Thank you so much for a great trip. Overall everything went very smoothly and everything planned was great. The hotels were fabulous for us and great combination of cuteness, little lux and just good solid sleeping place mixed together. Car rental/pick ups were timely and easy. Eva explained a lot thoroughly and was on point. Tour guides, Greta, Stermeyer(sp? With glaciar boat and glacier hike guys all nice, knowledgeable and organized.
We found the only minor changes is us double checking addresses. Example although we had National park, we had no idea where entrance was as a few parking lots. A set point to visitor center or tell park at R2 lot etc helpful. Also our guide for Thor was great, but he said he was not taking us to waterfall although we had asked how we were doing the tour and waterfalls. It was no problem to do all after guide Greta explained route on our own was on the way. I would also say Vic is not a place to stay but to visit on day trip. Eva’s choices to best view Northern lights spot on. As I said, great trip, easy communication, Eva fabulous, appreciate all the work and constant communication to our questions. Thank you

Norway is amazing!! Mathias did a great job with every place we visited. We started in Oslo, saw the Opera house and the Munch museum. Took an electric boat on Fjords and Susie made waffles with the brunost cheese, delicious! We also went rock climbing and zip lining in Andalsnes across waterfalls and beautiful trees. Enjoyed dinner at EGGEN restaurant at the top of a mountain by way of a gondola and watched a perfect sunset. Wow! We then traveled to Geiranger,a quaint little fishing village with the most beautiful Fjords. Peter was our three hour tour bus guide. He knows a thing or two since he has been doing this for 30 years. We stopped at waterfalls and zipped through the valleys in the mountains. Time really does fly when you are having fun, didn't feel like three hours. He told us about trolls and other legends. Our final destination was Alesund a fairy tale looking island. The architecture was incredible with their cobblestone streets and lighthouses. Antenot was the perfect guide as we hiked eight miles, up a picturesque hillside along with sheep grazing below. Great food and great times with great friends. We had the time of our lives. Thanks Mathias and KIMKIM.

So many people to thank and names I might have missed. But I will start with my accommodations. Whether it’s a 5 star hotel or air bnb, I was given that served it purpose well for me. Aside from great hotels like Llao Llao in Bariloche, Alto Andino in Ushuaia and Senderos Hosteria in El Chalten are nice.

Valeria our tour guide for Iguazu falls was superb including our drivers. Nahuel made our Food tour in Buenos Aires extra educational and lots of new information.

L Hotel Palermo, especially Julia and colleagues are extra accommodating with our needs. Like looking for a saloon and others.

Our Kim Kim trip was excellent. It saved us a ton of time in planning and research. Our organizer Mieke was super helpful and we enjoyed all her recommendations. Having all the trains tickets and passes made traveling easy and saved alot of time. We spent 10 days travelling through the Netherlands and Belgium . Both were wonderful countries with much to see and do. The tours we took were all well organized and informative. Its always great to spend some time with local people and get there perspective on their cities and country.

On a scale of 1-5 I would give KimKim a 20!!! They wildly exceeded my expectations. There was 7 of us in our group and everyone in the group could not have been more pleased with everything as well. They let us personalize our itinerary so we had free time when we wanted but every tour they scheduled for us was fantastic. It was an 8 day trip that had us staying 4 days in Sorrento, followed by 2 in Florence, and finishing up with 2 in Venice. The drivers, the tour guides, the people who greeted us were also fantastic. If there was a scheduling change we were notified immediately. The hotels we stayed at were all excellent as well. All of us kept commenting throughout the trip how well everything was going and what a great job KimKim did. At the outset of planning for this trip we gave them a targeted amount we were looking to spend and the package they delivered met our expectations and then some. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will absolutely use them again in the future! If you make it to Capri it's a must to visit the Blue Grotto!!!

Eva was great!! Schedule she suggested was fantastic for our crowd; had some changes needed to make mid trip and she accommodated us. Was very responsive throughout.

A bit more clarity in some areas may have helped as we were first time visitors to Iceland, just regarding things that may not be so obvious to tourists (like we didn’t know some places needed more directions/lacked road signs like they have in other countries- but great not to have the country landscape ruined with too many signs and wires!).

System didn’t update changes….that of course would be up to the company (some of agenda contradicted itself as result; we caught it luckily and qualified before driving to the wrong place).

Appreciated all the communication, guidance and effort!

My wife & I, who live in suburb of Washington DC, took a two weeks trip to the beautiful Italy this month.
It was a wonderful trip in all the places we visited and stayed, including Rome, Venice, Florence, and the Amazing Amalfi coast . Italy is a fascinating and beautiful country and we are happy that we had a chance to explore it.

Thanks to wonderful Elena with KimKim Group, who arranged every step of our great trip, we had a lovely time.
All of our personal Tour guides were great, well educated and explained the museums, the cities and the rich Italian - no-wait-in-line tickets of historical sites. Several trips in high speed trains that were included in our package were amazing.

The majority of the hotels we stayed in, except maybe one, were great, in the center of the cities, and accessible to all planed destinations, including a couple of wine tasting beautiful sites. A day trip with a boat to and around the Island of Capri was just wonderful.
It was all an amazing experience that we'll never forget. Hope we will do it again soon.

After 3 flightss to get to San Pedro de Atacama, it was great surprise to see the service and how helpful was the GM (Rosario Villagra) and her entire staff at Nataya Alto Atacama Hotel. All the excursions we picked were well planned and every guide was fenomenal, they considered my disabilities and supported me thruout the trip. The hotel beautiful location and facilities are above many. The hotel restaurant had a different menu for each meal daily and still provided enough selections for all, each meal we had was expectacular in presentation, service and taste. At the end of the day, I spent it with Mauricio and Macarena at the bar, great suggestions on the drinks and enjoyable to talk too.

In Santiago, our guide was Maite, she was knowledgeable and great to talk to. Kept us informed, made modifications as needed. All our drives were great(Jorge, Orlando and David), except the one not mentioned. All our meals were memorable (Bocanariz, Carnal Prime Steakhouse, Donde Augusto). La excepcion fue El Giratorio, bella vista, pero la comida no vale, regrese mi comida dos veces.
Las excursions en Santiago( City Tour, Museo Pre-Colomniano, El Cerro San Cristobal, El viaje a Valparaiso y Viña del Mar) las recomiendo, las otras no.

Our specialist, Amandine was tremendous in helping us put together this fabulous trip. Hotels were great and transportation transfers were comfortable and always on time. Antonis was amazing through all phases of planning and traveling to Greece for our honeymoon - it couldn't have been more perfect!

He catered the trip based on what we were looking for, and we did everything from a historical tour in Athens to relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Naxos, to an interactive cooking class with the locals, to a sunset cruise in Santorini. The trip itself was extremely smooth - Antonis met us at our hotel when we arrived to brief us on our trip and answer any questions we had. From there, we always had a driver who picked us up and transferred us to any activity or ferry we needed to get to. It made island hopping completely stress free!

All in all - I would 100% recommend booking travel to Greece with Antonis! He was amazing and made our honeymoon the best it could be!!

The guides that Alvaro, or the Kimkim team, assembled were excellent. They met us at the airport, took us on tours and then told us what to expect the next day. Only once, for the Bay cruise, 2 different guides had my name. We went with a 76 yr old guide that was excellent. My husband at 77 called him a youngster. As for the speed boats between islands, Kimkim needs to erase the part about looking for dolphins, etc. it is a 2 hour slam fest pounding on the water and for most passengers the water is not visible in either direction. It made me wish for the hydrofoils of Europe. The snorkeling trips were excellent. The hotels were adequate but I would recommend the top 2 levels for reliable internet. I would go again!

Said listened to what we wanted in a trip and planned it perfectly. Our local guide and driver Samir was most attentive to our every need. We felt safe with him. He went above and beyond to make the journey memorable. The arrangement of having some local guides was also very helpful.
We will use Kim Kim as we plan other trips. Well done everyone!

Overall, Morocco was absolutely fantastic!
The team on the ground and the effort put in by Hakim, was amazing! Every effort was put in to make the trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thank you very much.

Casablanca was an unnecessary stop. It was planned so as to avoid additional travel after the flights but it would have been better to have spent time at a beach holiday destination.

Outside of the organised trip I spend a few days in Essaouira which was amazing and should be included in future trips.

This restaurant has some of the freshest and most unique seafood I’ve ever had. The owner clearly loves sharing each morning’s catch with his guests. On top of that, the view of the small island with the church of St Nicolas is charming. Bianca was very helpful in planning our trip. She was always quick to respond and answer our questions. There were different local tour companies used in the various locations we visited. Some were good, some excellent and others I would not recommend. Camp George a private reserve in Kruger National Park was excellent. Our guide Alex was wonderful as was all the staff at the camp. Sable Tours that did our panoramic tour of Blyde River Canyon I would not recommend using. Our guide seemed to be in a hurry to get us to our hotel instead of showing us the sights. And the next morning our flight was at 11:35 am and they insisted on picking us up at 6:00 am for the airport. We sat at the airport for more than 4 hours. The desk to check luggage and get our boarding passes did not even open until 2 hours after we arrived. We only had 6 people on our flight so we were dropped off early because it was convenient to them not us. Wild Horizons tour company. in Victoria Falls was mixed. Some days they were on time for the tours and other times they were not. Once we waited for 30 minutes and gave up and the people at the hotel took us to the location for our sunset cruise. Paradise Touring in Cape Town was very good. Our guide Farook was great and we would recommend him. Overall it was an enjoyable trip.

Full Day Private Johannesburg, Apartheid Museum & Soweto Tuk Tuk Tour

The Apartheid Museum was closed the day we were there but we went to Constitutional Hill which was interesting. We also enjoyed the traditional lunch and Soweto Tuk Tuk tour.
