With our travel planner Deb Smook's impeccable guidance and insight, we had a truly remarkable, custom trip in June, 2023. Deb really heard and understood what I had envisioned for this trip for our family of four and she expertly curated a memorable and impactful adventure, far exceeding my wildest expectations. Our favorite experience was the photo Safari at the Pangolin Lodge. Deb and her support staff were 'with us' behind the scenes every single step of the way, allowing us to travel comfortably and securely thru South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The knowledge, helpfulness, responsiveness and flexibility the team showed was extraordinary. We had to reschedule and redesign our trip a year late. At the last minute we made changes due to a sick member of our group. They took it all in stride. Highly recommend.

To answer your comments: - Regarding the hotel points, we cannot access private credits for hotels as it is a matter of privacy and there are direct agreements between customers and hotel chains. We usually prefer locally managed boutique accommodations, also to give a 100% authentic experience;
