Samir did not take into account that we are non Muslim travellers and we relied on him to tell us if the length of our stays were appropriate
I would never have stayed in Bedouin camp for 2 days………no internet, no tv, no activities, the same food for both days and we were not warned that it was a DRY camp.
An extra nite in Aqaba would have been so much better!
Josef our driver was wonderful, considerate, and knowledgeable !

The trip to Portugal and Spain was planned out very well. Beatriz gave great advice on how many cities to visit with the 12 days we had , she advised not to pack too many cities due to time constraint and concerned that we would not be able to enjoy our time in each cities if we did not stay long enough in each city. Karin was also a great support and answered our questions. The itinerary in Trip plans was a great tool because we were able to download it and view it anytime. I like that all the contacts were in one place. The communication via Trip Plans app was helpful and easy to use . Helena was helpful in answering our question regarding tax refund for purchase. I really like that they booked our tour guide that spoke great English and was knowledgeable on the topics related to the tour. We loved our experience in Sintra Hike in Portugal and the bike tour experience. The wine tasting tour was excellent , we meet friendly people in the tour. This kimkim travel experience was slightly different from my previous experience, where my contact person met up on my first day of landing , I thought that was a nice touch. The airport experience was slightly anxious, we were 2.5 hours early in line before our boarding time, but we barely made it on time for boarding. Overall, the kimkim team was great and I would recommend them .

Huyen did an amazing job planning our trip. It was incredibly affordable considering everything we were able to do. She connected us with highly qualified drivers and guides, it made our trip so easy and seamless. We were busy almost everyday from 7am to 9pm, seeing sights, trekking, trying food and learning about culture and history. We were able to travel to multiple cities and rural areas that were absolutely incredible. We definitely recommend! Also, we went for our honeymoon and every hotel decorated our room with flower pedals and towel swans, it was so sweet! The Vietnamese culture was so warm and welcoming, can't say enough about how wonderful our trip was! Thank you Huyen!

Lucas Gephardt and his staff at Mobee International in Lyon, France, customized a fantastic 15-day vacation for my wife and me. We had a wonderful trip from Paris to Dijon, Beaune, Lyon, Avignon, and finally, Nice. They were very personable and attentive throughout the entire brainstorming and planning process, which helped us develop a truly customized trip specific to us. More importantly, they were available every step of the way during our trip! Lucas would call our driver from the airport to make sure we were picked up and comfortable. He would call the hotels before our arrival to ensure rooms were ready for early check-in. We could text him during our trip and tell him how our trip was going. He even would call my cell phone periodically to check in on us. We never had that experience with any other travel agency! Lucas and his team made us feel very comfortable with no worries. Everything was coordinated perfectly (car service, tours, trains, and our hotels). Everything came together exactly as discussed and documented in their extensive travel book provided for us (with phone numbers, addresses, times, summaries, etc…).

Our trip included many moving parts, tours, and 5 different cities. All of them were good, some better than others. Only one tour, the Latin Quarter Gourmet Food Tour was our least favorite (too much walking and looking and not enough eating), however, all the other tours and guides were very good. We traveled by high-speed train from Paris to Dijon to Lyon to Avignon to Nice (I would not do it any other way … but next time will bring much less luggage). Our tours included:
- Versailles (we arranged this ourselves at the last minute)
- Loire Valley and several Chateaus (with wine tasting)
- 2-hour private tour of the Louvre (our guide was brilliant and excellent)
- Latin Quarter Gourmet Food Tour (too much walking and not enough eating)
- Paris River Dinner Cruise (amazing….1st class all the way)
- Wine Tour in the Burgundy (Beaune) … fantastic wine…found several new favorites
- Beaujolais Wine Tour from Lyon (gorgeous countryside…lovely wine)
- Chateauneuf du Pape wine region tour (my new favorite wine…amazing)
- All of Provence in One Day (8+ hours of touring Provence was wonderful..great guide)
- Half-day tour of Cannes, Antibes & Saint-Paul de Vence (very enjoyable wonderful scenery)
- Half-day tour of Monaco, Monte-Carlo, Eze, La Turbie (Tour was very good, but we did not like the guide…we experienced long periods of silence from him…strange guide…however the scenery was lovely and we enjoyed walking around the stops)

Our Hotels were all 5 stars (except for one, which was 4 stars). We enjoyed every hotel. Every hotel took a special interest in our names, schedules, and comfort.,..it was nice to be pleasantly welcomed every day by all the staff at all the hotels. I will think twice about staying at an American chain in the future. Breakfast was included at every hotel, and they did not disappoint. It was worth every penny. A few times, we could not make it to breakfast because we had to leave early for a tour or a train, but something to think about in the future. We did enjoy the deluxe American-style buffet breakfast most mornings which allowed us to skip lunch some days.

Oh, did I mention that we were in France and do not speak a word of French? Lucas and his team ensured all our guides, driver, and tours were in English!

Okay, I feel like I have rambled on. I hope this gives you a sense that we had a lot going on for the 15 days of vacation, and Lucas and his team at Mobee Int’l made everything happen and coordinated everything, and kept checking on us during our trip. The whole trip was flawless.

One word of advice to everyone - Pack half of the stuff you think you need and make sure you have time to sit at a cafe every day and have a drink or a coffee and watch life. We did, and it made a world of difference.

Such a different hotel located in the center of the center. We felt like we were transported back in time staying in a very classy vintage hotel from the past. Everything was wonderful and very victorian. We enjoyed taking pictures of everything. Breakfast was excellent. We did not enjoy the dinner as much and recommend some of the local restaurants. We felt our dinner was luke warm and mediocre service.

Le Negresco was the cherry on top of all the amazing hotels we stayed out. This hotel should be rated a 6 star. Everything was 6 stars. The chef and restaurants continue to demonstrate why they are Michelin starred (food was amazing at both restaurants we are at). We declined breakfast here because we had too many early morning tours and late night dinners, but I am guessing it would have been magnificent.

While this is only a four star hotel, the staff were wonderful and very friendly. Roman greeted us everyday and made us feel like we were old friends visiting. The room was very big, but the furniture was a bit sparse and plain. However, the shower was one of the best. Breakfast was good.

Monaco Day Trip via Èze & La Turbie with Optional Beach Time

Our tour guide was probably the worst. He was arrogant and did not talk for the first 30 minutes of the van ride. I almost asked him to pull over so I could get out and call an uber. However, we stuck with it and eventually he started talking…minimally. We enjoyed seeing the sites, although our guide provided the bare minimal information. We never got out of the van at Eze or La Turbie and literally had see them from the side of the road from inside the van. The other passengers did not speak English so not a lot of conversation for 4 hours. We were taken to a perfume factory tour where we spent much too much time and then were given the sales speal to buy perfume. I thought we spent too much time here and it was a tourist trap.

Latin Quarter Gourmet Food Walk

I would not recommend this tour. There was too much walking from shop to shop buying small pieces of food for a lunch later. At one point, I almost left the tour because we just kept window shopping. The guide also was difficult to understand and she was 15 to 20 minutes late. The tour concluded in a small wine tasting bar where the food was served on paper plates with crappy utensils (and we never had any chairs so we walked and stood for 4 hours). The guide was not cognizant about bathrooms or rests and just kept walking expecting everyone to keep up with her and we could not even hear what she was saying (not understand her). We left early and went to lunch.

We enjoyed this tour. Our guide provided a tremendous amount of information and talked the entire time about interesting facts during our trip. We enjoyed seeing Cannes and taking pictures (we even snuck into the Channel store across the street briefly). We enjoyed the food market and walking along the water at Antibes, Saint-Paul de Vence was very interesting seeing this Medieval castle.

I have no idea why this is called “Charm Day”. It is a 1/2 day wine tour of Burgundy. We enjoyed this tour but thought things could be a little better (tour guide was not the greatest, but not terrible, wineries were just okay). Enjoyed seeing the country side and learning more about the wine and the region. Would have preferred better wineries to visit. The amount of wine poured was minimal. Would have preferred larger pours of wine (it is a wine tasting tour). We spent an hour in the town of Beaune which was all we needed…glad we did not stay in Beaune longer….rather be in Dijon.

We spent this first day in Lyon on a self guided tour of Lyon. There was nothing organized for this event. The city was very crowded and all the shops were closed. There was huge festival going on so the old town was very crowded.

This was an excellent way to spend a day. Each chateaux was unique and fantastic. The scenery was magnificent. We took an enormous amount of pictures here. Our driver was excellent and very personable. We enjoyed this all day trip in a small comfortable van. There was a wine tasting included but it was not great. Still, we did sample a little wine of the valley, but nothing memorable (however, this was not the focus of the tour) and it was a very minimal amount of wine.

Private Afternoon visit at Le Louvre

Our personal tour guide Roberto was fantastic. He was extremely educated and knowledgable and provided us a 2 hour education where he focused us on the most important works in the Louvre (he was also very witty). He kept us moving and we covered a tremendous amount of the Louvre in just 2 hours. After we exited the Louvre, Roberto was not done. He took pictures of us and then insisted we see the gardens of the Louvre (which were amazing). Still he is was not done! He walked us to our restaurant and made sure we were safely seated and comfortable. We highly recommend this tour and we highly recommend Roberto!

All of Provence in One Day

This was basically two half day tours back to back. The first half was just myself and my wife which was fantastic. Our tour guide Leigh was fantastic and we really enjoyed the tour. At 2 pm we went back to Avignon and picked up 6 more people and we toured the other side of Provence (with the Roman Aqueducts). While both tours were interesting and educational, we preferred the morning touring more than the the afternoon session. Nonetheless, it was a long and enjoyable day.

We had a great trip to Greece with kimkim's support. The interface is super intuitive and easy to navigate. The planning was super easy and Chris provided helpful insights. He suggested more time on one island rather than hopping around a lot which was a great decision. He responded quickly and clearly with each of our questions and requests. I also loved that at each transfer point we were provided exactly what we needed the night before. Rather than traveling with a bunch of passes and tickets, we got exactly what we needed when we needed it.

Also we had a weather problem that almost left us stranded on one of the islands. Chris and his staff worked very hard to get us options to get off the island and to the wedding which was the point of the trip. It was great and we made it!

Definitely highly recommend Chris, kimkim and will re-use in the future!

Hicham lead me on this fascinating road trip adventure - designed by Sharon of Immersion Morocco -from Marrakech to the dunes of the Sahara , then back to the Atlantic coast of Essaouira! From the Valley of Roses , up and over the High Atlas Mountains to ride the camel over the dunes to the desert camp.
Unique riads and kasbahs , some luxury , some just interesting!
Shopping and having prepared local food - tangines of every flavor, tailgate picnic high in the mountains, fresh meat and fish grilled just for us!
Local guides in Marrakech, Taroudant, Agdz provided additional back ground.
The Immersion Morocco itinerary was truly that : immersion in the Berber culture of people and life styles, and places from the past and newly restored!

Dean was very helpful with the planning the trip. He answered all my questions and gave great suggestions for small changes need to hotels and accommodating my daughter's schedule with the trip. Also Justin was very helpful on the phone and helped with some aspects of the trip
The Bed & Breakfast accommodations were lovely. We liked all of them except for the one in Glendalough. The hotels were fine too but the B&B stole our hearts.
Our best part of the trip was Kerry, especially Killarney National Park, Ring of Kerry and Dingle Town! The views were breathtaking! The people so friendly, the food great! No crowds around this time end of September really helped.

Arrangeywere very goid. Suggestion: west Etosha park- would have loved Etosha village lodge by the gate.

A week is not enough… Said did an excellent job with my request to see Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara. As a last minute change I requested a night in Essaouira and he readily accommodated.
Our tour guide for Marrakech was Abdul, the food tour was amazing. I’m so glad we did it.
And finally, our driver Faysel was outstanding. Most importantly, he is an excellent driver, we always felt safe driving with him. In addition, he was kind, fun and knew wonderful spots for breaks and views. My teenage sons bonded with him and we all enjoyed his playlist. We cant thank him enough for a wonderful week.

Lise did a wonderful job of creating a Paris adventure that has been totally fabulous! Our hotel, LeSix, was perfect in every way - friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and comfortable room located close to everything we wanted in the 6tharr. Thomas, our pickup & delivery to the airport was polite, friendly and truly an expert driver!

We were more than pleased to discover we had personal tours on four occasions - the Sainte Chapel and Notre Dame (David), the Louvre (Ellen), the Gourmet Food Tour (Barbara) and our drive out to Monet’s home & gardens (Jean) were ALL BEYOND AMAZING. Each and every guide was personable and very knowledgeable.

We actually had a second tour with Ellen, Covered Passages, where there were only four in our group. What made all of these adventures EXTRA SPECIAL is the fact that each tour became totally unique to our expectations. WE LOVED EACH AND EVERY ONE!

Our trip out to Versailles was fun but, quite honestly, after so much individualized attention earlier in the week - we were spoiled and the large weekend crowds were a bit off-putting even though our particular group only had 15. The day was still memorable!

Our culminating adventure was a dinner cruise on the Seine. THIS was the perfect way to wrap up our first trip to Paris. The cruise included a window view, delicious food, a variety of champagne and wines, impeccable service all with lovely tunes provided by talented musicians and a singer. While we did not, dancing was enjoyed by many.

Would we use Kim-Kim services again? ABSOLUTELY, without a doubt. We had never used any such services on our previous travels and I was a bit reluctant to move in this direction of unknown waters (for us) BUT Lise with Kim-Kim did a fabulous job of tending to even the smallest of details, checking in at various points and insuring things were proceeding as planned.

Eight days of great fun - ALL without a hitch, no cancellations, no mix ups, no changes! We had a most memorable FIRST experience in Paris and look forward to making more travel adventures in the future with Kim-Kim assisting. Thank you!

This experience was good and we’d do it again BUT, if done in the future, we’d put a couple days between the wine/cheese pairing with this tour because much of the food tour was focused on wine & cheeses so it pretty much repeated what we had done the night before. We still enjoyed all the knowledge shared by Barbara!

WOW! We thoroughly enjoyed this activity. Agate (Agatha) did a wonderful job of explaining the variety of cheeses, their regions and processes gif production. She also brought in a wonderful assortment of wines for pairing. Terrific! My hubby actually now enjoys wine a bit more than before.

I can't recommend Jorge and the team at KimKim highly enough. We will certainly use them again in future. We shared our priorities with Jorge (we wanted a mix of foodie tours and historic sites) and he proposed the perfect itinerary. We felt like we saw all the highlights of the cities, but nothing felt rushed, because of the very smooth transfers and daily updates/info from the local agent.

The hotels were wonderful and very central. The private guides we had were also fantastic and spoke extremely good english (which was helpful as our spanish is non-existing!). The best part of the trip for us was Oaxaca, especially the last few days where we had a couple of trips out of the city to see the Mescal distilleries, participate in a rural cooking class and visit a traditional textile workshop.

Very good coordination with Amanda prior the trip and the route were customized to what I am seeking. The guides and porter are very friendly and helpful. Although I have to abandon the rest of my trek due to lack of stamina and kneecaps pain, the company helped to arrange transport to the other hotels we have to rebooked. Appreciate the kind gesture and it is indeed a worry free trip. Thank you very much for the patience. Will definitely use the service again.

Our guides were Jesus, Abraham, Bastian and Julio. They were all highly accomodating, incredibly friendly, very knowedgeable, so hardworking and immensely kind. I cannot praise them enough! I very much enjoyed meeting all them, their service made such a difference in our trip. It made being there considerbly less anxiety provoking, it's like have a friend nearby who can and did help us every step of the way. I will recommend KimKim to everyone!

Amanda planned an amazing Itinerary, beautiful interesting lodgings and places full with historical sights yet comfortable. The first 3 night was excellent & I was looking forward to the rest of the stay but due to personal physical issue, we had to cancel the rest of the trip. Ms Kripa the coordinator in Kathmandu office was v helpful & arrange for daily transfers to our last few days and airport. Always checking if we need any assistance. Warm & great service. Fantastic, personalized 11 day trip to Greece.
My wife and I took an 11 day trip to Greece, visiting Athens, Crete and Santorini and had a fantastic trip!. This was our 2nd trip booking thru Kimkim and we came away once again very happy and satisfied. Christos and his team did a great job creating a custom trip to our specific requests and making all arrangements for us both before and during our trip. Their support was invaluable. Though not everything went off exactly as planned, they were always available to make adjustments as necessary and never left us hanging. We would arrive into a new city or village and ask for recommendations for restaurants and they would respond in minutes with suggestions and would even make reservations for us.
Each day was a perfect balance of planned events and free time to experience the local atmosphere. The hotels were each outstanding in their own way. A number of the activities had local, personal guides who added so much to the experience with their knowledge and helped orient us to each area so we could enjoy it so much more on our own.
We highly recommend Kimkim to everyone we meet during our travels and anyone reading this review.

Raluca was amazing!!!! She worked so hard for us every step of the way! She put everything I wanted in the itinerary! She helped us when we had a couple of bumps in the road. She took very good care of us and made us felt safe and taken care of! The guides she picked for our tours, Christi and Alexandru were outstanding! They were so knowledgeable and kind! I can’t imagine anyone better!! It was a wonderful, wonderful trip of a life time!!!! LOVED every bit!!
