A very comfortable place to start or end your Namibian adventure. Having very good restaurants with a beautiful courtyard right across the street was perfect. Generous breakfast, nicely appointed rooms and felt safe and secure.

Right at the gate to Etosha this is a perfect place to relax before, during or after your explorations of the park. Staff were so warm and genuine. Lodgings were perfect for a short stay. The restaurant and lounges overlooking the watering hole are beautiful. Good food.

I’m not sure it gets much more remote than this. Beautiful rooms with mesmerising desert views. Outstanding food with plentiful refreshments. 2 lovely pools to stay cool in the desert heat. To achieve this standard of hospitality in this remote and isolated setting is no mean feat! Highly r commended.

Good location for Swakop, walkable to everywhere. Clean and comfortable room with everything you need.

Outstanding rooms with larger veranda overlooking the reserve. Gorgeous common areas and excellent sundown game drive. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff.

Magical setting, thoughtful and sincere service, excellent room with outstanding view and it’s on splash pool. The sunset bar is not to be missed and the food is very good. Seeing elephants and giraffes truly on the wild with a friendly and professional guide topped off our stay.

The Indochine Lan Ha Cruise was a fantastic experience! Though I've been on many cruises, this one stood out for its charm and old-world feel. They packed the itinerary with special activities, like cooking demonstrations and exercise sessions, which made it special. It was a new ship but had the charm of an older vessel, adding to the allure. My granddaughter was thrilled by the experience of sleeping on water, which added to the joy.

Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa was lovely, especially with its rooftop amenities. Although it's a bit on the edge of town, which made walking into town slightly less convenient, the overall experience was very pleasant. The location made it feel a bit exclusive and serene.

The Hanoi Pearl Hotel was a delightful first stop on our trip. Although not the most luxurious, its cozy atmosphere and prime location made it a standout for us. The staff knew us by name, which made it feel personal and welcoming. It was perfectly situated for exploring Hanoi, which added to our satisfaction. The rooms weren't huge, but overall, it was a charming experience.

The last day in Hoi An was packed with activities and utter fun. We loved the lantern-making, the countryside bike rides, and the basket boat ride. Lunch was an exceptional experience, wrapping up a day full of diverse and special adventures. It was super fun and intimate with just our small group, making it a highlight of the trip.

We had a wonderful time at Ba Na Hills! Despite knowing little about it beforehand, the park atop a mountain was an incredible surprise. The day we visited, it poured rain, so we were soaked, but the magic of the place shone through. Even with the weather, it was an unforgettable adventure.

Holy cow, this place was great for a family friendly resort (we do not have children). We stayed in a Deluxe King poolside room and this could have been one of the best rooms we have every stayed in. We had a private pool (only shared with 5 other rooms adjacent to us) right outside our sliding door. They have similar rooms on the property but they connect to the family pool. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the big tub and the rain-down shower was so relaxing and refreshing. The staff was the best of our entire trip - so friendly and welcoming. The property is amazing. The oceanside infinity pool has great views and nab a cabana for the day or sunset. The breakfast buffet is vast and bountiful. The food quality was outstanding. We did not eat dinner there as we walked down the beach a few hundred meters to the Blue Sky Restaurant & Bar for a more local experience. This place is located about 20 minutes north of the touristy area of Khoa Lak in a more remote location with pristine beaches. There nearest next resort is the Marriott about a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

This place was interesting and a unique experience. We arrived here after 3 nights at a very nice resort so this place was felt a little lower quality and of value than expected. I was aware the typical accommodations our agent selects were sold out. Nonetheless, it was memorable and enjoyable. It felt like a very authentic Thailand experience. We stayed in an Exotic Cliff View tent with a nice view. The tent was spacious and the bed comfortable was adequate. The AC worked great, however the water pressure in the shower and sink could use some improvement. The grounds are adequately maintained. The pool could use some work but it didn't stop us from getting in (definitely didn't put my head under water). The staff was nice and the onsite restaurant had good food. If you're looking for a middle of the road accommodation at a very affordable price, this is a good place. It is located < 10 minutes from the National Park. I'd love to come back and spend more time in this area but I know there are other places to stay if you book further in advance.

Wow! This place is a must-stay. The views at Beyond are breathtaking. The entertainment of watching people posing for social media on the skywalk is comical. We recommend going to the rooftop infinity pool for the best view. The staff is so nice and the food was excellent. The onsite restaurants have a nice mix of quality Western and Southern Thai food. We stayed in one of the Seaview tents and we highly recommend them. You feel like you're staying in one of those over-the-water huts. They were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked very well to keep us comfortable. The views in the morning are a great way to start your day in paradise. There is a nice shop at the base of the resort to grab some gifts, snacks, and drinks for your room.

Again, another must-do experience in Thailand. This is located in the main area of Khoa Lak so very convenient if staying anywhere nearby. The experience started with a visit to the local market where we were immersed in the culture and exchange for fresh food. Wandee's school was only a few minutes away and she delivered a memorable experience. It doesn't matter if you can cook or not, she and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We learned more history about the food culture and cooking techniques of Thailand. We always loved Thai food and this has elevated our love for the country and culture.

Tee was an amazing guide. He took us on a 6 hour, 7 mile hike through the jungle. We had an amazing lunch and fresh pineapple riverside before a nice swim at a waterfall. He told us about the flora and fauna along the way. We saw monkeys, snakes, spiders, small and large lizards, birds, and more. He hand carved small drinking cups out of forest bamboo. He admitted his English wasn't very good but we were able to communicate fine and really enjoy this experience. We would have loved to spend another couple of days in this national park.

Another don't miss excursion. Uhm (sp?) was our guide and she was fantastic. Met local people from the village who were so friendly and welcoming. The paddle through the mangrove was memorable. The long tail boat ride out to a private. beach as well. We got to make our own Thai-dye with a local artist. We learned this history of tinning in the area and had a local teach us the art of panning for it. The local provided lunch was so authentic Thai and delicious. We really enjoyed this experience.

Do not do this (at least with company we went with). 1) We were staying up in Phang Nga and it was 2 hours each way to the pier (Phuket traffic is AWFUL). If you're staying in Phuket, this is only 15-20 minutes away. 2) We thought we were going out for a few hours nearby in a long tail boat. This was an all day trip (6:30am-7pm). 3) We were on a bottom fishing boat with about 20 people, 2 of them who got sick 10 minutes into the trip. We hardly caught any fish too. I'm sure there are some good fishing experiences there but this wasn't one of them. The best parts of the trip were - lunch, swimming, getting back to the pier to go home.

Great location, this hotel was hard as a family. Had to get 2 rooms, and we had to wait until 3pm until check in. It was very busy with a conference.

This hotel smelled of B.O upon entering. The staff seemed overwhelmed, it was extremley busy. I would not return to this property.

Beautiful property, clean and well appointed. Swimming facility was very nice, and room was comfortable. Lots of activities to spend time on. We wish we had booked more days here!

They would not let us check in a minute before 3PM. The train was steps out front of the door, it was a bit unnerving with kids. Would not recommend with children. It was clean, and well kept otherwise not a lot of amenities.

Best castle tour in Ireland. Self guided, but you really get to see the scope and scale of castle life. Would recommend.

Did not keep the kids interest. The factory tour was interesting, just not for children.

This is 1 activity that I would have skipped. The ipad tour was frustrating for my 8 yr old. The horse race ending was cool, but not worth the time or cost. It was freezing and raining, so we did not get to enjoy the grounds.

Dinner was at 7pm with show 8-10pm. I saw people coming in later than 7PM, I wish we would've eaten during the performance. Kids were tired by 9:30 and we left early. Also our seat was poor, with a pole in the middle of the view. I can't tell how to get a better seat. It looked like tables of 4 got terrible views. Great music, and show, would recommend.

Great tour! No room at the top. After 7 stories you want to take a seat, it is not possible. The cool view made up for it, but wish there was more seating at the top.

By the time we got here, we were tired and cranky. Nice room, good food. Internet was iffy at best.

What an amazing hostess Michelle is. She custom made a menu for my vegetarian friends. The beds were soft and the rooms divine. We were queens in the desert! We had an amazing dinner and even chocolate flan. Lots of fun with dancing and music by the fire under the stars with staff members. The camel ride there was a once in a. Lifetime experience and the staff was amazing in every aspect of our trip

Wonderful location and great staff members. The beds are very hard but the Riad is amazing. The staff member made an amazing breakfast every morning and even walked us to dinner one night.

This is a small family-run hotel, comfortable and homely rather than fancy. Breakfast is provided and there are several restaurants within walking distance for other meals. The staff are very friendly and the Capuchin monkey viewing second to none. We had a most pleasant stay.

This is a chain hotel, and it lives up to expectations. It is comfortable and conveniently located near the airport and car rental offices. The staff were very helpful and the evening meal a pleasant surprise. A bag breakfast is also available. The main advantage of the hotel is proximity to the airport and a regular shuttle service. This is especially convenient when one has an early morning outbound flight.

This hotel is beautifully situated on the waterfront and surrounded by dense forest. The gardens are lovely and home to Howler Monkeys and a variety of birds. Our room was comfortable and situated quite deep in the forest. Meals in the communal area were highly sociable, and the waterfront bar is delightful. Added attractions were the adjoining short forest trail and access to the spa and massage facilities at the neighbouring lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

A convenient and comfortable stopover in San Jose. Within walking distance of the downtown core.

We were blessed with sightings of sloths and innumerable birds, including the elusive quetzal. Our guide Jose was highly professional and engaging

The bird-watching boat ride and short jungle walk were rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable, not least thanks to our guide Fernando‘s enthusiasm, experience and enthusiasm.

This trip is more than getting from A to B. The route takes one over mountains and through forest and ultimately banana and pineapple plantations. Our bilingual guide Fernando provided us with a wealth of information along the way, and did an excellent job in gently shepherding us when we stopped for breakfast, transferred into boats, and checked in at our destination hotel.

The Finca Sura Farm Tour was truly a highlight of our trip. We had the pleasure of being guided by one of the family members, a younger son, which made the experience intimate and enlightening. The small group setting allowed us to engage and share ideas effortlessly, making the tour not just informative but also highly satisfying. The farm, being family-run and organic, added an authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended for those looking to connect with the local culture and learn more about organic farming in Costa Rica.

Type of bed only assigned on check in. If you want a King bed for certain pick another place. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

This was amazing because we fought to see the Presidential Palace that we paid for. Our guide substituted the Emirates Palace and was going to skip the Etihad Tower. This time I was more careful about our itinerary and contacted my trip planner. She had the guide take us to the two sites we had paid for. We got back to Dubai late but we were glad not to miss the real Presidential Palace which was spectacular. The Etihad Tower had no line. This was a better experience than in Dubai

This was a disaster. We think our guide did a switch on us changing our ticket for a lesser boat. ( or not buying it at all). We were on a two deck pontoon boat with plastic garden chairs, warm water and inferior food that did not even keep up with the local women and kids who attacked it like the last meal. The music was deafening and I had to cover my ears waiting for the food line. The entertainment was a Disney style LED lighted Sufi dancer that shames the religion. The GI issues I got in Dubai probably came from this lukewarm food buffer. We didn’t realize we were being taken to the wrong boat. The guide lied multiple times. He gave it away at the end contradicting himself. We felt cheated of this experience. The company name was not on the .pdf given to us nor a photo of the boat we should have been on. It’s like going to a party with no address

Please be aware that the line to get into the tour was 1 hour 45 minutes long with no where to sit. I’ve been told it can be longer. The view took all of 15 minutes long to see then a 20 min. Line to go back down. It was interesting but not essential.

The experience was great and lots of fun. A good view of desert culture. I did not like that my only water source was a gift thermos. They were filled from a big wrapped container. I made a mistake in drinking from it or eating food from the Luxury cruise. One or the other made me ill.

We never went here although it was on our itinerary.

Great ryokan experience! First off the meals were absolutely incredible! The onsen was nice and hot, the scenery from the large windows was beautiful, and the staff were also excellent. We really enjoyed it.

Great way to learn about how sake is made and the range of flavors it encompasses. We tasted at three different breweries including a good lunch at one. Our guide was knowledgable and friendly. Thanks!

We had the most amazing dinners and breakfasts at this ryokan! So many different dishes and flavors: some slightly more than a thimble full, some you grill yourself at the table, some prepared table-side by the chef, but always 10-15 things to taste and enjoy. Truly amazing. And the staff is really great.

This was a great tour! Some of the smaller shrines/temples so it's more intimate. Our guide, Keith, was amazing in his knowledge and nuance of Japanese history and culture (and restaurants and nightlife), after living there for 25 years.
