My family and I had a wonderful experience traveling through Thailand. All of the logistics were smooth and easy, allowing us the maximum time to spend together relaxing and learning new things. We adults marveled at the Grand Palace in Bangkok (though it was a lot for the kids), and the kids loved the tuktuk tours and the colors of the floating market. Everyone relaxed in Koh Samui and enjoyed the charm of Chiang Mai. Our friends wondered if we were trying to fit too much into our time in Thailand, but with our tailored tour, it all felt possible! Lacey checked in to make sure it was all going well, and her team was always available when we needed!

Great planned trip. Good use of 7 nights. Liked the split and a break between both major safari (Sabi Sand and Chobe NP). The break covered lookouts and hiking in Blyde Canyon areas, staying in White River, and trip to Victoria Falls. We intentionally added an additional game drive in the Zambezi NP one free morning ourselves. All three places (in Sabi Sands, Victoria Falls and Chobe NP) were great. Chobe NP resort inside the park was very good and definitely 5 stars. Nkorho bush lodge in Sabi Sands was very good with excellent guides. The river Cruise was on Zambezi was excellent. Location for Victoria Falls lodge was excellent. Place was slightly dated. Local tour outfitters / transport (Sable Tours for Sabi Sands & White River, Wild Horizons in Zambezi tours/river cruise, and local Botswana transfer to Chobe) were excellent. Both flights on Airlink Airlines and one flight on FastJet were well planned.

We had 13 days in Australia, Connnie did a wonderful job helping us plan. Did a Foodie tour in Melbourne with Janet. She told us about immigration in Melbourne. The highlight was the Mabu Mabu Cafe. The Penguin Parade on Phillips Island was fun. In Cairns we took the railway to the Kuranda Rainforest, which was a lot of fun. We also went snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef. My daughter and I touch a sea cucumber. It was beautiful. In Brisbane, we toured the Gold Coast and the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Not only did my daughter hold a koala, but we saw a spinning platypus. Eco Safaris was awesome. The Sydney Opera House was truly amazing. Let's Go Surfing provided a great tour of Bondi Beach and surf lessons. It was an excellent adventure.

We had an amazing time with Ayoub on our tour of Morocco. He was kind, patient and shared some delights with us that we didn’t expect like lunch in Taddart Oufella and roadside kefir+couscous in Souk Tlet El Gharb. He shared fun stories and we had good laughs. The girls enjoyed his smooth driving, as well. Thank you, Ayoub!

Incredible experience from the time we landed in the airport till we headed back home. Also Lucy, Lindi was able to add a last min 5 hour tour of Johannesburg which was really good.

Emi and Francesco were invaluable in planning my trip to Italy. As a single mom traveling with two teenage boys I was overwhelmed by the planning and needed help. It was easy to communicate with Emi and Francesco through the KimKim platform throughout the entire process. They were attentive to my requests and always replied in a timely manner. I was satisfied with the hotels and transportation chosen for us. I had requested to splurge a little at our last destination (Sorrento) and the hotel did not disappoint! The high speed train transport in business class was comfortable and easy to navigate. The tours they chose in each city were lead by friendly and informative tour guides. The only change I would make is to the private gondola ride in Venice. It was a lovely ride but departed from one of the main tourist areas and was very crowded. There were other gondola rides we saw that were off the beaten path which I would have preferred. I was able to use WhatsApp to contact the team a couple of times during the trip with questions which was very helpful. Our tours of the Colosseum, Palantine Hill, and Roman Forum and of Pompeii were AMAZING and will be remembered for a lifetime. I would advise to arrive at the tour meeting locations early. I used Google maps to find my way and it got me close to some of the locations but I had to spend some extra time finding the right place. Also, bring your own wired earbuds because the ones provided for the tours hurt our ears. We attended a pizza and gelato making class in Florence which resulted in the best gelato we had the whole trip (and we had a lot). This was the favorite activity of my teenage boys. This is the first trip I've taken that I did not plan entirely myself and I am looking forward to using KimKim again for my next adventure. I would recommend Emi and Francesco to anyone traveling to Italy.

He made sure we stopped in the shade a lot too. Again, the earbuds were uncomfortable and hard to keep in my ear. It was interesting to see all the archaeologists working on the site while we were there.

I loved seeing the city and learning about the architecture. I did not like the earbuds provided for the tour. They hurt our ears which made my kids take them out and ask me questions instead of listening to the guide. We came across a funeral for a gondolier that had died and got t see the special gondola that was being used.

We have been back a week now and wish we could return to the trip that Aggeliki planned for us. We took a giant leap of faith using this KimKim app which we had never heard of....to our delight it was well worth the leap of faith. Aggeliki, our representative from KimKim in Greece was a 10/10. She had everything planned out correctly including all driver pick ups and ferry trips. We made all plans including our itinerary and hotel changes, tour changes and updates right through the app with only one actual telephone call.
When our ferry was late while in Greece and we had not yet received notification from the ferry company, Aggeliki had already alerted us of the delay. She is professional and efficient and was available to us the entire trip, via the app or through whatsapp. We don't think she actually ever sleeps!
As for the trip...Aggeliki always had us arriving to our tour with extra time. I will say there was alot of wait around time in certain circumstances, but to her benefit we believe she was erring on the safe side to allow for traffic, etc. and overall delays.
Greece is not only a beautiful historic place to visit, but the hospitality of the people is a 10/10.

Marisa and the whole team of "Across Portugal" made our Portugal experience very memorable. The planning, communication and efficiency was on point. No mistakes at all..You all made our vacation very special. We liked the special treatment and the details involved in everything Marisa did for us. We had a truly memorable time in Cambodia and Vietnam. As I am travel writer and travel blogger, I carefully evaluated every aspect of our trip.

We had amazing service from Dat throughout the planning stages. He was cognizant of our needs and met all our requests. He was also in contact with us during the trip and responded to two text messages we left him despite the time difference. We were really impressed with his expertise, knowledge and suggestions.We were delighted and very surprised that Dat was even able to add a couple of excursions that we requested him to handle when we were actually on the trip. We will certainly recommend Dat to all future travelers. He was just terrific.

We were only disappointed about one thing: when we requested Dat to make the airline check-in baggage payment on our behalf with the promise that we would reimburse him (as we were unable to do it online for technical reasons), he never responded to us at all. A simple No on his part would have sufficed and we would not have been kept hanging. Fortunately, we were able, eventually, to handle the matter on our own, but we do wish he had conveyed his thoughts to us on this issue (even if it would have involved a refusal because Kimkim does not handle international airline bookings).

We loved the hotels, the lavish breakfasts, the polite and efficient services of the pick-up staff and drivers everywhere. However, I do need to say that we had a very hard time understanding what the guides were saying. Either their English was too poor or their accents were too heavy. I do to know if you are able to vet and approve of the guides or not; but we lost out on a whole lot of commentary because the majority of our guides were sub-standard. Yes, they were helpful and obliging, but their verbal communication was very disappointing. We were happy that we had carried a lot of photocopied material with us from our own guide books and this information supplemented the meagre commentary we received from our guides.

All said, our trip was memorable and most enjoyable. For all these reasons, we will continue to use Kimkim for all our travel needs in the future and will also recommend your company warmly to everyone who wishes to travel. Many thanks for all your assistance. You made our travels in Cambodia and Vietnam a real pleasure and completely trouble-free.

Jenny did an excellent job! I told her that I need to plan a trip to accommodate my husband, a professor of geology and my son, a thrill-seeking teenager. She totally did it!

Her itinerary was very logical, the accommodations at the guesthouses were lovely and the food was delicious.

Our trip began with a crisis, as our flight leaving out of Minnesota was cancelled due to the pilot being in a car accident on his way to the airport. I worked with Sigurour Jokusson to make sure that we didn't lose any of our reservations. He was very helpful and calming during this bit of crisis. I greatly appreciated him and his insights.

We had an amazing 10 day family trip to Greece. KimKim helped us plan the itinerary and answered all of our questions to ensure we had the best trip possible. It took the stress out of worrying about our trip. When we were in Greece, we had access to a local agent who answered all of our questions whenever we needed and was extremely responsive. We already can’t wait to travel again with them!

Sarah was a fantastic planner as well as a support system for the trip. I have a "late" family. We are always running a bit behind as we are "stop and smell the roses" kinda of people. Sarah helped us make our appointments and keep all the vendors informed. That plus Jane helping us get new tickets for the train at the very last minute, were invaluable.

The trip was epic. We will DEFINITELY be using Kim Kim again.

Trip was tremendous. Everything worked out perfectly. All the guides selected were great. The only changes I would make next visit to Switzerland would have been to limit the stay to Lauterbrunnen Valley and Zermatt. I'm glad we visited the cities as well but we much more enjoyed the countryside and mountains. Also, i would suggest Gornergrat over Glacier Paradise in Zermatt with regards to excursions.

I haven't used a travel service before this trip-- and I couldn't be happier with the result. It was a super easy and user-friendly platform and way of communicating with Anna-Maria. She made traveling with three generations smooth and met the needs of everyone with a variety of activities. We loved the private drivers and tour guides as they were flexible to our interests and needs (stretching our legs, lots of gelato stops). The local providers Anna-Maria found were on time, kind, and local experts. From Pero's extensive knowledge of the history of Dubrovnik (including Game of Thrones) to Antonio's expertise in the waters surrounding Korcula to Christina's relationships with local and family restaurants on our food tour of Split--- all were wonderful core memories and experiences for us. Anna-Maria's communication throughout the trip, just checking in on us and providing any details was appreciated and top-notch. 1000% would recommend Anna-Maria, KimKim, and Croatia!!

This was a wonderfully modern and comfortable hotel. We loved the patio dining (delicious and overlooking the yachts) and the vast breakfast spread. This was the most comfortable bed that opened out to a large balcony. The shower was roomy and it had a separate bathtub! The roof deck pool was also wonderful to cool down in. The only reason this hotel didn't get 5-stars is because we faced the street and both rooms you could hear the very loud street and the restaurant/club music was SO loud at night. Definitely get waterview rooms for some peace and quiet.

The location and staff were perfect and lovely. The main challenge with this hotel is accessibility. There are a LOT of stairs; 3 sets to get to your room with no elevators. The staff kindly takes up your bags, but traveling with older people it wasn't as easy as we would have liked given the amount of walking/strolling you do in a day. The breakfast spread was nice but our least favorite on the trip. The staff was really nice and kind-- and made up for the other elements. Definitely ask for a sea view room! Watching the boats come in and out of the marina was one of our favorite things. The patio views were really calming and lovely.

This is my dream hotel. I loved the design-- modern, but comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The restaurant (dinner and lunch) was fantastic under mature trees and umbrellas with an attentive staff. The views and service from the lounge patio were also wonderful! We were in the Villa building with a large, comfortable and modern room. Sadly, we didn't have a view or a balcony as we were on the first floor (back of a building). But it did make coming and going through our day very easy. The location is fabulous and a stone's throw from the Old City and bus stops. The service is top-notch.

Antonio and Patricia were fantastic. This was our favorite activity. Antonio made it super fun for the kids by feeding the deer, finding a baby octopus and a sea star, and letting us try sea urchin! He was very knowledgable and knew the waters well having grown up in Korcula.

We loved this day trip. Totally a wonderful day trip. We loved going to Persalt and the little boat trip to the monastery. Kotor and a beautiful lunch (on our own) was a lovely treat which was recommended by our driver. Gabriel was a wonderful driver, we just wish we had a guide to give us a bit more history of the area. But he made great stops along the way and gave us his personal history which was nice! I would have liked to have spent more time in Kotor!

Thanks to Stephen for your support, as we planned our family trip to London and Scotland this June, and incorporating our special requests where possible, including detours to Anfield Liverpool and Silverstone!

Stephen and the Kimkim team supported us before and throughout the trip, in particular our further enquiries on local transport options for activities where we had to make our own way. With this, we MUST mention the Kimkim hotline - which came in really handy when we're faced with issues during the trip, especially when the taxi sent to pick us up from the train station to Silverstone was too small to fit our family of 6 + luggage - It was a relief to hear Clement on the line, who got our issue resolved promptly with a replacement vehicle with minimal disruption to the planned itinerary.

The overall itinerary planned worked well for us, with perhaps the exception of The Highlands days - which were a bit rushed as there was quite a driving distance between destinations - so we may not have completed all activities as planned (rather back to back e.g. 3-4 hours morning hike at Ben Vrackie, followed by Dunnother Castle at 1.30pm). Nevertheless, the Highlands is beautiful and a must-see, where you can and fit!

Once again, thanks for the precious memories made for our family this Summer! Special highlights for us goes to the Edinburgh boathouse, Cairngorms with Safari Steve, Culag woods near Inver Loch, Lost valley hike in Glencoe and Caledonian sleeper!

Beautiful and cosy house - a very pleasant surprise as we arrived, with all that we needed in a home away from home - Clean, spacious, cosy deco for chilling out together, beautiful views with fireplace, fully functional kitchen etc - Would really be perfect for the Winter we believe! BUT, it turned out really uncomfortable during our stay this summer - Very warm and stuffy inside the house with only 1 fan, and we're unable to open the windows for cooler air. Some summer midges made their way into the house too, so it was not pleasant and couldn't sleep well. While weather conditions are not within control, it'd definitely help if there was more fans, portable airconditioner made available. Equally important would be messages for guests on midges precautions. Otherwise, it'd really dampen the overall holiday vibes and mood at the Scottish highlands.

Love The Camillia we called home in Edinburgh - The boat was really a very special experience with lotsa comfort and space for everyone in the family (2 adults + 4 teenagers). Centrally located and convenient - Boat was easy to find within a 10 min bus ride from Waverley Station and just a minute walk from bus stop. Tesco express round the corner (2mins), walking distance to Edinburgh old town and nearby eateries. We'd recommend this unique experience

I wanted to take the time to praise the experience we have had with Kim Kim Travel. The whole trip was seamless and amazing! We traveled to 4 destinations throughout the course of our vacation and the booked private transportation has been phenomenal!
