This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly and the room was beautiful and clean. It is located in Imerovigli and there is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to Oeia (where all the shops and most of the restaurants are). Taxi/transfers can be expensive to Oeia. There were a few restaurants around this hotel in addition to the one attached to the hotel. The food was great at their restaurant. The view is stunning and while there isn't a direct view of the sunset over the water, you do see the beautiful colours of the sky over the Caldera which is breathtaking. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here.

This hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff were kind and welcoming. It was about a 20 minute drive from Mykonos Town and therefore there were few restaurants/shops around the hotel. The private transfers can get quite expensive to get to Mykonos town and the port and therefore we recommend renting a car if you are staying here. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

We very much enjoyed this tour. The hike, while not very difficult, is quite long and can be steep at times. I do recommend to have some hiking experience prior to this tour as the pace was quite brisk. Our guide was very knowledgeable and considerate throughout the day. We loved seeing the monasteries from different viewpoints, visiting the inside and also having a traditional Greek lunch with our guide!

Perhaps a few things were lost in translation. The first couple of hotels were below standard , perhaps 4 Star but we got the small cheap rooms, maybe e star, I checked the rates when there. After the first 3 hotels we decided to upgrade our rooms , our cost, from say 20 sqmtr to larger rooms. Hotels after the upgrades we paid for, were excellent. Transport was average, with smallish uncomfortable cars , especially on the hours long trips we did. The drivers were ok some were informative, others did not know much.
The early hotels were not international as no alcohol was served. In all an interesting trip, perhaps we should have gone for 5 star hotels. Communication with our local agent was trying in the beginning but improved after my comments to KimKim.

No one warned us to be careful about the gasoline. We chose a station that seemed to be a common station with a midpoint cost. An hour after filling up we had a check engine light come on in the middle of no where. Very stressful. There was no manual about the car in the glove box. We thought we were about to have an engine failure. Very upsetting! The car itself was pretty old and a bit beaten up.

Private Extended Visit to Sagrada Família

Our visit to the Sagrada Família in Barcelona was amazing. The guide was knowledgeable and provided insightful information. However, having two tours in a day made it a bit overwhelming, with lots of walking and information to take in. If I were to do it again, I might book just one tour per day to have a more relaxed experience.

The 7 day cycling trip on the Coast and surrounding islands turned into a "trip of a lifetime" experience. All of the logistics were taken care of, accommodations were lovely and ferry bookings were seamless. We started with a group phone call to Robi early in the year and he went over what we could expect from his company and he delivered.

Borna was our support for our week of cycling and he was fantastic! Borna is thoughtful, kind, funny and a character. He made those tough hill climbs easier just with his vivacious personality. The cycling was a workout but the views at the top of the climbs were worth it, and then there is always the downhill reward.

It is obvious that Robi has built relationships in the regions that they offer tours. Those relationships made our trip very unique and one of a kind. Our introduction to locals, their food and their culture made for a unique experience as well as vising UNESCO heritage sites. We weren't following a large tour group, our trip was designed for that personal experience. Robi was in touch daily via whats app with recommendations for restaurants and history for each locale. We also had the chance to meet him in person, which again confirmed our decision to tour with him. Thank you Robi & Borna!!

I elected on this trip to use kimkim rather than book things myself as I generally do. It was a very good decision. Irene curated an excellent 16 day tour of Tuscany and the Italian Riviera. Their partner in Italy, Travel 12 was very responsive to any questions that surfaced during the trip. One example, there was a rail strike on the last day of our trip. Travel 12 researched and rebooked us on a train that would not be impacted by the strike. Irene and I had numerous exchanges about the itinerary, she listened to my needs and crafted a truly outstanding experience. Her intimate knowledge of the area was particularly helpful in finalizing our itinerary. Every driver was either on time or early and extremely professional. The tours, particularly the Uffizi, the city walking tours, the Brunello winery tour and Cinque Terre tour were outstanding. All private and all with outstanding guides. Finally, I feel pretty certain that due to kimkim's and Travel 12's relationships with hotels and local tour operators that we received the best rooms and guides. I highly recommend both Irene and their local partner Travel 12 if you are planning a trip to Italy.

Brunello di Montalcino Wine Tour

We are both wine lovers, and the Brunello winery tour was fantastic. We visited two wineries and had an amazing private lunch at Violetta which was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip. Our guide added a bonus, a short visit to Pienza which we both wanted to see and certainly appreciated his flexibility.

We always like to get some orientation to a city when we arrive and the walking tour of Florence was excellent.

Nhung was our travel agent during our September 2025 trip to Vietnam . She did an excellent job. The guides and rides were always on time and the guides did a fantastic job. A typhoon was scheduled to hit La Han Bay during our trip. Our agent quickly changed our trip so we could go to La Han Bay before it arrived. We were grateful for this change. La Han Bay was gorgeous and worth the trip and change of plans. Our agent was in close contact with us during this time and was watching the weather and government announcements. She changed our hotels for us and our flights. This allowed me to enjoy my family and the experience and not have to try to arrange all of this. Thank you for the fantastic trip, Ms. Nhung.

Our trip to Spain was wonderful! We thought all of our hotels were exactly what we asked for. Breakfast in Granada and Seville were both a little thin on options but that just might be the average in Spain. All of our guides were very good (would recommend all of them) but Ruben at the Alhambra was the best. Jesus was an amazing driver and human and we really enjoyed our day with him. If we had a do-over, we would have not gone to Nerja and Frigiliana - there wasn't enough for us to do there and both were more touristy than we like. Instead we would have done an additional day in Seville - both of us wanted more time there. Overall, a great trip - Anita did a wonderful job at planning it for us. Any changes we would make are only because we know more now that we have visited.

We were on the sidewalk with our luggage. Luckily a guest was leaving and she let us in and we left our luggage unattended in the foyer. Only positive was a nice large terrace at the back of the building. Would never stay there again. Bari 4/5 stars. Nice interior, clean, all amenities. Room was not ready for us. Driver (Oct 3 leaving Bari) did not park near our accommodation to pick us up. We had to walk 10 mins to where he parked. He rolled Donna's suitcase and I had to roll my own over cobble streets. Do not understand why, since Driver (Sep 29 arriving Bari) parked close by and the host walked there to meet us.

Our trip to England was incredible! Kate truly listened to our interests and crafted the perfect itinerary—blending city highlights, countryside charm, and small-town experiences. In just one week, we visited palaces, farmhouses, and ancient Roman baths, and got a real feel for England’s rich history and culture. All of the travel arrangements were seamless—drivers were punctual and friendly, and our tours were fantastic. The Black Cab tour with Chris was fun and informative, and the walking tour of Bath with Ulrich brought the city’s history and architecture to life. Every hotel was spot on for our group of three. Our favorite was the Manor House in Castle Combe—beautiful, comfortable, and topped off with a lovely afternoon tea. Kate was thoughtful, organized, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to England—she made our vacation unforgettable!

Great trip to Scotland! It was great to have all our activities and lodging planned by KimKim, and then presented to us for review and approval before committing to the trip. At every activity and lodging spot we just gave our name and the reservation was waiting for us. Dinner at The Witchery was truly special, all our lodging was top-rate, our Old Town Edinburgh guide (Katie Rae) was awesome, and our distillery tour driver (Jimmy) was very good.

Petra was a highlight along with great diving in the Red Sea in Aqaba.

We had a fantastic 1-week trip in Morocco thanks to the well thought through itinerary put together by Hakim. It was a full immersion into the local culture, customs and cuisine. Simply wonderful. Throughout the trip Hakim was always available which made us feel very comfortable and safe.

On time, prompt. But there was a problem with the guide’s Golf cart. It kept dying. He was great to take us back to our hotel though

Guide was very good. Hotel pickup awesome. My only complaint would be we needdd some method to get back to our hotel rather than walking. We tried to walk but after the tour it was too much and I was in too much pain with my feet. Eventually we were able to hail a taxi
