We recently visited Croatia on short notice and only had about 2 weeks to plan the entire trip. We wanted to see alot of the country and we have done self driving tours in the past, so thought that would be a good way to experience alot. After searching google for " self drive tours in Croatia", I landed on the kimkim site, which put me in touch with one of their parners in Croatia, Robi @ soulofcroatia.com. I can't say enough nice thing about this young man. He was extreamly helpful in asking lots of questions to custom tailor our vacation to our wants and needs. He stayed in touch throughout our trip to make sure we were happy with everything and to find out what we liked most about his country. You could tell that he was genuinely excited for us to discover all of the great places he had selected with us to visit and gave us a small history lesson of each place. Everything was planned perfectly with plenty of downtime when needed. On one of our last days, I wanted to rent a boat to explore some of the surrounding islands of Dubrovnik, but found out the local laws prohibited me from doing so without my boating licence, which I did not have. Robi was kind enough to spend the day away from his family to go with us, as he had his licence, and I was so glad that he did ! He took us to locations I would have never known to go to on my own. We had one of our best days with him, and it was really nice getting to know him and finally put a face with the voice on the phone. One of the best parts of our trip is that we made a friend. Sharon was amazing putting everything together and checking EVERYTHING off my list! When I got to Morocco, Amney was my tour manager and I am so fortunate to have met him! Everything from picking me up at the airport, checking into the hotels, even taking care of scheduling my COVID test was handled even before I could think to ask. I can not recommend Moroccan Imersians highly enough. They customized everything specifically for me and my time there. I will be back, and I WILL be booking with them again. Go!!! Go to Morocco! Words can not describe how breathtaking the country is, and everyone I interacted with was so kind. It is a country of people who love people, and want to show you how amazing their country is. Please, do yourself a favor and go. Seriously. GO!

Tasos and his team made our trip simply unforgettable!! What a professional and on point team! My husband and I had a fantastic and memorable trip to the most beautiful place. All vendors were on time, the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, hotels were amazing and restaurants were the best!
Greece was such an unique place and we will use KimKim for all of our future trips.

WOW - what a trip. Nine family members ranging from 17 to 85 traveling to 5 of the 8 Canary Islands. First off, the itinerary had something for everyone. We felt the process of arranging the trip was very easy, even with us a half a world away in the US. Then Covid hit and we had to push the the trip a year. Gilles was very helpful taking our deposit from a year ago and working with all the Hotels to ensure we didn't lose it. Then once we arrived to the island we were assigned a guide for the week. His name was Eden and he rocked. Eden was tasked with managing everything, from touring, logistics, arranging our meals, and just dealing with 9 type A Americans that all had our own options and needs. I have traveled all over the world, and Eden was by far the best guide (and now I call friend) I have ever had the pleasure meeting or working with. He went above and beyond. He even spent an entire Ferry ride with my 24 year old daughter while she was sea sick. He held ice on her neck and never left her alone! Amazing is just one of many words I would use. Our trip was awesome, Eden ensured that and really cared about everything. If you go (and you should), request Eden - he made our trip a 5 star adventure.

Overall, a terrific trip to Costa Rica, arranged by Alberto.
Diego at GWA was fantastic and helped on the couple of times we needed his assistance.
Only issue was a "no-show" for one of our activities when it had to be re-scheduled due to weather and Diego worked wonders to find a new guide and complete our activity.

Wanderlust Voyages exceeded our family's expectations for organizing a family friendly trip to Morocco. Megan created an itinerary that hit all the marks for what we were looking for in a voyage with small children. She was incredibly responsive throughout the process and answered a ton of questions about the trip and make customizations to our liking. All the accommodations she booked for us were major hits with the family!

Secondly, we were incredibly lucky to have Omar help us navigate the beautiful, complex, and sometimes chaotic streets of Marrakech and the rest of Morocco. You will never find anyone better to experience a new country with than Omar; he was incredibly helpful throughout our trip in getting us to various hotels and activities seamlessly, answered a ton of our questions (the kids were quite inquisitive), and helped navigate any speed bumps we encountered along the way. A+ guy to be around; thanks OMAR!!!!

I would highly recommend going with Wanderlust Voyages for your Morocco travels and will plan to partner with them again for future travels to this beautiful country!

My husband and I had an amazing belated honeymoon in Costa Rica thanks to Olman's help. Highlights included white water rafting on the Pacuare, ziplining in the cloud forest and nature walks all over. We did and saw plenty but also had a couple of days of leisure so the pace was just right. We'd love to go back and explore the Caribbean side, and will definitely use Kimkim for that trip, too.

This was my second trip organised via KimKim. Again, I cannot fault the service. Always very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for your help.

Sam and his crew did a bang up job on our last minute trip. All the accommodations and arrangements were top notch. They even helped us get fast PCR test appointments on the weekend for our onward travel. A great time for our family!

Words can't express our gratitude and sheer joy we experienced using KimKim, but most important part was having Sam Lister aka our guardian angel tailormade our 14 Days of Northern Spain into reality!

Sam put together a trip of lifetime discovering Northern Spain from Santiago de Compostela, Cangas de Onis, Bilbao, LaGuardia and San Sebastian. Every aspect of our trip was planned to perfection to experience each region to the max.

My sister and I had private transport throughout our trip, and had dedicated tour guides in each city to ensure we immerse ourselves with the local cuisine, learn the history behind customs, and enjoy the most beautiful vistas while hiking Pico de Europa or San Sebastian.

Our trip started in Santiago de Compestela where we stayed at Parador de Santiago a five star renovated 15th Century Building right next to Cathedral of Santiago. During our stay we saw a few pilgrims finish there trip. We had a lovely tour guide named Eva who gave us a private walking tour of Santiago. We were also fortunate to be able to see the renovations that had been completed in the entry to Cathedral. Another day we went on a day trip to Ribeira Sacra with a boat ride and winery visit.

On our private transport to Cangas de Onis we stopped at a lovely seaside village Cudillero, and had lunch at Casa Julio where they bring the fish for you to pick what's been caught that day. Food was amazing and the wine divine.

We stayed at Hotel Parador de Cangas de Onis another renovated building that used to be San Pedro de Villanueva Monastery. Our guide Jose Miguel took us to Picos de Europa a majestic view all around, and to enjoy a stroll along the shores. We also visited a cider brewery and enjoyed the lovely village of Cabrales.

Our next stop was Bilbao where our private driver took us to lunch at a lovely coastal village of Castro Urdiales at a restaurant named Asador del Puerto (we recommend ordering the fish of the day). We stayed at Hotel Vincci Consulado de Bilbao, which overlooks the Guggenheim Museum and the river. Our tour guide Susana took us on a private tour of Bilbao, and the most scrumptious Pintxos. Her insight into the city culture, history and hot spots were very insightful, plus we really enjoyed her company and asked her to join our sisters trip! We also visited the Guggenheim, and enjoyed the local stores and antique jewelry shops around the city.

Our next stop was Laguardia which is home to more bodegas then people! We stayed at the renovated historic palace Hospederia De Los Parajes. We were so lucky to be in time for the celebration of San Sebastian. We got to see the local wear their traditional gowns, and be part of the celebration. Also, at midnight they had fireworks show outside the castle fortress. Our local guide Marina was the most amazing person, and expert on local wines. We had a private tours of various vineyards in La Rioja region. We also enjoyed a delicious local meal of lamb chops with great wine to wash it down.

Our final stop was San Sebastian. We stayed at Hotel de Londres which is ideally located right on the beach front of San Sebastian. We had our local guide Iaeaki take us to city center, and old part as well to enjoy best pintxos in town, paired with the best Spanish wines and drinks. We also did a private hiking tour along the Basque coastline looking down Bay of Biscay. Trust me after all the amazing food, wines and drinks we had on our trip we needed the exercise!

Our last night was spent in Madrid at the Gran Hotel Ingles. Great hotel within walking distance to Prado Museum, Buen Retiro Park, and shops. I highly recommend eating at Dis Tinto food is out of the world!

Throughout our entire trip Sam made sure that we had a wonderful experience, and all our travels went without a hitch. Sam even made sure when AA changed their policy for coming back to the USA, he scheduled our COVID-19 test for us. Everything Sam planned was perfection.

My wife and I just returned from a 16-day tour of central Morocco organized by KimKim's subcontractor, Morocco Immersion Tours. From the moment I began working with Sharon on desires, expectations and arrangements through Amnay's tours of Rabat, Volubilis, Fez, Mergouza, the Valley of Roses, Ourzazate, Marrakech, Essouira, Oualidia, and then drop off at the airport, we felt heard and understood; safe, cared for and considered. It's like waking up to find a previously-unknown Moroccan branch of your family (that your really like) and they have volunteered to plan and execute for you an in-depth tour of this beautiful, exotic country. We set a high bar- as experienced travelers we wanted liberty to enjoy and explore on our own, but we also did not want to miss anything that might pass without expert assistance. They nailed it. The accommodations were located in just the right spots, luxurious but authentic, each offering high design and surroundings guaranteed to create lasting memories. The touring could have been a burden because there were many hours of driving; instead, thanks to Amnay's pitch perfect personality, combining attentiveness with friendly approachability, the hours flew by as we shared favorite Spotify playlists, talked about Morocco's history and culture, and compared notes on life and family. Even when we weren't with him, he was looking ahead to the next destination to confirm arrangements and make our trip more enjoyable. The whole experience was nothing short of awesome.

We had an amazing honeymoon thanks to kimkim & Jorge.

Initially I had just contacted them to get some ideas about my trip, but I ended up booking our trip to Mexico with kimkim, after a lot of back-and-forth planning with Jorge. We wanted to visit and see both cultural/historical/gastronomical/vacation places in Mexico and our trip made that happen.

Our hotels were excellent. Our drivers and guides were always on time. The activities were fun and informative. Couldn't ask for more. We did not encounter any problems, we did not have to pay any extra money for an activity either. Everything went perfectly well.

Marta was an absolute pleasure to work with. She planned everything from the stays, to excursions, to any last minute changes we needed and was always easily accessible and available to help. She was very adaptable to our requests and worked her hardest to make sure we had everything we needed! We had an absolutely wonderful time in the Dominican and would love to go again!

Anne and Peruvian Soul have set a standard for travel agency service that is going to be very hard for anyone else to meet. From the very beginning Anne was there for us despite all our changes and concerns of travelling during COVID, she made sure that we were at ease and well informed every step of the way. Although I have never been to Peru we travel extensively around the world and have never had a trip go so well without one single hitch. The tours were perfect. Our tour guide, Cesar almost became like a family member, his photography skills were impeccable. I really don't know how to thank this team for the priceless memories they have given my son and I, but everyone that books a trip with them after reading this review will be adding a grain of gratitude towards them for me. When I was looking to book a trip to Greece, I found KimKim and after reading rave reviews I decided to contact them. The good thing with this travel site is that they work with a local travel agency at the place you’re going. In my case I was linked to Harris from Travel 12 in Athens, we had multiple communications via emails and he planned our 9 day Greece vacation to our specifications.
The trip was great from beginning to end, everything was taken care of, from private transfers to ferry tickets to private tours! The whole team at Travel 12 supported us throughout the whole trip, they were always in contact with us making sure everything went smoothly as planned, and gave us suggestions for places to visit on our free time.
Our drivers were all very professional and super helpful as well.
We enjoyed every minute and every place we visited, the food, the people, the sights! The Acropolis tour and the tour to Delos Island were very memorable, and we absolutely loved the sunset sail on the Caldera! A trip we will always remember, made even better thanks to the professionals at Kimkim and Travel 12 in Athens!

One of the best trips I've been on! Our guide, Tummas, was pure joy. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, prepared and fun. Because the weather is unpredictable, he always had a plan "B" which for us was as good as "Plan A". Lunches were delicious and fresh. The daily trips were well planned and we loved being able to experience some the of hidden gems and experience some of the local, off the beaten track cafes and restaurants. I will remember this trip always and will never forget the kindness and generosity of the people of the Faroe Islands and Tummas. A must holiday.

Chris Leontopoulos was amazing in helping design the perfect vacation for our family of 5 (Myself, My wife and three high schooler aged kids). Of course Greece was amazing, Athens, Crete, and Santorini, but the level of comfort and relaxation was made possible by the highly detailed and efficient plans set up, so that we never felt out of sorts. We had a lot of free time in every location to explore also, especially on Crete. Overall Exceeded our high expectations and we were truly delighted, and we will all remember this as one of our best family vacations ever.....maybe the best.

We were looking for a custom trip combining an active multi-sport vacation with sightseeing and a family reunion (of my scattered family in the US with relatives in the home country).
