We arrived in the amazing setting of the Casa de Vista Alta and were warmly welcomed by Ester. The entire casa is intimate, warm, immaculate, well appointed and has an amazing staff. Our room was beyond words. The meals we had there were delicious and beyond plentiful. The bird watching was top notch. My only regret was not spending another day there.

Sebastian prepared us well for this adventure. I was a bit nervous since I hadn't been higher than the Matterhorn in Switzerland. He stopped for a warm tea before driving us up to the parking lot for Cotopaxi. The little store we stopped at was charming. I was thrilled by the experience of walking a 100 feet at that elevation, in the stormy elements of the day. On the way down we stopped at the park's cultural center. Sebastian briefed us on the exhibits in the center. We also stopped at a charming and memorable restaurant for a late lunch. There was a "petting zoo" on the grounds of the restaurant. We all were thrilled feeding the lamas the vegetables provided by the restaurant.

What amazing memories I have from this part of our adventure! It was the complete package with lots of information on the area, the culture, the animals, plants, birds, insects. The people were warm and gracious. Our guide Sergio aka "Tyson" was incredibly bright, informative and a delight to be around. He made our experience in the wonderful setting of the Napo Cultural Center unforgetable.

The Rossio Plaza Hotel was a clean and welcoming place to spend our two nights in Lisbon! The hotel was accommodating when we arrived in the city earlier than our check-in time by holding onto our luggage for us while we explored the city on the first day of our trip. This hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon which makes it extremely easy to walk around the city. Our only critique is that our top-floor room had a slanted ceiling which made the room feel very small and difficult to navigate.

My husband and I loved staying at Hotel Moon and Sun Porto during our honeymoon. The hotel is clean, well run, and extremely welcoming. The hotel offered to hold our bags for us when we arrived in Porto earlier than check in time. They were able to give us a clear understanding of the services that are offered at the hotel, and they were very flexible when it came to our 4 am check-out time so that we could catch our flight to the next stop on our trip.

The atmosphere at the Hotel One Shot Luchana 22 truly helped to give this boutique hotel an authentic feel. The main floor of the hotel is well kept, nicely decorated, and the staff are all eager to provide you with the best possible service. Unfortunately, our room did not match the atmosphere of the primary floor. During the entirety of our stay our room had a strong sulfur smell that was very intense when you entered the room. The walls of the room were scuffed and the bathroom had clear signs of water damage. These details took away from our experience staying here because they did not meet our expectations, given the impression that is made when one enters the premises.

The Casa Mathilda is truly an authentic bed and breakfast in the heart of Barcelona. While we were initially surprised about the feel of this bed and breakfast in comparison to the other hotels on our trip, we quickly were able to feel at home! The staff at Casa Mathilda is welcoming and friendly. They were able to help us get our bearings in Barcelona. The eco-friendly vibe of the bed and breakfast is also very welcomed, given the damage that the tourist industry can do to a city. When staying at Casa Mathilda, guests are able to make use of the common spaces that include a terrace, sitting area, and kitchenette- at all hours of the day!

The boat trip on the Douro River was a fun way to see the city of Porto! This ride gave us the chance to Porto from the water. The overhead narrations of the sites we were seeing were informative. Overall, this was an activity that we could have done without- while the narrations were informative it was easy to lose focus because the narrations were given in four different languages. There were instances where the narration in English took place after we passed the intended view.

We had a great time touring the Ferreira Winery! Our guide was very clear in his explanations of the history and practices of Ferreira!

Our tour guide gave us an in-depth tour of Madrid's most important sites! We loved the two and a half hours we got to spend with her. Without this tour we would not have learned as much as we did about the amazing history of Madrid!

This wine tasting was the highlight of our trip! We were welcomed into the wine store and were truly given a once in a lifetime experience to learn about Spanish culture and wine!

We had an amazing time touring Barcelona's Gothic Quarter on our private tour. We were able to learn way more about Barcelona than we ever would have on our own!

This was a such a unique way to learn about the ancient city of Toledo! Daniel, our tour guide, was informative and fun to be around while we traveled in and around Toledo by E-Bike!

I wish I had better things to say about our lunch at La Bola. The staff at the restaurant were visibly annoyed that we arrived at our reservation time of 1 PM because this is also the time that they open. While I understand that this is difficult for them, that was out of our control as we did not choose the time. The staff was difficult to communicate with as they were very short of patience and clearly not happy to have us there.

My wife and I spent 8 days in 3 different Greek locations, and this hotel was far and away the best. The staff was incredible, location was superb, and the food and drinks were great as well. We will definitely be staying if we ever visit Mykonos again (Shout out to the pool bar for being one of the best hangouts on the island)

They were very accommodating for every request. The coffee and breakfast were excellent and the AC was great.

Amazing location right on the edge of Stanely Park! The hotel is very old and the rooms are a little dated, but the location and price are worth it! Also, most of the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We were booked on the wrong tour in the wrong city. We weren't able to go on this tour.

We enjoyed our stay at Frost and Fire Boutique Hotel. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the black out shades. The breakfast was lovely as well as the staff. Would stay there again.

This hotel was fine. The room was very bare bones. They did not have a closet and had 3 hangers hanging from a curtain rod. The black out curtains did do the job. Most cabins were close to their parking spot, but unfortunately, ours was not. If it had not been raining/pouring, it would not have been such a big deal. the breakfast was ok. It was nice to have a restaurant on the premises as there was not a lot nearby.

This hotel was very well located, with friendly and accommodating staff. They even let us leave our car in the parking lot while we walked around Reykjavik after our checkout time. The room was very comfortable with good blackout shades. The breakfast was great with lovely servers.

The room was fine and close to the airport which was what we were looking for. However, when we checked in the front desk clerk was on the phone and just pointed to a room key. There were 3 keys there and we just picked up ours without any assistance at all from the desk clerk. We just needed a stay close to the airport and it did the job.

Definitely enjoyed the Lava Tunnel Tour and would recommend it for others. Our guide was also terrific!

Leon loved this very unique experience! Unlike anything else he has ever done.

Very unfortunately, we did not get to do the Zodiac boat tour as it was cancelled due to high winds and rain. What a disappointment! I had to put a star to continue, but obviously, not having done the boat tour, it is not valid.

The Katla Ice Cave Tour was amazing! An experience that you will never have anywhere else. The colors of the ice and just being in an ice cave is like no other. .

Quaint hotel, great location. Friendly staff and nice breakfasts. The rooms did not have windows, but that made it interesting because of its history. I didn't feel the comforters and blankets were cleaned and our room was very very mildewy, thus I removed some stars.

Great staff, beautiful surroundings and wonderful rooms! Meals were great and the activities were fun. Highly recommend!

Sleek, modern rooms, great service and staff, great breakfast.

You can’t really beat a 3 hr walk with a local.

A little less interesting than other fjord tours, given the length of it( 3+ hrs). Canned commentary on the boat. The outdoor deck was small compared to the number of people jockeying to take picture, get close but the boat was only about 75% full.

Despite consistent rain, the equipment keeps you dry, though one can feel overheated from the various layers. Guide / driver had lots of personality. Nice balance of humor and information. Concerned with our comfort, etc.

Didn’t expect to enjoy this much — expected it to be more sales pitchy/ “exit through the gift shop” experience, but was pleasantly surprised. Guide is the 3rd generation cider-master so there’s of wealth of knowledge and familiarity that he brings that’s beyond that given by a guide.

Our cooking class was a true highlight of our trip. It was fun, interesting and a great way to explore the Greek culture and cuisine.

Delos was an interesting and educational experience. Paired with a few hours in Mykonos the day was filled with diverse activities. It was a true highlight of our trip.

We love food walking tours because the guides take you to off the beaten path locations and share lots of interesting history. It's a fun way to explore the culture and try new things.

So unique and beautiful. I never would have thought of staying here, but our travel guide selected it and I am so thankful. It is in a great location and easy to get to.

Our driver Matt was so nice and helpful. It was great having an easy start to our trip, instead of trying to figure out public transportation with our luggage after such a long flight.

Joe, our guide, was exceptional. He had great information and we had so much fun with him!

Alan, our guide, was great. Funny, informative, and nice. Really enjoyed his anecdotes and stories as we drove to each place. It was a long day, but worth it!

Gareth, was our guide and he was awesome. He had so much information to share, I’m sure we could have spent all day walking around with him. The best part of the experience was that it was just the three of us, which really allowed us to be engaged.

I was not so sure about this experience when we saw it, but trusting everything else Stephen planned for us, we went with it and I am SO happy we did. Our guide Ruari was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to and learn from. It was truly a highlight of the trip!

Nice hotel! staff and great service! Clean and all amenities - It’s easy to get to and easy walk to city center- only down side is a few sketchy streets to walk by

This hotel is a 3.5 - except the outside pools- bar and grounds are a 5! Great service from bar tender pools clean and beautiful !!

We loved the experience of tasting the different wines between 2 wineries - guide loved the products and conveyed the backgrounds of each winery and vintage well - best part was watching the sunset in the rooftop bar area sipping wine and snacks!! A perfect way to end your day

Everything about the lodge was great except for the initial transfer. There was a several hour wait for the ferry but the guide chose a non ac car (it had ac but they wouldn't turn it on, maybe broken? I asked and they said no). Which in the heat was absolutely miserable. A warning to purchase cold water or something would've helped butac would've been better. Anyways, the lodge itself was great. Delicious food. Great staff. Our guide Lima was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Made us things from the rainforest. Showed us plenty of wildlife. Really had a great time with him.

Very large complex, somewhat crowded not a boutique hotel. Having the restaurant and the vast hot tubs area was convenient though.

Hotel right at the edge of the national park, nice to have pool downstairs where you could order food and we enjoyed the restaurant at the top of the hotel with the great view.

The room was extremely clean. The location was perfect, and the staff was exceptional.

It was unfortunate that we got to see the dolphins just for a brief moment but I understand that there are very elusive.
