruins, although it was a bit of a hike. I felt a little underprepared for the physical exertion, but overall, the day was fantastic.

I really enjoyed the lunch at Chuncho Restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Machu Picchu was a memorable experience, although I wished for a bit more history or explanation of the site from the guide. The one-on-one tour was great, but it felt a bit impersonal. It could have been improved with more engagement from the guide.

I really enjoyed the walking city tour of Cusco. Being a private tour, we were able to tailor the day to my interests which included visiting an additional cathedral and shopping for specific souvenirs. The flexibility and personalization of this tour were top-notch.

A full day activity, but really fun!! Our guide for the actual walk was particularly great.

Our guide was excellent -- extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, I had my gold necklace grabbed from around my neck while walking!

Our experience was cut short because of the windy conditions which was disappointing. Our guides, however, were very capable.

The boat was full of boozed up tourists looking for the perfect selfie... But still fun! We didn't realize there would be quite a long windy walk from the boat to the hotel with our big packs on. Not a problem for us, but not sure how some of the other folks fared.

Then dancing was glorious, but the whole event was clearly catering to tourists. Felt very rote, and although the elegance of the property has been preserved, some of the guests were wearing shorts and running shoes... Kind of sad, really.

We booked a 3 person room for both stays (starting and ending our trip). The staff were always welcoming, and happy to answer our endless questions for help. The luggage storage is very secure, the rooms were clean (our 2nd came with a balcony that let us enjoy some fresh air) and the rooms are a decent size. There's extra bedding which came in handy for when we got cold. The location is fantastic being a minute walk from the main Cusco plaza and surrounded by lots of stores, great restaurants and amenities. It's a bit busy and there's firecrackers that can cause some noise but it didn't bother us. It does take about 30 minutes or so to get to/from the airport depending on traffic but it's a high tourist area and there was lots of police presence around so we never felt unsafe. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is clean with decent sized rooms. It does seem a bit older than our Cusco hotel but it still quite a comfortable stay. There are individual buildings so do anticipate having to go outside to get to the front desk or restaurant. Our building also had a 2nd floor via stairs and I didn't see an elevator although there may have been one in another part of the building. The floors also squeak but this noise didn't bother us at all. The internet was quite spotty for us in the room. The hotel is located about 10 minutes downhill from the main plaza of Ollantaytambo (close to the train station) as well as the closest markets to buy water. It didn't bother us much but it could possibly be an issue if going up a semi-steep incline is a challenge. The lobby does sell water at a markup if you prefer. The restaurants is tourist friendly and we had no issues after eating there. It's also where a great breakfast is served. If you have time, climb the terraces behind the hotel (on their property) to get a great view of the Ollantaytambo ruins and to enjoy some fresh air. We greatly enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and not too far from the train station (technically it's right outside the station but because of where the entrance/exit is it's more like a 5 minute walk from the station). The staff were helpful in answering any questions as well as helping with our bags. They do luggage storage as well. There's an on-site restaurant which doubles for breakfast which is handy. Our rooms were clean, of decent size and comfortable. We had an issue with our key cards that was very quickly fixed with no problems at all. Because our room faced the train station there was the train horn and noise but it's far enough down the street that general tourist noises aren't a concern. There's lots of small shops nearby to buy snacks/water if need be.

This was a great tour to see the main sites of the Sacred Valley as well as an introduction to Incan Civilization. It's all driven with different viewpoints and Incan ruins. We greatly enjoyed it as a slower start while we acclimatized to the altitude. It does include a lunch at a buffet serving common Peruvian cuisine which was a great way to try some popular and different dishes before fully committing to a whole plate at a different restaurant. The ruins are great but anticipate a lot of walking and stairs (as well as sun). You'll also drive to lots of different little towns and get a bit of the vibe of what it's like to live there. The roads are bumpy so anticipate that. There is a typical tour stop in a silver store where a employee talked to us about the different designs and types of silver in jewelry - to be honest he talked so fast no one in the group understood him beyond 1 or 2 points and then you are invited to walk around the store; there's no pressure to buy anything at all and we just briefly glanced around before leaving with no issue but it wasn't something we were expecting and would rather have skipped.

The morning drive to Moray took us through a less used road which was actually really nice because it gave us a chance to see the path the locals often take as well as unique views of the Sacred Valley. It also did allow us to pull over and get lots of photos as needed. The salt flats were amazing to see as were the Moray terraces. The ATV tour with Mountainview Experiences was probably the weakest link in our entire tour. It took a bit of time for them to get us organized (which is abnormal as everything else on this was super smooth). One of us then ran out of gas fairly early on and we got stuck for a while waiting for someone to bring us more gas; another ATV group came across us and the tour operator made us switch ATVs with the other group so we could continue on...only for us to run into the other group still stuck on our loop back which made us feel awful ( we assumed they were done and hence the switch but that seems less likely now). A bit more time stopping to see the views and take pictures would have been nice but it seems this didn't happen due to the previous delays and us having to catch a train. The instructions on how to ride the ATVs were mostly clear and outside of the delay/issue it was an enjoyable experience otherwise. The salt flats were nice and our guide took us to a stall where we were able to try some chocolates with no pressure to buy anything. They even pulled over so we could get some nice shots of the flats before we made it all the way down.

The food at Mountainview was great although it did take some time for each course to come out (our driver and guide were done their main courses before our main courses arrived and we had already started on our appetizers before they had ordered) and because of the ATV tour delays we felt like we had to rush the dessert part to make our train despite our tour guide not making us feel rushed. The area is quite clean and the view is definitely fantastic. The eating area is indoors but there's lots of space to wander outdoors and take pictures. The food was fantastic and we greatly enjoyed it. It was also quite a bit of food so we were all quite full when done. I

This was the main point of our Peru trip and a bucket list item. It was fantastic and breathtaking no matter how many times you see the iconic photo. The line up to get on the bus that takes you up can be crazy long and it took us about 20 minutes to board a bus but the buses were always coming and we got to Machu Picchu about 10 minutes after our entry time with no delay entering the ruins. There's a decent amount of steps to start circuit 1 and 2 which covers most of Machu Picchu so be prepared for that and there's going to be lots of people. Our guide was able to get some fantastic shots of us from angles that hid a lot of the people so definitely trust your guide. It also helps bring the entire city to perspective having someone knowledgeable talk about it. It started chilly but all the walking definitely makes you feel warm so layers is key as well as a raincoat as no umbrellas are allowed. Because of how late we booked our trip we got a later entry time but didn't feel rushed when we had to make it back for our afternoon train (Valeriano was a fantastic guide despite the time constraints). And at no point did we feel like we missed out on anything by the time we left. We did have to skip lunch but we stopped for snacks both before heading to Machu Picchu and before catching the train (if you are on the Vistadome train they provide a small snack box) which tided us over until dinner.

We got really lucky and were able to see an end of the school year church celebration on our way out of the city which Valeriano stopped to let us film and enjoy even though it definitely delayed us. The hike starts with climbing a fair amount of steps to get out of the city with some great views. It does pass through some local and farming areas as well as follow parts of the Inca trail and we got to have some frequent stops along the way because the altitude does get to you. It was definitely way more strenuous than we expected for being a 4 hour hike but it was worth it to see the ruins around Cusco. It's also less visited than other ruins so there weren't many others there even though it was a weekend. One part of the trail has you going down a slightly steep hill were we did have a few tricky areas. Our tour guide did stop and buy us snacks and water before we met up so there's a brief snack break/picnic on some ruins to let you rest which was enjoyable. From there the rest of the hike isn't as challenging but we were definitely tired by the end of it. Be prepared for a heavier workout than you'd expect.

The Cusco city tour covers a lot of the immediate ruins outside of Cusco such as Saqsayamun and well as the Sun temple in Cusco - essentially places that are hard to get to by yourself. It doesn't cover as much within the city itself but most of that can be discovered by yourself walking around. It was a nice easy tour to wrap up our stay in Cusco with our international flights later in the afternoon. It's less physical than the rest but do keep in mind that the parking lots and the actual ruins can require some walking. There's lots of stalls along the way to buy any last minute souvenirs although they are pricier than buying at San Pedro market in Cusco. We opted to visit the textile workshop and feed llamas which was enjoyable and got a quick workshop on how to tell fake from real Alpaca wool. There was also the option to buy products (without any pushback on that) which was nice because we got some great gifts at cheaper cost. Overall we greatly enjoyed the tour.

This hotel was in a fabulous location. However, the rooms were not well insulated in terms of being able to hear people talk in the next room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was fantastic at this hotel and there was a very quaint Cheese Place- Tapas Bar across the street

A must-visit place in Grenada. Also visited the airy, ancient bath, which was a wonderful addition!

The bikes were a bit old and it wasn't an E-bike, but Barcelona was easy to navigate around on a regular bike. The small group was an advantage as it was easier to get taxis and make suggestions to the guide

We loved the Flamenco Show and highly recommend this to anyone visiting Spain!

The Tuk Tuk Tour was a great way to see many sites in a few hours. We wished we would have spent more time in Valencia!

Our guide was wonderful and we were able to visit the Airy Ancient Bath's which we highly recommend!

Hassan mosque is a must see.

We loved Fes so much. Charif our guide stayed with us all day and showed us some very fun sites as well as helping us navigate shopping for items we were looking for.

Hanan was an awesome tour guide and we really loved the female perspective. She is an excellent guide and so pleasant to be with.

Great location and an amazing breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I would stay there again the next time.

Not any fault of the driver, but the car company picked someone that has never been to Coimbra. He had no idea where to go. He did call back to his colllegaue to get some info, so he dropped us off at the University. Communication was a little troubling, but we managed. He dropped us off and we asked that he wait for us, as we just wanted to look around maybe take a few pictures and we would be right back. However, we could't find him anywhere, so had to make a few calls. We never got to see anything in Coimbra, so disappointing. I do not blame the driver as he was doing his job of driving us.

Celia was very good guide. Would recommend her again.

Gustavo was an excellent guide. We loved the views of the Vineyards from up above. He was patience when we wanted to stop for pictures. Again, would us chime again

Spectacular !!!! We didn't have much time in Rabat so it's hard to comment on the location of the hotel or really any other aspect of it. It was basically a sleeping spot for the evening.

Perfectly located in the heart of an absolutely lovely city !!!!! The view from our room was amazing !!

Once again the location was perfect !! Our group of 4 was split up into two different locations which was not ideal, but again, did not impact our trip in a negative manner.

Our best bed and shower was found in the middle of the Sahara Desert !!!!! Unbelieveable !!!! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive and our every need was met. The camel ride into the camp was wonderful and our guide (I believe Hassan ?) was wonderful !!!! he had an incredibe sense of humor and so much love and kindness for the camels. He was quick to put us all at ease, guide us into the camp, and took the most amazing photos for us to bring home and share with our friends and family. Our jeep guide the following morning, Ali, was again, full of information and provided us with a lovely tour of the desert. We opted for an ATV ride after lunch at Riad in town (I wish i remembered the name of the business we rented from) and our guide Jamel was FAULOUS !!!!!!! He took us on the ride of a lifetime !!!! I cried tears of joy riding into the dunes and then he put us each individually on the back of his ATV and showed us a trick or two that i'm sure none of us will ever forget !!! I hope he doesn't lose his hearing from us screaming in his ears. It was absolutely WONDERFUL !!!!

The staff and the views were spectacular !!!!! The meal "looked" incredible. I was unable to eat due to food poisoning from a previous meal but the staff made sure I was provided with appropriate food and tea delivered to our room.

Simply over the top !!! My husband and I "papmered" ourselves with a spa package. The breakfast each morning was incredible, the staff incredible, the smell (inside the Riad) was incredible. We wanted for nothing.

The location was spectacular. The private beach and M Club were a wonderful perk.

Our only complaint is that we didn't have another couple days to spend here. What a beautiful city !!!!!

My only suggestion for improvement was already stated in my original overall review of the trip and carries through for each of the excursions...having a written manuscript with basic information for each of the excursions would have been extremely helpful. It would provide reading during the sometimes long drives and give us a basic understanding so when the guides spoke we'd be able to better follow along since we'd already have read some of the basic information.

What a surprise (at least to me) to find ancient ruins in Morocco. Who knew ? Not me !!!!

Location is very good and definitely recommend this neighborhood (Cannaregio), but the bathroom had a not so clean odor and was not very well ventilated

The Bondeheimen hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was great and I didn't have to venture very far to get to things. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel.

The Radisson Blu Hotel was also well located. However, there were some communication issues regarding my stay on the night of the ice dome experience. I wasn't initially informed that I still had the hotel room for the night, which would have been good to know beforehand. Other than that, the hotel was pretty good

The train experience was generally okay, but there was a bit of confusion due to some work being done on the train tracks. I had to transfer to a bus at some point which was unexpected. I think it would be helpful if there were some checks closer to the trip to ensure everything is running smoothly.

The ice dome experience was hands down the best thing I've ever done. It was just incredible. There were some communication issues regarding how I was supposed to get there and whether or not I had to carry all my luggage. But other than that, it was fantastic.

The husky visit, was not my cup of tea. I felt a bit sad for the dogs that were there.

The northern lights were very cool, I would have preferred doing another activity like this one versus the husky visit.

The view to the volcano at this hotel was perfect! Breakfast was good! The beds could have been more comfortable and some were unstable on their bases. The customer service was great! Every employee we interacted with was nice and professional!

The beach views were wonderful! The customer service was good! The breakfast options could be better. The beds could be more comfortable. The bedrooms had good AC and we were cool there. The downstairs area was hot. The ceiling fan did not work well. Also, it would be good to have more than 1 fan. Adding 2-3 standing fans would be great!

This hotel is in a great location! The 2 beds were too small for 2 people per bed. They should have been queen size beds.

Black hot springs is a beautiful location! The drinks were good too!

The hike was easy and we were happy to see all the animals along the way! The guides were nice and knowledgeable! The snorkeling was the best!! The pineapple snack was appreciated.

Different experience here. We had a lodging next to the river, which was fairly quiet despite traffic on the other side. Fixing your own meal from food stocked in the refrigerator was fun, though we were tired at the end of the day. It is nicely located across from grocery store and bakery.

The Commodore had amazing views, good food, and friendly staff. The hotel itself is a but rundown and could use a minor facelift but overall it was great. The location was absolutely perfect for wandering around the V&A Waterfront.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful with the best view of the water. Unfortunately while we were there they were renovating the pool side restaurant which made it difficult to enjoy the poolside with all the noise and the blockage of entering the pool easily. The rooms were really big and very clean. The food was really good although the service was not. There were so many employees but for some reason everything took forever.

Kariega was AMAZING! We absolutely loved this part of our trip. Matthew was our guide and he was just the best. He was great with our kids, knowledgable about the reserve and animals, made us feel safe, he was funny and such a joy to spend 4 days with.

This is an amazingly beautiful place. The staff go over board to make you feel comfortable. My husband was ill the day we were there but I did not want to miss seeing the city. I was going to walk by myself to meet our driver, but the hotel manager insisted on one of his staff escorting me to meet the driver. It was a short walk but it was nice to know they were concerned about me getting where I needed to be safely.

This camp in the Sahara is more like a hotel room than a tent. The staff were amazing. And the food was abundant and very tasty. Loved seeing the Sahara!

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We loved it there. Our room had a large balcony were we could sit and relax after a long day. They had a buffet dinner ready that was fabulous. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Simple and reliable with really nice and helpful owner.

Again getting to the Riad was walking through dirty and smelly streets.

It was dirty. Smell of mist. Couldn’t breath all night.

Getting to the Riad was a chore. Breakfast was good and their hospitality was amazing. Room wasn’t good. It was like motel 6

Only need one night there. As we were told 2 nights. There is nothing to do. It was hot during the day and no Wi-Fi. Couldn’t go inside, tent was hot because they turn off the AC during the day.

It wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. They didn’t sweep the floors or vacuum the carpet. Did not like the layout of the room. It was just long and getting past the bed was difficult because there was barely any room. Bath tub was very hard to get to.

Peppe made this tour extra special, very passionate.
