The trip was truly incredible and beyond our expectations, to be honest. We spent roughly 13 days traveling between Lima, the Amazon, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Cusco. Next, we headed to Argentina for 6 days where we fell in love with Buenos Aires during our time there and at a Gaucho ranch in addition to a stunning 2 days at Iguazu Falls where we even wnet to Brazil for the day!

Kristy from Kim Kim was a fantastic help throughout the booking and trip process; her knowledge was key to ensuring the trip exactly met our expectations, and it didn't disappoint. She was even available throughout the trip for any issues or questions we had and provided some brilliant insider knowledge on food, trips, and recommendations she knew we would like!

All the elements worked seamlessly from travel to flights and hotels, so we didn’t have to worry or think about anything, to be honest—it was very slick. Finally, a special thank you to our guides, with whom we spent some unforgettable times: Henry in the Amazon, Frank in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, Feddy at Iguazu Falls, and Rosa in Buenos Aires. All of you really made the trip special and one we will never forget!

Planning is now underway for a return to South America next year! :)

It was a fantastic trip. Snorkeling in Silfra was amazing. The itinerary was very good, lodging, food, all great.

We had a wonderful trip to Amboise, Bordeaux and Paris. It was a perfect mix of small town, mid-sized city and big city. Booking through Kimkim made all our travel so easy and allowed us to focus on enjoying ourselves rather than figuring everything out each day. Our specialist Amadine was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance negotiating an unexpected situation (totally an individual issue/not related to France). We appreciated her regular communication as well as from Margaux. I have already recommended kimkim to a number of my friends.

Great trip. Highlights included the food tour with Patricia, the Machu Pichu tour with Fisher, and the Tour of lake Titikaka with Jose was the best!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our PRIVATE trip to Italy. We were a group of 4 senior citizens.
Our drivers we always on time and our personal guides were actually outstanding. They accommodated us at our own gentle and non-hectic pace. When we requested breaks to rest, our guides we are accommodating. All our guides recommended and actually led us to noncommercial local restaurants and stores. We were really embedded in the Italian culture. Our local specialist Rita kept in touch with us every day and sometimes 2x a day. She made so many arrangements & cancellations for us we are so happy we did not make her quit. LOL Now I am not going to mention the names of our guides and drivers for selfish reasons bec I want them all to ourselves for our next trip to explore the northern tour of Italy next year:):)

First of all, this hotel is located in excellent section of Florence and with walking distance for just about all important sites. AND restaurants too! It's a converted church/rectory to a hotel which is very typical of most hotels in this particular area of Florence. But it also means the rooms and hallways are very large. The public spaces and rooms actually have air conditioning. The hotel rates are sensible too. not overpriced.

First of all, this is a 5-star hotel and the whole staff was extremely Solicitous to us senior citizens .The restaurant won many Michlin awards. All air condition and super clean rooms & clean bathrooms through ought. They offer WHITE hand towels not paper ones.

The location was stupendous!! The whole hotel has extra-large glass windows and glass door all overlooking the mediterranean sea. And at Nite you can see all the yachts anchored in the harbor.

The staff was absolutely perfect. They bent over backwards for us. The front desk answered with 1 ring of our phone call of things we need like was cloth's. The called for transportation in our behalf without delay. When the kitchen was closed & we had to leave at 5am in the morning they packed us breakfast and lunches to go. The dining room staff served us with white glove and the tables had white tablecloths.

Are room was large with lots of windows and everything was colored white especially the white tiles on the floor. I mention this bec dirt can't hide on white everything has to be clean or guest will notice dirtiness.

The staff was well dress and the had a security guard in the lobby all day but i don't know why bec the location was great. It's in the bst part of town! It's hard for me to overstate how wonderful this trip was. Amal was amazing from the very beginning. We weren't the most organized travelers when planning and Amal was endlessly patient with us and very responsive to our questions and requests. The overall itinerary was very well planned and involved a wonderful variety of experiences. Our driver Mustapha was really fabulous - always there right on time, great at communicating, and a true professional about keeping the itinerary moving, while also always good about helping us stop when needed for water, rest breaks, etc.

I am going to be thinking about this trip for a very long time. Getting to see such a range of cities, types of geography, and experience everything from food tours to ATV rides to spa treatments to camel rides was such a great way of both learning so much, and truly being away from my every day life.

It is clear to me that I arrived in Casablanca with all of the pre-conceived notions (nonsense?) about Morocco you might expect. Arid landscapes, hot, basic infrastructure, perhaps even uncomfortable situations as a woman traveler. NOTHING could be further from the truth!
From the start, Morocco exceeded every expectation in every way. From arriving in modern and cosmopolitan Casablanca and making our way to the lovely Barceló Anfa Casablanca hotel on well maintained freeways passing offices of many global multinational companies and shopping centers to the "shock to the senses" of Marrakech and all of the UNESCO sites and amazing vistas in between (and lets not forget sunrises in the Sahara), Morocco will take your breath away.

The team at Kim Kim and in particular, Amal with Experience Morocco, crafted an itinerary that let us explore history, culture, and some of the most amazing food and wine I've ever had. Throughout we had our exceptional driver, Mustapha, overseeing our itinerary and concerned over very detail..and of course getting us to where we needed to be in the comfort of our lovely van with WiFi!

No detail was overlooked. Amal and her team at Experience Morocco worked with us for weeks to get the itinerary just right. It did not end there, we had a final call with her just to make sure everything was as we wanted it. We had an amazing arrival booklet with everything we needed including tips, a day by day summary of the itinerary, summary of our lodgings, and emergency numbers.

In addition she gave us restaurant recommendations and was always available for any questions before and during the trip.

This is not the first trip Kim Kim has coordinated for us and there is no doubt we will be back for more.

From start to finish, Alba put together a terrific two week itinerary of Northern Spain (Madrid, San Sebastian, Bilbao, Las Rioja, ALQUÉZAR* and Barcelona). She (and her staff) have set the standard for working with a travel planner. Alba gave us a broad suggestion to start and over subsequent KimKim messaging system and direct phone calls we were able to shape a dream itinerary that gave us everything we wanted to do and was able to afford. Moreover once we set out on our adventure she and her staff were in constant contact to make sure all the plan's details were falling in to place seamlessly.

Note that Alquézar is starred. That is because it was the star of our journey. A quaint little Medieval Village in the foothill of the Pyrenees held the most amazing foot journey through a beautiful river valley. So different from the big tourist cities like Madrid or Barcelona. We spent several hours walking through forest trails, on catwalks (installed into the rocks) overlooking river falls and along river beds. And the village itself was so charming and picturesque!

Within the large city Alba's stable of vetted tour guides (both private and small group) only enhanced our overall experience. Each was personable, knowledgeable and totally amenable to our needs. Pairing us with this type of service truly showed that Alba listened to us.

Our honeymoon to France was an amazing trip and we are thankful for Lise’s help and support in the planning and while we were on the trip. We wished that we had spent more time in the last city on our trip, as it was key to our goal/desire for our trip, which was to eat and drink our way through France. It would have been helpful to have less of a gap between our arrival at a new destination and our check-in time at each hotel/venue, as we wanted to rest. However, despite those hiccups, we had an amazing time and Lise was readily available to assist us when there were issues. We will certainly use KimKim in the future!

How to describe our time spent with Robi and Daniella? Think of the luxury of a highly customized trip planned to your tastes, with the homey and personal feeling of being guided by a good friend.

Robi planned an unforgettable experience for us - from personally taking us out on his boat, to the tour of his friend's oyster farm, to cycling in some of the most beautiful places we've ever experienced. It felt like he really took our personal preferences into account, and like we were seeing a side of the Pelješac Peninsula that could only be discovered by seeing it with someone who has deep personal knowledge of the area. He answered all of our questions and taught us a lot about the history of the area and Croatia in general. We will never forget our time spent in this beautiful place and cannot wait to come back and see more!

My favorite day of our trip. A morning hike over the walls of Ston, followed by a tour of an oyster farm and eating oysters fresh out of the water, and the crowning jewel of a ~20 mile bike ride through the most beautiful wine country imaginable. There was a part of the bike ride where we rode through a tunnel and came out onto the shore - the transition from the dark tunnel to the sun dazzling off the Adriatic was something I will never forget. It was so beautiful that I cried.

We had a wonderful trip in Morocco, specifically Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, and Marrakesh (as well as a desert camp experience we booked separately due to friends’ recommendations). Megan was easy to work with during the planning stage, and then she arranged for terrific drivers and guides throughout the trip, especially Nourdine who went above and beyond to help us navigate from Casa to Rabat to Fez and while in Fez, and Kamal who shared his depth of knowledge of language, Morocco, and Fez in an impactful manner. We would highly recommend working with KimKim/Megan and visiting the Hassan II mosque in Casa, spending at least one night in Rabat (which we wished we had as Megan suggested instead of in Casa), and spending two full days in Fez; it’s hard to imagine skipping Marrakesh while touring Morocco, but it was our least favorite city, because we found it very touristy and didn’t see anything unique or special after all the prior tours.

Two week trip in Vietnam was wonderfully planned! Huyen was helpful in assisting each part of the trip. Family trip of 4 started in Ho Chi Minh City -> Nha Trang -> Hoi An -> Hanoi -> Sapa -> Ha Long Bay -> and ended Hanoi.
Every destination was amazingly greeted with a guide and driver.

We had a terrific time traveling and everything went smooth and organized. Lacey couldn't have been more helpful! The local guides, transfer staff and drivers were also great. We really enjoyed the mini trips during the vacation too! The sightseeing, food, temples, palaces, parks and people were great to see and visit. The hotel selection was perfect and fit our styles well.
We really enjoyed the dinner experience with the local family. Our entire trip to Krabi was a homerun. Bathing with the elephants was great but a bit too long of a day. One mention, the trip to the national park was very physical, we enjoyed the visit but one of us did not take the walk through the park, just a bit too much.

As usual, Kimkim never disappointed me. Christine, my travel counselor, was amazing, professional, proactive and gave me recommendations on what to do and see.
Christine was continuously in contact with me during my month long trip in South Korea.
She organized 21 days of my stay, other days were my own planning, even so she continued to advise me.
In some places I joined group tours, which were very well organized. My private tours were in Gyeongju and Busan.
In Gyeongju, Jino was an amazing guide so knowledgeable and helpful, he was my private guide for my whole stay in Gyeongju and he drove me to Busan, where he was my guide the first day in Busan.
Another private guide was Lily in Busan was also wonderful.
All other visits were with group tours.

Full Day Excursion to Korean DMZ + Suspension Bridge Tour (Join-in)

Fascinating visit to the DMZ. I went with a group, the guide Paul was a fantastic guide, passionate and knowledgeable. Thanks to him I learned a lot about the DMZ and the N and S Korea conflict and hopes for unification. A memorable visit in spite of the rainy weather

Hi, We just get back home two days ago and now find an opportunity to share our experience in Jordan with you.
The accommodation and meals were fair enough however you had booked rooms in all hotels possibly at low prices which caused us to not have interesting view from our rooms in the hotels specially in Dead Sea.
The Airport service was good and the entering procedure did not take long.
The driver( Mr. Wasef) was very nice gentleman and we enjoyed accompanying him during our road trip while he showed us several places on our way.
The tour guide in Amman and Jerash ( Mr. Hani Shokrian) was very good and his historical knowledge and English fluency was very remarkable and satisfactory.
For the first day in Petra with the Bedouin guy, while he was good to company us for 5 hours and took us to the back route and various sites , but he did not know anything about Petra history and if it was not for my own knowledge about Petra, we could have lost a big deal in the first day. This is what we miss for the first day in Petra. It is important you have more knowledgeable people in Petra to take your clients properly.
We missed a guide in Mount Nebo and few places we visited on our way.
The Lexotel was nice and we enjoyed the environment very much.
Holiday inn in Dead Sea was good however despite of empty space they did not give us sea view room since it seems you had booked the low option. (Road view).
Generally if we want to rate your company based on value for the paid money, we give you 8 out of 10 which we hope to be fair enough and cause you to improve your services.
Anyway We thank you for your itinerary which leaves us unforgettable memory from Jordan.

Kimkim was great from the start. Maryem and Sharon were so helpful in the planning of our trip. They listened closely to give us the trip we were looking for, an immersion into Morocco and its culture. They suggested a zoom call as our group included sisters from different parts of the country. This call was most helpful.
I cannot say enough of our guide Sallam. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but anticipated and took care of all our needs and requests. He included sites and experiences that only a Moroccan would know of. His knowledge of Moroccan history was exceptional. He told us of many traditions and nuances of the people in Morocco. He shared the background of Morocco and its history. He taught us thru his actions that Moroccans truly want to bring happiness and inclusion to all people. Tourists of all nationalities are most welcome.
We had an unfortunate medical emergency, totally unexpected, of one of our travelers. Sallam was quick to get us to the hospital and stayed with us endless hours to help interpret the doctors and staff recommendations. He traveled around the city and hunted down a medical device needed by the doctor. He found the device hundreds of miles away and paid for and arranged its delivery to town, delivering it to us quickly. The doctor was skilled and even made a house call to the hotel once my sister was released from the hospital. I cannot say enough about the care that Sallem offered to us. He Brought water and food, medical devices and always manage to bring a nice atmosphere to our situation.
I highly recommend Sallam and the KimKim team. Their expertise is great. They know the places and people that can give you the true Morocco experience.

My husband and I traveled to Australia for the first time. We had 15 days and we wanted to make the most of them but we didn’t know where to start as Australia is too big.
We read some reviews from other travelers for Kim Kim and we decided to leave the planning of the trip to experienced and local professionals. We were so right about this decision: Vicky was the agent assigned to us and she made this trip an amazing experience, stress and hassle free.
First of all she chose 4 destinations based on the questions we answered and what we wanted to do ( Sydney, Port Douglas, Uluru and Melbourne) that gave us a great flavor of what is Australia and its beauties and landscapes.
Every single activity has been thoroughly planned by Vicky and all her choices of the local companies and agents were spot on ! From the transfer from and to the airport to all activities, the Sydney opera tickets purchased, recommendations for restaurants etc. Vicky was so responsive and helpful during the planning but also during our trip. When we needed her to clarify couple of things, she immediately handled all the matters within minutes. She is just fantastic ! We didn’t have to think or stress about anything as Vicky took care of all the matters.
While all activities were very good, I would like to highlight few of them and some of our tour guides who were exceptional :
A) Sydney opera performance, just a “must”
B) Walking tour with Dave from Dave’s travel group. Dave was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic person and we learned a lot about Sydney’s history
C) Blue mountains, a beautiful landscape
D) Daintree waterfall hike tour with Allister from the Daintree experience. Allister was an amazing guide and the highlight of the day was the swimming in to the rock pool next to the waterfall
E) ABC snorkel charters: Marine biologists were snorkeling with us at the Great Barrier Reef explaining everything about the corals and the life underwater we were watching. We were a very small group of 8 people and we had 2 marine biologists with us ( Sam and Paula who were just awesome who tirelessly took care of us ).
F) Uluru as a destination offered a completely different experience where we understood a little better the incredible history of the place and the Aboriginal people.
G) Foodie Discover walking tour: Our tour guide was wonderful Rita (by Walk Melbourne tours), a passionate Melbourne lady who shared so many excellent stories about the city and places with amazing food, sweets and drinks.

Overall an amazing country and an amazing trip. Thank you again Vicky 😊🤩
