A great way to start the trip, the guide was very helpful.

This was the highlight of my trip. Although I was reluctant to be in a hot air balloon, but it was so surreal.

I absolutely loved this hotel! So clean, wonderful staff, great breakfasts, and nice icy cold AC! One of the best hotels I stayed in during my trip. Great location as well right in the middle of the city. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Not my favorite hotel, but my guide told me it is one of the best in Esteli, so there you go! On the plus side, it was very quiet, had working AC, there is a restaurant downstairs, and the staff are all very nice. It is in walking distance from the city center. On the not so great side...the rooms look out into a hallway, the lights are fluorescent (feels sort of like a hospital), the hot water in the shower does not work, and I ended up being attacked by bed bugs (at least 30 bites). The room felt clean, but I had bites all over my stomach and legs and torso for days after. I would try to find someplace else if I go to Esteli again.

Loved this hotel! The hotel gets 5 stars, and Victor at the front desk gets 10! :) The hotel itself is just gorgeous and you feel like you are walking around at one of the finest resorts in the world. The rooms are huge, with patios and huge bathrooms. My room was spotless, and the AC was so nice to feel after walking around in the hot / humid city! This was one of the few hotels I stayed in as well which actually had working hot water in the shower. I could have stayed here a week. The breakfasts were very yummy, and they had a pool. It's right smack in downtown and within walking distance of everything. Victor at the front desk is a total star...helped me out and answered questions...always smiling and happy to help. I was ready to move in and only wish I could have stayed here longer! I saw other people mention the noise, but my room was in the back away from the street, so it was very quiet at night. Totally loved this hotel!

Who would have thought there would be a 5 star experience like this on the island of Ometepe? Truly this is one of the most unique and most amazing places I have ever stayed. I had my own little bungalow right on the beach, and only heard the waves and monkeys at night. It was so peaceful and serene. One of the few places I stayed in all of Nicaragua with a hot shower as well! It was super clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant provides great service and food at very reasonable prices. I only wish I could have stayed here longer (like a month!) It is a magical place and I can't wait to come back.

I really enjoyed this quaint little hotel, and don't judge the hotel by its facade! It looks a bit odd on the outside and rundown, but the interior rooms are very clean, bright, spacious, and well decorated. I had my own little balcony and it is mere steps from the beach. I picked this one over the Hotel Victoria and I am overall glad I did. My only not so great comment would be that the breakfast included is served across the street at a restaurant, and while the view from there is amazing (you are right on the beach!), the breakfast itself was probably the worst I had in Nicaragua. It was edible, but I would not pay to eat there again, which is odd, as I had a dinner there the night before and it was really tasty. Anyways, the hotel was great and I would stay there again...had a mini fridge which I found really nice to have while traveling.

We hiked so much! Oscar showed me all around the city and was willing to keep going much longer than I was! I loved getting to see so much of the town.

Really enjoyed the hike to the top and then sliding down. Oscar made me feel very safe and it was super fun. Wish we could have done it again, but would have been quite a hike again to the top!

Probably one of my favorite parts of the whole trip. Our guide, Carlos, was amazing. Started out as a 20 minute walk and turned into 3 hours...and a great jeep ride back to the city!

Really enjoyed this day. Oscar went out of his way to make sure I saw the whole reserve, the waterfalls, and an extra hike to the top of a mountain so that we could make the most of our Sunday. I was supposed to have the afternoon off, but it was Sunday, and everything was closed. Oscar found an extra hike we could do and filled the day with more fun things for me. Above and beyond treatment. I was so grateful.

This was very fun! I loved the hike to the active volcano, and Oscar made sure I got the best views. I enjoyed the little artisan market and seeing how pottery was made. We made a few stops and got to do some extra walking.

This was much more than I expected! I loved seeing all the little islands, getting to take a walk on one, and being able to feed a mango to a monkey!

Oh, I loved this island! I only wish that I could have had Oscar as my guide instead of Donald. Donald was very good, but I got very spoiled by Oscar and all the extra things he did for me. Nonetheless, Donald was quite good and made sure I got to see as much as possible. The driver of the car, Elma (Alma?) was also really nice and I enjoyed having a woman along for a bit!

Super fun! It was much more than I expected, and the ride to the top was scary but the driver made me feel safe. Great value, and I was so happy Oscar could do it with me.

The Doğa Thermal Hotel & Spa was a bit of a letdown. The air conditioning was not functioning well, which was uncomfortable given the heat. However, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate us.

The Bank Hotel was awesome. We had a two-bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family. The location was great, and the service was outstanding.

The cave hotel was a unique experience. It was comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The horseback ride was a great adventure. It was well organized, and the horses were well cared for. It was a fun and unique way to explore the beautiful Cappadocian Valleys.

The whitewater rafting exceeded my expectations. It was a thrilling adventure, and the guides were friendly and experienced. The rafting company was very professional. This was one of the top activities of our trip.

Sea kayaking was a wonderful experience. We loved getting up close to the ruins and the water was crystal clear. It was a great day out on the water.

The hot air balloon ride was the highlight of our trip. It was an incredible experience, one that will stay with us forever. The views were surreal, and the entire experience was well organized.

The hotel was very central. It was a comfortable hotel and was well sized .The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff were attentive.

A very comfortable hotel with a gorgeous view of the sea in the distance and the beautiful Greek Temples on the hills. A private swimming pool attached to the suite with lovely extras in the room with good products such as shampoo, conditioner and body products.

Well positioned comfortable hotel. Three story small rooms but clean and comfortable. There is very small elevator to take your bags to second floor only. Then a walk to the third floor.

A private cooking class was arranged which included some great Italian appetizers. The morning was lots of fun and the food was delicious.

Great tour of trekking Etna. The guide was great, and the experience was fun with the group. The tour included a trek through the gorges after a lunch at the winery. A great day out.

Nice that is was near the main square and in old Krakow but the rooms were very tiny, hotel layout was strange, would have rathered stay in a non-name brand hotel

very weird rooms and decor was unusual, almost uncomfortable. bathtub was in front of the bed on, what seemed to be a stage. Breakfast was the best of the entire trip- it was so good. Location was great.

just a long day of driving... zalipie was very underwhelming. The building we were supposed to visit was closed when we got there.

Rzeszow was a nice stop but not sure how necessary it was. Krosno was a fun stop, but also not necessary. Would have fathered spent more time in Warsaw

We decided not to go on the land cruise- it was a 2hr drive to get there, 2 hr cruise and 2 more hrs to drive to Warsaw. seemed out of the way and not that cultural of an experience. In hindsight, wish we took the train from Warsaw to Gdansk. Otherwise, this was just another day of driving

Nice stay. Wifi was an issue and room was a bit basic given the fanciness of hotel. Also, the room was far from the lake so not much of a lake view.

Free evening to chill.

Houseboat was stunning! Beautiful lounge area & roof deck. Room was excellent for a houseboat. Both hosts were very friendly and helpful. One shared dining table for all guests was impractical. On the second night, we arrived at the dinner table at our allotted time to find another guest's child playing with our food. The next morning we ate breakfast at our allotted time while other guests sat almost on top of us, watching us intently and waiting for their turn to eat breakfast. It was uncomfortable. Perhaps, it's a cultural difference here, as we prefer to have our own space when eating. Food was very basic given the fanciness of the houseboat experience. We expected better food and more variety. Also, our schedule was so busy that we only got back to the houseboat at around 8pm on both days so didn't really have time enjoy the houseboat. The Shikara ride was fun.

A fun time learning Kerala Cuisine from Rosy! And the food was delicious!

The place is very nice and extremely relaxed. I found the rooms more basic than I had hoped, but comfortable. The noise from others in adjecent rooms is an issue, one can hear every word spoken by the occupants in the rooms next to and below. I would tell your guests that this could be anissue. The pool was very nice and so was the gorgeous setting for the cottages. Breakfast was poor in my opinion as the taste was not good, the sausages were disgusting and the curry I ordered was tasteless. I did nt tell them this as I did want to upset the staff. A nice place overall, but not as good as it looks on the internet!~

Beautiful location and friendly staff! We loved that the rooms had AC and had a great time snorkeling and on the jellyfish tour. Took off one star for two reasons: 1) it was difficult to schedule snorkeling and other tours (but we really enjoyed them once we were scheduled!) and 2) we got food poisoning (probably from the buffet). Overall though I'd still recommend this spot -- especially if you're traveling with kids!

We love bikes and bike tours so this was a perfect way to kick off our time in Colombia. Our local guide (she was amazing!) and her colleague (who had biked all over Colombia!) took us all around town, sharing Bogota with us. Really an unforgettable experience learning about the local art, history, and food. Thank you for making this day so special!

We arrived in the amazing setting of the Casa de Vista Alta and were warmly welcomed by Ester. The entire casa is intimate, warm, immaculate, well appointed and has an amazing staff. Our room was beyond words. The meals we had there were delicious and beyond plentiful. The bird watching was top notch. My only regret was not spending another day there.

Sebastian prepared us well for this adventure. I was a bit nervous since I hadn't been higher than the Matterhorn in Switzerland. He stopped for a warm tea before driving us up to the parking lot for Cotopaxi. The little store we stopped at was charming. I was thrilled by the experience of walking a 100 feet at that elevation, in the stormy elements of the day. On the way down we stopped at the park's cultural center. Sebastian briefed us on the exhibits in the center. We also stopped at a charming and memorable restaurant for a late lunch. There was a "petting zoo" on the grounds of the restaurant. We all were thrilled feeding the lamas the vegetables provided by the restaurant.

What amazing memories I have from this part of our adventure! It was the complete package with lots of information on the area, the culture, the animals, plants, birds, insects. The people were warm and gracious. Our guide Sergio aka "Tyson" was incredibly bright, informative and a delight to be around. He made our experience in the wonderful setting of the Napo Cultural Center unforgetable.

The Rossio Plaza Hotel was a clean and welcoming place to spend our two nights in Lisbon! The hotel was accommodating when we arrived in the city earlier than our check-in time by holding onto our luggage for us while we explored the city on the first day of our trip. This hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon which makes it extremely easy to walk around the city. Our only critique is that our top-floor room had a slanted ceiling which made the room feel very small and difficult to navigate.

My husband and I loved staying at Hotel Moon and Sun Porto during our honeymoon. The hotel is clean, well run, and extremely welcoming. The hotel offered to hold our bags for us when we arrived in Porto earlier than check in time. They were able to give us a clear understanding of the services that are offered at the hotel, and they were very flexible when it came to our 4 am check-out time so that we could catch our flight to the next stop on our trip.

The atmosphere at the Hotel One Shot Luchana 22 truly helped to give this boutique hotel an authentic feel. The main floor of the hotel is well kept, nicely decorated, and the staff are all eager to provide you with the best possible service. Unfortunately, our room did not match the atmosphere of the primary floor. During the entirety of our stay our room had a strong sulfur smell that was very intense when you entered the room. The walls of the room were scuffed and the bathroom had clear signs of water damage. These details took away from our experience staying here because they did not meet our expectations, given the impression that is made when one enters the premises.

The Casa Mathilda is truly an authentic bed and breakfast in the heart of Barcelona. While we were initially surprised about the feel of this bed and breakfast in comparison to the other hotels on our trip, we quickly were able to feel at home! The staff at Casa Mathilda is welcoming and friendly. They were able to help us get our bearings in Barcelona. The eco-friendly vibe of the bed and breakfast is also very welcomed, given the damage that the tourist industry can do to a city. When staying at Casa Mathilda, guests are able to make use of the common spaces that include a terrace, sitting area, and kitchenette- at all hours of the day!

The boat trip on the Douro River was a fun way to see the city of Porto! This ride gave us the chance to Porto from the water. The overhead narrations of the sites we were seeing were informative. Overall, this was an activity that we could have done without- while the narrations were informative it was easy to lose focus because the narrations were given in four different languages. There were instances where the narration in English took place after we passed the intended view.

We had a great time touring the Ferreira Winery! Our guide was very clear in his explanations of the history and practices of Ferreira!

Our tour guide gave us an in-depth tour of Madrid's most important sites! We loved the two and a half hours we got to spend with her. Without this tour we would not have learned as much as we did about the amazing history of Madrid!

This wine tasting was the highlight of our trip! We were welcomed into the wine store and were truly given a once in a lifetime experience to learn about Spanish culture and wine!

We had an amazing time touring Barcelona's Gothic Quarter on our private tour. We were able to learn way more about Barcelona than we ever would have on our own!

This was a such a unique way to learn about the ancient city of Toledo! Daniel, our tour guide, was informative and fun to be around while we traveled in and around Toledo by E-Bike!

I wish I had better things to say about our lunch at La Bola. The staff at the restaurant were visibly annoyed that we arrived at our reservation time of 1 PM because this is also the time that they open. While I understand that this is difficult for them, that was out of our control as we did not choose the time. The staff was difficult to communicate with as they were very short of patience and clearly not happy to have us there.

My wife and I spent 8 days in 3 different Greek locations, and this hotel was far and away the best. The staff was incredible, location was superb, and the food and drinks were great as well. We will definitely be staying if we ever visit Mykonos again (Shout out to the pool bar for being one of the best hangouts on the island)

Amazing location right on the edge of Stanely Park! The hotel is very old and the rooms are a little dated, but the location and price are worth it! Also, most of the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.
